Not my usual go to for cakes but my cousin requested a white chocolate raspberry bundt. They had different sizes available, but we opted for the 8 people cake. When paying the lady said it would take 15-20min for it to be ready. I should have asked why, but didn't. All the cakes were already in the display ready to go. In any case they brought the bundt out in a few min. Overall, it was moist and not too bad. The icing on the top which was cream cheese was too sweet for me. I called the customer service line and got my sisters cake within 5 mins and had it decorated as I drove there. I mean how efficient is NBC so awesome! I don't have to stress about transporting it too because it's not as fragile as normal cakes. The shop is also clean and feels like they have an efficient way of doing their business. Aside from that, they offer this program supposedly per the man's explanation that was at the counter by either giving your email or phone number to get a welcome gift which is buy one and get one free.
