We have been in the pool for several months since completion and I wanted to thank the KZP team for…read moreaddressing things. No real big issues and the pool has been a added pleasure for sure. However there are some updates minor things that have occurred since we have been swimming: 1. A pipe cracked after the cold weather and even included the actual pipe for connecting the hoses to it. (Replaced entire components free of charge since having the LLSP coverage/1year warranty-highly recommend!!! 2. The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

And the LSPP program - I have no idea what I am paying for, so many exclusions and am at my wits end!

Tony even explained in detail the work that he would do. We are so happy with the results and are extremely grateful that they are available for contact and prompt to respond. Great value! Jack and his team have no interest in maintaining pool chemistry or properly cleaning the pool…read more They don't rinse out the skimmer baskets or seat them properly in the well. They don't test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. When I confronted them about the dirty skimmer baskets, Jack denied responsibility rather than man up and fix it. I'm going to find a real professional to maintain my pool instead of Jack and his 10-year-old employee. The pictures are AFTER they "cleaned" the pool!

After 5 months of waiting we decided to get a new company and Jeff came highly recommended from one of our neighbors. Jeff and his crew came in to do the following: Installed all the equipment Fixed the coping and pool tiles that were not properly installed by the last folks Installed a new gunite step Completed the plumbing (drains and jets) Fixed the leaks coming from the pool equipment Prepped and plastered the pool Installed the pool fence He and his crew worked tirelessly for 5 days to get the pool ready in time for our guests who were visiting from New York. He returned calls and texts promptly and was great to work with. We also hired him to clean and service the pool on a monthly basis. They just came out today and showed me how to work all the equipment and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend his company.

I called numerous places to find out that they were booked for weeks out because of the Winterpocalype of 2021. Lots of people equipment had been damaged and no one was available. A worker at a pool store recommended Jeff and I called him. He was quick to respond, understood my urgency and came by that day. He tried his hardest to get my existing filter working but it was impossible, he says it was likely warped due to the freeze. He went and brought me a new filter and installed it seamlessly. Also gave me some tips on keeping my pool fresh and clear. Jeff is knowledgeable and very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. He saved my pool from becoming a swamp.

I ran through a litany of technicians as ASP struggled to find reliable help, which is a common problem most businesses have. I have been contemplating dropping ASP for months now as their efforts to keep my pool clean on a bi-weekly schedule were increasingly easy as my wife and I shouldered the heavy lift by daily maintenance and adding chemicals as required. The final straw was over the last visit in which chemicals were not added when three tests confirmed that I was out of chlorine, and a lack of a prompt response. This was due to the company getting large enough that the owner can't keep up with customers texting him directly, which I had. So all in all, a simple misunderstanding, however we are leaving due to a lack of need for this service, not due to the service which I have always found satisfactory. I would/ will return to ASP should the pool care become more than I can provide.
