He made great recommendations, met with us at the warehouse to pick out exactly what would be used for the job, and was very communicative throughout the process. Kevin's team was very thorough and some of the most hardworking contractors we've ever worked with. They began work a few days after signing with the company and worked day in and day out until the job was complete. With weather factored in, our project took a little over two weeks. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

OLDER POOL OWNERS BEWARE: I hired this company to replace the skimmer on my old 1960's pool. They…read moregave a reasonable estimate and timelines. While performing the work, Jake suggested that we cap off a large black pipe he said wasn't needed. After discussing it, we told him that the pool had worked with that pipe for over 50 years and he was not to cap it, just recreate the current configuration. All seemed well and his finishing work to match the washed aggregate deck was great. We have struggled to keep our pool from turning green ever since! After spending all last summer trying all of the standard water treatment approaches and pump upgrades and maintenance, we now know the drain is not functioning the way it was intended due to a change in the routing because it was apparently less work. This was diagnosed by another pool company who understands older pools. They determined that his solution would probably work for the newer pools, but it was a mistake to change this on a pool that has worked perfectly for over 50 years. I even waited until this summer to post my review since Jake insisted last summer's heat was unprecedented and that was the culprit. Well, it's just NOW hitting the mid to upper 80's and my crystal blue pool is already a green pond. If you don't have a NEWER pool (made from 1990's on), this is not the pool repair company for you!

Shane worked with our wishlist, budget, and backyard to come up with a custom design that was more than we dreamed of. We got estimates from other companies, but the designs were generic and did not fit our yard and house the way Shane's did. Shane had great ideas and concepts that he worked with to create a perfect design. We started wanting a pool only, and by the end we had a beautiful covered patio that extends our outdoor living space into the pool decking. The construction process was just as smooth as the design. Communication with Shane was always prompt, thorough, and professional. He returned every call within less than an hour, and answered all of my many questions. He kept us in the loop on every step, and let us know what workers would be at the house and when. There were a few minor issues/changes during construction and Shane was helpful in fixing the situation. The solutions we agreed on were even better than the original design! At the end of the process, we were very happy that we went with Cascade. We are constantly stopped by our neighbors to compliment us on the beautiful new addition. The construction process went as smoothly as possible and we ended up with an amazing finished project that my husband and I enjoy every night. Cascade goes out of their way to make their customer happy and puts all of the finishing touches on their product to make it stand out!
