That was on 8/11/ at 7:30pm. We were greeted by Anais and she gave us exceptional service and help in choosing our ice cream. 10/10!! Let me not forget to tell you all, that Baskin Robbins is one of my favorite ice cream shops. They can customize anything and everything according to your liking. Have ice cream cakes for any occasion, different colors, flavors of Waffle Cones along with variety of ice cream that is DELICIOUS, CREAMY and just yummy!! Yes, that good. Also have shakes, malts. Gluten free and Vegan options. I got me 2 scoops of their fine ice cream which included Cherry Jubilee, & Baseball Nut/cashews. (Seasonal item) I got it in a medium cup with a cute, small waffle cone on top. ($7.99). Both scoops were generous and I inhaled it fast. Anais was also knowledgeable, kind and sweet. My son got a small scoop of Cookies and Cream ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and he loved it. (5.99). Good portions. To-go orders, 3rd party, and deliveries all welcomed! This is my neighborhood ice cream shop, and my kids and I come here often. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. The employee working ignored my son when he politely wanted to sample a flavor. It was upsetting. I also want to add that children notice how adults treat others. As a parent, it was disappointing to have my son witness someone being dismissive and unkind over something so simple. A small moment of patience and courtesy could have made a big difference. We support local businesses because we want them to succeed, but respect should come with that support. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and that future customers, especially families, are treated with more kindness and professionalism. read more

The owners here are GENIUSES! They make the DUBAI CHOCOLATE BAR in an ice-cream bar form. It's superb! Also, it's not available at all Baskin Robins store. This location has few sister Baskin Robins franchises owned by the same people in the area, so their other stores have the Dubai Ice-Cream Bar. $9 each or $100 for a box. The ice-cream bar version is Cheaper than the original Dubai chocolate bar plus you get ice-cream! We love Baskin Robins! The staff here are very nice. Immediately they comforted us and brought love to the situation. Personally, I was so embarrassed being 45 years old and dropping a milkshake!! My daughter joked about me having only one job in bringing the shake to our table, and I failed hahaa. Been coming to this place for decades, being a resident of the city since 1989.
