I just got my nails done and they're so ugly , the lady that did my nails didn't even care when she did the cross and didn't check to see if my nails were even. The whole time she was talking to the guy next to her and laughing I don't know her name but she was so rude and should not be able to work there anymore. I was trying to get two crosses on my middle finger and ring finger but it doesn't even look like a cross. 3/10 and not to mention it was 90 for these and it was a fill. What a joke. The pointer finger is so uneven too. Also she didn't even tell me the price before hand. Last time i'm coming here, I was a loyal customer until now. First and last time at this place. After I signed in, a woman gestured me to sit at her station. She asked what I wanted and after showing her a meduim sized nail set, she said she would charge me 180$ for it. I asked why and she claimed becasue she had to cut the powder and it had jewels. Okay...I guess so. An hour in the set, she didn't cut anything...just slapped on both colors and proceeded with the jewels. They were crooked and uneven. After she finished, all she said was "ur done thank u" I still tipped, but just because ur located in Gilbert doesn't mean u can charge luxury prices....the least they can do is make sure the tips aren't crooked. Zero stars! Would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff was rude, the man doing my sister's pedicure fought with her then just left. They charged me to take my polish off when that is part of the pedicure service. My daughter's acrylic nails looked like an amateur did them, and they all started to break a few days later. I've been going here for a couple months now. I had two bad experiences in the beginning where they gave me the wrong color than what I had specified and then did a completely different shape than I asked and he refused to re do it until the owner came and offered $5 off....I just assumed it to be bad miscommunication and they did their best to fix it. But then poor quality of service just continued. I decided to switch techs from David to Ty to try for different results. The whole business mostly acts as though they're paying you for their service. I kept asking for gel instead of SNS and he kept saying SNS looked better I kept asking for gel. I asked for marble and got a freestyle creation. When I asked if he could file down a little more or fix certain things like paint smudges or bubbles underneath he kept groaning and saying, "ugh it's fine it's fine ok". I had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, and then was transferred to 3 different nail techs and I scheduled with the owner. It's been 1.5 weeks and all my nails have lifted and are falling off. Color and shape (minus design) are fine but service is just very poor quality. read more

I spent $120 on a gel almond shape full set and deluxe gel pedicure. I feel Amy my pedicure lady did a great job and so did my nail tech, just a few issues with the nails.. a few are fatter than the others, a lot of them are crooked and uneven. I am extremely picky and particular about my nails, mainly because I never ever get acrylics, but overall I would go back. Just make sure you are always getting what you ask for read more

I had worst experience here coming from out of town. I had an event to attend so I decided to get a pedicure. I came here and I believe his name is Alex that did my pedicure. I told him I wanted a regular pedicure and he wanted to know why I am not doing the $45 or $60 pedicure package instead. I have the right to choose whichever pedicure package I want but he made me feel like I had to choose a more expensive package and told me the less expensive package is not good. He repeatedly told me I need to do the $60 pedicure about 5-6 times and I was so annoyed and pressured that I said fine. He spent less than 1 minute when it came to the massage. I asked him how long is the massage usually and he said thats how long it is for the price. I was shocked and very upset that I paid $60 for this kind of service. He also got gel polish all over my cuticles and I noticed my gel started chipping off during my event the same day! This place tries to pressure you into getting the more expensive services and constantly tries to sell you an upgrade the whole time so you can't even relax and enjoy. If you go here please avoid this worker because he doesn't respect your decision and does a really bad job. read more

I honestly don't understand the 4 star rating they have. Me and my daughter went there for mani's and pedi's the week of Christmas. I get it was the holidays and super busy so we waited awhile although we had appointments. We opted for an upgraded spa pedicure which was about $47 and felt totally jipped. Short massage was lackluster, cleaning of the nails beds was rushed and subpar. I only tried this place out because my husband gave me a gift card which still has money left and I don't want to go back. The interior is modern and clean but they are overpriced and service and work are meh. read more

The employees are very much on the rude side. They act as though you're a major inconvenience just walking in the door. They are professional, extremely clean, friendly and their services are reasonably priced and they are great at what they do. I have had both appointments and walk in experience and they were great at accommodating both. I was in the salon when the women who left a 1 star review was there and unfortunately she left out the part that her and her father did NOT have an appointment, which is why they had a wait and that after she had services rendered for her she took her father and walked out! Horrible first time experience. They seems nice when I came and we did just a few minutes but that was fine. A guy did my nails and was doing simple gel nails and the guy was starting to fall asleep. His eyes kept closing and polish kept going on my skin because he was falling asleep I could not believe what was happening. Also can you see the drill it was sitting out my nails and at one point I had to tell her to stop and not use it anymore because it's starting to hurt. They got me in very quickly and were friendly but not impressed with how my dipped manicure came out. I wanted red glittery nails for Xmas and as soon as she opened the container I knew they would not look right. It looked like they diluted the powder with something else, but I figured I would let them do it since they are the experts. So I went with a friend and it was my first time there and I had a terrible experience. First they made me wait for another girl because the one I had couldn't do tips and I don't see why she isn't trained to do them because they are simple. I had to wait 15 minutes roughly to get my nails started while my friend was almost done. I had three different ppl do my nails and they rushed so much. My nails are wavy and curly. The tips are translucent compared to the rest of the nail. There were bald spots on my nail that another girl filled with gel. I came for dips for a reason and now I have globs of gel they used to "fix it". I didn't wanna cause trouble and they gave my 10% off but I am so disappointed by my nails and the fact they rotated me between 3 different people. I have been wanting to come try this place out since it opened! I called to see if they had any openings for right away. They said to come in now. When I walked it was gorgeous- bright, inviting and clean! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and the color selection was beautiful! I had an older gentleman with short hair and glasses as my nail tech and he was so friendly and made me feel right at home. I didn't get his name but I will for sure find out when I go back again. My nails turned out phenomenal and I have never been happier with the turn out. The last place I was going to would always leave indent in the middle of my nails when doing dip and used to really bother me because they looked awful that is why I started searching for another nail salon I have been searching for a salon near me that does a great job and hadn't found it yet... well I think I found it now the dip nails I had done at Aurora were perfectly smooth and look just like acrylic! I came in and asked for a design that i found on the shops facebook page assuming it would be done correctly since it was a design that one of their techs did. My nail tech looked at the picture for 2 seconds and started doing my nails. She told me it'll be $100 which is an extremely inflated price, but i really wanted the design so i let her continue. The only adjustments i made to the design was that i wanted them shorter than the pic and i wanted pink v tip instead of white.The tech missed the fact that the pink v tip should have had glitter, and once i told her that the original design had glitter on the v tip, the tech told me it'll be another $10. I declined paying anymore money for This set, it's certainly not worth $110. Once again i feel taken advantage of by a nail salon. I left disappointed with my nails which is unfortunate because it looks like they do really good work online. It's also unfortunate that i was told their sets start at $55 but my sister was told by a different tech that the sets start at $60. Seems like they charge whatever they feel like at the time. I gave 2 stars cause she got the shape of my nails right, otherwise the customer service is terrible. If i pay $100 for a set of nails it should at least be what i want. read more
