I ordered one dozen of the small cookies. I asked for four, two, two, two, and two of each flavor. The worker must have misheard me because he put 13 in my bag. So I told him fine, just charge me for those. He said well now you get five more. I said just charge me for what's in the bag. So he charged me for 18 cookies even though I left with 13. Big shout out to Taylor at this location! I recently pre-ordered a cookie cake with her. She was very pleasant when she took my order, and continued to be a ray of sunshine at pick up. There were a few hiccups to getting my order in a timely matter, due to issues beyond her control. I wasn't happy about that, as I was on a time crunch, but her attitude and how she takes care of customers is truly commendable and deserves some props. And of course, the cookie cake itself was delicious! It was a semi sweet chocolate chip cookie cake baked fresh that morning, so hard to resist already. The interior was still warm and soft, with a slightly crunchy exterior for a nice contrast with each bite. They got sweetness ratio just right as well. Who will dare to say NO to Mrs. Fields delicious cookies? Anyone who has a sweet tooth would say" yes please". I will have few more of those yummy, creamy, soft, fresh delicious cookies. This location is very different than few of the other ones that I have been to. It's a lot more welcoming, bright inside, great Ambiance, and super friendly customer service by everyone. Too bad the one that was a lot closer to me inside the Fashion Square mall is long gone. Anyone that doesn't appreciate those cookies and other treats that they have, will be punished by Mrs. Shushanik:-)) Ha ha. This store is located on the 1st floor next to Macy's. I truly enjoy all of their cookies. They have an extensive size of different cookies, cakes, made freshly every day. Boxed, or however else you want to get them. Also, hot & cold beverages among other drinks. They also sell gifts for all occasions! Shop is nice, decent size, and my favorites are too many to mention. I do like semi-sweet cookies though. Trying to watch my weight:-), or else I can buy the entire store and will NOT share my cookies with anyone. Just kidding. Mrs. Fields has the best cookies! I especially love their white macadamia cookie, but all their cookies share that same crunchy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside texture. I came here in twice while I was in the area and never experienced bad service. The staff here is kind and does things quickly. Came here to pick up some goods from the too good to go app. Mrs Fields is located outside of Macy's in what I call the "rich wing" since it's by the elevators heading to Bloomingdale's and the higher tier places.
