My kid loves this place. Can't escape ordering one of were at the mall. Appreciate that they will make you a dairy free one if you ask though you need to wait 10 minutes. I have to give 5 stars because of the customer service here. It was my bf's birthday so we were looking forward to getting his free birthday pretzel however it wasn't showing up on our app to redeem. When we told the employee Rico this, he automatically said "it's okay! I'll just honor it for you" with such a big smile on his face. He even willingly added a dipping sauce when he didn't have to so that was super sweet. Highly recommend the sweet almond pretzel with caramel sauce. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I've been coming to this location for a few years now. I use to frequent this place on the daily when I worked at the mall. They still remember me and I still receive my mall employee discount even though I no longer work at the mall. I love the pretzels, but the "combo" pricing is a complete scam job. Don't. Do. It. My 2 pretzel "deal" went from $7.50 to $14.00 at the blink of an eye. $3.69 (regular lemonade) + $3.59 (original pretzel) = $7.28 so why is the combo priced at $7.59? Oh, because it comes with a "free" dipping sauce. Okay, if you love the dipping sauces (I've never used them), I guess you are saving some money ($.68), but if you don't prefer lemonade (all other drinks are cheaper) and you aren't interested in the sauce, don't go with the combo pricing. But your drink and pretzel product separately. They have cinnamon rolls and pretzels. I ranked this business only 4 stars because the price I believe to be a bit expensive. I ordered a salted pretzel and small fountain drink. It cost almost $7. Stopped by the Glendale Galleria location on Thursday to order two pretzels. There were no customers and 3 employees were in the store. When I placed my order, I was told it would take 10 minutes. Ok, fine. It actually took 20 minutes and I understand that they are making them but at least make sure they tasted good. The pretzels did not taste fresh and did not have much of a sour cream & onion flavor. That was disappointing considering the cost and the wait for the order, not to mention not having the opportunity to order from the store for months and have the experience turn out below standard. The staff is attentive, courteous and always recommending other options that are quite appealing but I have my creature comforts. Usually come here pretty often and have good experiences. Except for the one time I was helped by a man named Austin J, a white heavy set man, Incase it's not his name on my receipt. He was rude and didn't want to do simple things like add whipped cream to my coffee even though it's always been done for me before. Claimed it was for only one specific coffee drink that I wasn't getting, that's fine. But then he skipped the caramel that is suppose to be in the drink I did order. When I asked him why I got my drink half done he just made it again. For someone who is a stickler for the rules he was carless when fulfilling my order. How can not you avoid Auntie Anne's pretzels? Sweet and savory... they have something that you'd like. I had the cinnamon pretzel bites from this location and they were generously covered with sugar and cinnamon. Every bite was like a sugar rush and I needed it! The staff was really friendly and even gave out a few samples to folks. The family ahead of me was taking a bit longer than normal so another employee was quick to take my order. I appreciated this because I was pretty hungry, but more importantly... thirsty! This is going to sound so silly, but my favorite part of this location is the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. It has so many combinations of drinks (over 100+) from Coca-Cola to Sprite to Fanta to diet to "Zero." You can also choose flavors like strawberry, lemon, lime, grape, raspberry, cherry, etc. It was crazy awesome. This location was pretty clean and has a small "bar" area where you can eat since the mall doesn't provide any tables or chairs in that area. I like the new Auntie Anne's location. It's now on the first floor which is more convenient than where it was before. Their original raisin pretzel is great along with the almond one. Their Lemonade is refreshing as well! I do think it's a tad but pricey for pretzels. It's nearly $8 for two pretzels! Sometimes they have discounts and coupons if you sign up for their online newsletter. But the discounts aren't much. They're usually buy a pretzel and a drink to get another pretzel for free. They're not really good deals, but they're out there for those who order those specific items. I've never experienced a problem with customer service here. The staff is generally friendly. While it's not always full, the staff handles it okay when it does get crowded. Plus, there's two other pretzel stands in the mall anyhow.
