He came out and looked at the project and agreed to replace the entire filter mechanism and repair the Polaris. This is where it becomes difficult. He did not show back up and would not answer calls nor respond to texts. Finally, after weeks, he answered and said he had been busy moving. We were patient and waited for him to get thru that. Fast forward, he comes out and sells us a "slightly used" filter because he had replaced it for a larger one for another customer. He sold us on its reliability and assured us he would maintain it serviced. He installed the new machine (tossed and left the old one aside), he worked on the Polaris and was paid what he charged. Again, he didn't come back. We called and texted to no avail because the Polaris is NOT fixed. Now, the filter he sold us has to have all of the panels replaced because they were not good to begin with. We hired someone new now and have spent the money AGAIN to do what he promised and did not deliver. I do not recommend this pool service at all.

We got our pool tile done in April, a week after the grout cracked around the whole pool. They put more grout on top on the cracked grout. Then it cracked again and I was promised it would get fixed back in May and it is now almost July. There is grout dripping down the tiles, and grout left inside of my pool. The pictures I attached are what it currently looks like. After multiple times of reaching out I'm pretty they sure ghosted us and never intend to fix it. Not mad just disappointed at the work we got for the money we spent.

To make things worse, he admitted they never noted in my account that I have a saltwater pool, even though that was the first thing I told them when I signed up in June. A recent DE Filter cleaning went up 20% or so in cost but was done well. A second issue was an H5 Hayward heater fault that was a follow on visit, after multiple reschedules, they finally showed up and charged about $110 for 15 minutes to tell me it had to be replaced or a bundle of cash to maybe fix. They had to return a Polaris 360 also in the same visit which I accommodated for two weeks. I'm running it now and hopefully it was worth the $80 to fix, $10 more than the quoted price. I'll be finding another pool service company and will not use them again nor do I advise you to do so. Cash first, service maybe.......
