He said his team had been there but I have cameras and could prove that they hadn't been there. I gave him chances to rectify the issue, but he fell short and I had to cancel. My CC was on file and he continued to charge me through the end of the year before I'd noticed. I had to dispute the charges in December, and I'd hoped that was the end of it. Fast forward to January 2025 and my card has been charged 4 times this month! Unfortunately now I have to dispute and cancel my card which is a huge pain to do since it is tied to many different auto pay vendors. Sounds like Andrue has closed up shop- but he needs to do the right thing and stop his auto charging of customers CC's. Not sure what happened, hope he is okay, but he could have communicated and been honest if he could no longer provide service. Charging customers for a service you no longer provide is generally considered illegal and is a deceptive business practice....
