I ordered one dozen of the small cookies. I asked for four, two, two, two, and two of each flavor. The worker must have misheard me because he put 13 in my bag. So I told him fine, just charge me for those. He said well now you get five more. I said just charge me for what's in the bag. So he charged me for 18 cookies even though I left with 13. I will not be back to this location. I'll will give an extra star because the cookies were good. read more

Big shout out to Taylor at this location! I recently pre-ordered a cookie cake with her. She was very pleasant when she took my order, and continued to be a ray of sunshine at pick up. There were a few hiccups to getting my order in a timely matter, due to issues beyond her control. I wasn't happy about that, as I was on a time crunch, but her attitude and how she takes care of customers is truly commendable and deserves some props. And of course, the cookie cake itself was delicious! It was a semi sweet chocolate chip cookie cake baked fresh that morning, so hard to resist already. The interior was still warm and soft, with a slightly crunchy exterior for a nice contrast with each bite. They got sweetness ratio just right as well. Four stars because of the delay, but Taylor the rock star deserves 5 for sure!! read more

Who will dare to say NO to Mrs. Fields delicious cookies? Anyone who has a sweet tooth would say" yes please". I will have few more of those yummy, creamy, soft, fresh delicious cookies. This location is very different than few of the other ones that I have been to. It's a lot more welcoming, bright inside, great Ambiance, and super friendly customer service by everyone. Too bad the one that was a lot closer to me inside the Fashion Square mall is long gone. Anyone that doesn't appreciate those cookies and other treats that they have, will be punished by Mrs. Shushanik:-)) Ha ha. This store is located on the 1st floor next to Macy's. I truly enjoy all of their cookies. They have an extensive size of different cookies, cakes, made freshly every day. Boxed, or however else you want to get them. Also, hot & cold beverages among other drinks. They also sell gifts for all occasions! Shop is nice, decent size, and my favorites are too many to mention. I do like semi-sweet cookies though. Trying to watch my weight:-), or else I can buy the entire store and will NOT share my cookies with anyone. Just kidding. Mrs. Fields has the best cookies! I especially love their white macadamia cookie, but all their cookies share that same crunchy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside texture. I came here in twice while I was in the area and never experienced bad service. The staff here is kind and does things quickly. Let me start by saying so so hard to resist the deliciousness. I can tell the cookies are made with lots of love cause every bites blew me away, one thing I really love about their cookies is that it stays fresh for a long time. Am I over exaggerating? Honestly no, my experience here is top notch. Don't have to take my words for it, go try it out, and it won't disappoint. ADULTING & HEALING EMOTIONAL MALL DAMAGE Yes... all those times my mom would SAY NO instantaneously when I begged for anything from @mrsfieldscookies at the mall. That smell and my little elementary school belly begging, mom, just one please. I want more than just a sample. I want a WHOLE MRS. FIELDS COOKIE to myself! Then a gazillion NOs would just shoot out of her mouth. I was a SAD LITTLE BONNIE. I am an ADULT NOW! I can enjoy all the glorious cookies and brownies at @mrsfieldsglendale now! They even got ice cream sandwiches now and it was so amazing. I even bought some home and enjoyed my box of cookies at my childhood home. I ate it in front of my mom. As she was giving me dirty looks being so wasteful, my mom even asked me if she could have 1 of my previous Mrs Fields cookies. Came here to pick up some goods from the too good to go app. Mrs Fields is located outside of Macy's in what I call the "rich wing" since it's by the elevators heading to Bloomingdale's and the higher tier places. This review starts in 2022 when I first tried to order a cookie cake for father's day. I ordered it online and when I went to go pick it up, they didn't have the order. I received a refund. In 2025, I try again. I try to get a cookie cake for father's day. This time I submit an online order. And then I follow it up with a call. Yup, the order is received. We're all set! But when I show up today? No cookie cake. It's going to take an hour to be made. No apologies. Noi nothing. Don't go here. They are terrible. I just wanted a cookie cake. My favorite are the semi sweet and triple chocolate nibblers. I came in to pickup a preordered cookie cake and also got some cookies to go. Its been a while since ive seen a Mrs Fields in the area so Im glad they are back! Stopped by to place an order for a cookie cake and the owner Imran helped me and it was a pretty smooth process. I used to have Mrs. Fields a long time ago in the mall here but now that they are back I will be returning for sure. The cookie cake was a Milk Chocolate Chip and in a heart shape. I also got a 6 pack of Nibblets and the cookies were good. The price was kind of high but i think it is worth it. They were so chewey and soft just like how i remember. Kind of hard to find, had to call to find the place but the cookies were good. Pricey but i got a deal for 40 Nibblers and got 20 Free so its probably the best option They didn't have snickerdoodle or semi sweet when I went, but they told me they would have it again soon (supply shortage?) I had such a great experience at the Mrs. Fields store! Not only were the cookies fresh, delicious, and just the right amount of gooey goodness, but the customer service really stood out. The salesperson (Imran & Mikki) was incredibly nice and helpful, genuinely friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. When paying the lady said it would take 15-20min for it to be ready. I should have asked why, but didn't. All the cakes were already in the display ready to go. In any case they brought the bundt out in a few min. Overall, it was moist and not too bad. The icing on the top which was cream cheese was too sweet for me. I would have given this spot 4 stars if it wasn't for the price point. Charging over $30 for a mediocre bundt cake which was a small size to begin with is a little much. Not somewhere I would visit in the near future.

The employee working ignored my son when he politely wanted to sample a flavor. It was upsetting. I also want to add that children notice how adults treat others. As a parent, it was disappointing to have my son witness someone being dismissive and unkind over something so simple. A small moment of patience and courtesy could have made a big difference. We support local businesses because we want them to succeed, but respect should come with that support. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and that future customers, especially families, are treated with more kindness and professionalism.

Right when I exited the Chinese restaurant, Cold Stone was staring at me in the most inviting way and welcomed me in. I was greeted by Laila A. with a pleasant smile, and was ready to help me. She was very helpful by asking me what she can get for me. By looking all the delicious, creamy options that they had to offer; I went with a Cake Batter. Medium, nice, full scoop of ice cream that was just a bit smaller than my own head!:-) The ice cream tasted SO DELICIOUS, CREAMY, AND YUMMY! They also make ice cream right in front of you with whatever toppings that you desire. I chose my ice cream plain. The shop is small, clean, filled with a lot of happy customers. They had at least 5 employees working there and all eager to help you. I sampled 2 different ice creams until made my decision. Got it in a nice, big waffle cone. Chill ambiance, they also have their signature creations, make ice cream cakes, milk shakes, and fridge full of ready made goodies. Also, have few tables & chairs right outside of the creamery. I missed Cold Stone so much that I was happy to see one in the Burbank shopping center where AMC movie theatre is, along with other shops and restaurants. They have creat your own and signature creations. I picked signature creations since it was hard for me to decide which one to pick. Ice cream tasted really good. I really enjoyed my ice cream. They have a variety selection of ice cream flavors. Service was very friendly too. Lady who helped me explained the items on the menu and how to order, if I want to order create your own. I appreciate her taking the time and effort. For ambiance, this is a small store and there are couple of tables outside to sit and enjoy the ice cream. Store was clean and well maintained. This Cold Stone is located close to AMC movie theater and it is perfect spot to grab ice cream after or before a movie. For parking, there is public parking in walking distance. Other option is to park in the mall parking lot and walk which takes less than five minutes.
