I ordered online and I come in and there's no one inside so I go straight to the pick up counter. The girl behind the counter ignores me. When other people walk in to order from her, she greets them and takes all their orders, which is probably like four people. Once she is done taking their orders, she looks at me, washes her hands, then enters the back completely ignoring me. Weirdest service ever. Waited by the pick up counter for 10 minutes, trying to get her attention. eventually asked a guy who was bringing out another order for help. This is a small location and definitely not somewhere I would sit and chill just cause of the noise and the come and go atmosphere. This place is amazing, I come here twice a to get a drink, my usual is just a Thai tea. While I'm writing this review I going there right now. What I do is that when I'm like 12 mins out from boba time I got on their website and order it there so then I just have to go in and tell them my order number then walk out with my drink. So far the times I've come here it hasn't been too busy as there is parking on the Main Street or on the residential street.
