When paying the lady said it would take 15-20min for it to be ready. I should have asked why, but didn't. All the cakes were already in the display ready to go. In any case they brought the bundt out in a few min. Overall, it was moist and not too bad. The icing on the top which was cream cheese was too sweet for me. I would have given this spot 4 stars if it wasn't for the price point. Charging over $30 for a mediocre bundt cake which was a small size to begin with is a little much. They make a delicious product! I love that it's easy to order from them at the last minute too for special occasions. I haven't found a flavor I don't like but I especially enjoy the lemon and red velvet flavors. Their frosting is so delicious. Just the right amount of sweet. I like to order the bite sized Bundt's do that I can taste a variety of flavors verses the one flavor of a cake. I called the customer service line and got my sisters cake within 5 mins and had it decorated as I drove there. I mean how efficient is NBC so awesome! I don't have to stress about transporting it too because it's not as fragile as normal cakes. The shop is also clean and feels like they have an efficient way of doing their business. Aside from that, they offer this program supposedly per the man's explanation that was at the counter by either giving your email or phone number to get a welcome gift which is buy one and get one free. After entering my email address, no confirmation was received, so he suggested using my phone. Once I entered my phone number it popped up something asking for my email address. Then after entering both, the person who I suspect was the owner of the franchise informed that I will only be able to come back and get that welcome "gift" deal after I receive it in my email after 24 hours.
