I've been doing business with them for 20 years, ever since they installed my pool, including…read moreweekly maintenance. Last week, the pool cleaner told me the water was low, so I filled it. It was low, but after running the hose for two hours, the pool still wasn't filling, and I ended up wasting a lot of water. I called them and told them the pool was not filling up after 2 hours of trying to fill it, but no one came for over five days, and during that time the water kept dropping. I've never seen it that low, so I was worried there was a serious leak. When the repair guy finally came out, he called me several times but didn't seem to know why the water level was so low. He blamed me for not filling it, even though I fill it weekly or whenever the maintenance man tells me to. Eventually, he said the pool cleaner must have left something on, causing the water to drain -- and that was the explanation. Then I received a bill for $218. I called to explain what happened, but the owner was completely unhelpful. He put the blame on me and denied that the repair man ever told me the leak was caused by the pool cleaner not turning something off. In 20 years, I've never complained, and yet they treated me terribly. There must have been a huge change in ownership, they have never spoke to me in this way before. I have pictures from last week showing the water level just slightly below the white line, and I filled it immediately after receiving the maintenance man's email. He sends me pictures weekly after every visit. This company has changed in the last few years, even the cleaning is not like it used to be.

They don't test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. When I confronted them about the dirty skimmer baskets, Jack denied responsibility rather than man up and fix it. After 5 months of waiting we decided to get a new company and Jeff came highly recommended from one of our neighbors. Jeff and his crew came in to do the following: Installed all the equipment Fixed the coping and pool tiles that were not properly installed by the last folks Installed a new gunite step Completed the plumbing (drains and jets) Fixed the leaks coming from the pool equipment Prepped and plastered the pool Installed the pool fence He and his crew worked tirelessly for 5 days to get the pool ready in time for our guests who were visiting from New York. He returned calls and texts promptly and was great to work with. We also hired him to clean and service the pool on a monthly basis. They just came out today and showed me how to work all the equipment and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend his company.

I called numerous places to find out that they were booked for weeks out because of the Winterpocalype of 2021. Lots of people equipment had been damaged and no one was available. A worker at a pool store recommended Jeff and I called him. He was quick to respond, understood my urgency and came by that day. He tried his hardest to get my existing filter working but it was impossible, he says it was likely warped due to the freeze. He went and brought me a new filter and installed it seamlessly. Also gave me some tips on keeping my pool fresh and clear. Jeff is knowledgeable and very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. He saved my pool from becoming a swamp.

Even though there was no opportunity for him to gain my business as a weekly service customer, Ezekiel spent time on the phone asking questions about our pool and quickly diagnosed what he thought the problem was...and he was exactly right. After walking me through several recommendations, he mentioned his "Pool School," where he'll spend 2-3 hours at your home teaching you how to properly care for your pool in about 30 minutes a week. That was exactly what I was looking for. Ezekiel is everything you hope to find in someone you trust with your home: knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and genuinely interested in helping people. He never made me feel rushed and was happy to answer all of my questions. As for the outcome...I've officially fired my current pool guy (my husband ) and will be taking over pool duties myself. The former employee is slightly disgruntled, but I'm confident my Pool School lessons will be well worth it!
