This time we took the high bid--and are glad we did. The previous job had left out the essential step of the Bond Coat to glue the new surface to the old. This time Tri-County chipped out all the previous plaster, sprayed a thick layer of bond coat, and then resurfaced it with a beautiful layer of Arctic White PebbleSheen. We were VERY IMPRESSED with how thoroughly the job was done. Much more work went into it than the job 5 years ago. From start to finish, the work crews were thorough, careful and cleaned up after themselves. And the pool looks better than ever. I recommend Tri-County Pools. I texted them to Chris and by the end of the day I would have either a text from him answering the question or a phone call. Communication during the entire process was excellent. It reaffirmed my decision to use Crystal Clear. The results were beautiful. Our Polaris hasn't been working well for a least a year and we had 3 or 4 visits about this concern. We have yet to get to the root of the problem and a sense of urgency seems to be lacking. The last service call we had, the guy told us he would order some new 'tires' and have them delivered to the house so we could replace them. I would assume that if I replace parts in my Polaris, that might void my warranty? I've spoken with the service manager but haven't felt like Zars is giving the level of service they used to.
