We've spent more than $10k at this company over the years and had a great relationship and service…read morefrom them. In a routine conversation with someone named Michelle regarding service she was rude and hung up on me. I called back and she did not apologize for hanging up or for her unprofessional attitude towards me. I let her know that she should go fuck herself for her behavior and that I would never do business with them again. Then I received a message saying that I was banned from their business. Fair enough. No courtesy or professional response from a company I've spent more than $10k at in the past 4 years. She needs to be fired.

Big Star Backyards is--hands down--the best spa purveyor in the Austin area. We shopped around to…read moredo due diligence, and not only were the prices better across the board at Big Star, but the sales guy we worked with (Chad) was WAY more knowledgeable. Turns out this is a family business, which makes sense why Chad knew the Jacuzzi system backwards and forwards. Probably been hearing about hot tubs since he was a kid. Also, he had just the right touch. He knew the products were quality, so he didn't pressure us or upsell. He let the products do the talking. He earned our trust and delivered on it 100%, including being responsive over text as I got the whole thing installed and set up. Service that really went above and beyond. The only thing I would add to the Big Star business model: a subscription plan to get the chemicals delivered automatically. Would love to set it and forget it, with my money going to a locally-owned, family-run business instead of Amazon. Support small businesses!

In my opinion one of the most unprofessional companies I ever dealt with…read more I called them a few weeks ago to do some modifications in my pool equipment. They sent a professional to my house and later gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and after that.... Radio Silence. After a few days I called them and they said they would send someone that Thursday. Well...No one showed up. I call again, and this time, it's rescheduled to Friday. Friday comes, a guy shows up almost at 5PM. I could imediately see he was not prepared to work on what was agreed on the quote. And sure enough....He has no idea what needs to be done, never been briefed on what is needed and after looking at my pool hardware, of course, tells me he has no equipment needed to work on my pool. Reschedules for next Tuesday, which is today. Yep... You guessed it..... No one showed up again. No calls, no texts, crickets... Don't bother because I don't want to work with you anymore. I'll find another company. I'm done. Thankfully haven't spent any money on this company, but my wasted time, I will never get back, sadly. Stay away, that's my advice.

Beware.... If you…read moreare considering using Poolwerx for your equipment needs or "fixes"...... I've been a customer for couple years with their pool cleaning service side - thus I decided to use them for my pool equipment needs... sloppy work - untimely delivery - and show up times are at their discretion and not consistent I've never been so disappointed and frustrated over service and installation matters I purchased three (3) pieces of equipment: New filtration system, New Variable speed pump and New salt cell system - this is a lot of money spent, on top of that is installation pricing, averages $500 per piece = total of $1500 - ridiculous you would think with my purchase of all new equipment that my installation needs would have been a source of focus and client satisfaction The installation of the salt cell system has been a bad experience- the pics don't lie The tech spilt blue pvc glue on my concrete equipment pad - left and didn't clean it up The business hours are 9am - 4pm Mon - Friday- good luck with having any issues addressed before or after these times, even if it's at the fault of company's employees I communicated my dissatisfaction via phone and texts - Consumer beware UPDATE- after several years I have chosen to severe services for pool cleaning, equipment maintenance and potential new purchases with this company. Customer satisfaction matters and is always key, thus Customer retention. Albeit the job is done now, to get there should not have required so much negative energy and frustration. It's not worth it UPDATE - I see Seon the owner responded, Bent over backwards? This time? Hey - for a client to leave overall, you think your viewpoint is true? You have a negative loss of $3600 annual +|- pool cleaning services - present/future income, plus future pool equipment/install fees - I suspect this won't happen again and that's a good thing. Too bad this learning experience for your business was at my expense and frustration Maybe you should have called me? Yes - you should have called me - texting while "preferred" is a form of communication that sucks, talking with a client lends clarity as to matters - PS - don't charge for a job not fully done and when no verbal or written authorization is granted

After months of frustration, unfulfilled promises, and ongoing damage to my property, I've decided…read moreto share my personal experience with Blue Haven Pools and Spas regarding the construction and failure of my pool. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the serious issues -- including structural cracks, leaking, tile hazards, and damage to surrounding landscaping -- I've been met with delays, deflection, and blame-shifting. They don't bother to return call, respond in a timely manner and when I gave them a heads up that I will be publishing this video, they had the audacity to say that they will NOT be "extorted". But whatever they do in within the rights and outside their control. DOUBLE STANDARDS That they have a lawyer on their team to respond is a clear indication that they have done things wrong and hiding behind legal language etc. to run away from their responsibilities. The conveniently say they have put the claim to the insurer and they are waiting on them when they promised lifetime guarantee during their sales pitch which since then they have back tracked on. LIARS LIARS to the core This video documents: https://youtu.be/kjhQ_0ZdL7M The damages caused by Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) Ongoing leaks and dangerous conditions The builder's failure to honor their promises A timeline of my communication efforts The emotional and financial impact this has had on my family As a consumer, I have the right to share my honest experience -- not as a threat, but as a warning to others. If you're considering building a pool, watch this before making your decision. Transparency matters. Accountability matters.
