Since it's new, it was pretty packed with a long line, but the staff were so friendly, fast, and efficient that the wait didn't feel long at all. I got the pistachio ice cream and my daughter had the frozen yogurt--both were amazingly delicious and super satisfying! We're definitely planning to go back soon. I came here this past Friday and I was not impressed. The actual yogurt was great (minus the rotten strawberries) but the employees were interesting. The place was packed so having 3 people working made sense except they were sitting on the counter the whole time we were there. The most disappointing thing about this place is the most important thing which is the yogurt! It is poor quality... melts super easily and very bland. The açaí bowls are the perfect size, and feature a variety of toppings, including the strawberry, blueberry, and banana combo I went for. Additional health boosts include chia seeds, and the peanut butter sauce balances perfectly with the açaí. I could eat this every day. Great dessert option after walking through the farmer's market! I love Honolulu Ave in Montrose because the street itself is so cute and filled with lovely little stores. There's ample street parking but it can get pretty busy on the weekends. Froyolife has the same vibe as a Yogurtland, with a similar set up. There are different cup sizes but they make it clear that it is just 63 cents per ounce regardless of which cup (If you wanted to be extra, you could get a cone for $1). They had 12 flavors when I went recently, and a wide array of toppings. Honestly a great price for a solid product. My boyfriend got the sinful chocolate with various toppings including cheesecake, oreos, chocolate syrup, etc. You could go crazy with it, but somehow it still ends up being super affordable because I think his cup came out to be a little more than $6. read more

This shop offers a variety of yogurt and toppings to select from, and I've always enjoyed those flavors they do have on hand whenever I've stopped by. You can choose whatever size cup you desire, and the shop itself is clean and well-maintained. There's generally a young crowd here, and it can certainly get a bit crowded during peak hours. FroyoLife has been a classic spot for a while in Montrose on the corner of Honolulu and Ocean View. The soft serve flavors are delicious and fresh. The toppings are yummy and pretty restocked and fresh looking each time I visit. One thing that is unbearable about the store is the smell of dirty mop. I wish there's a way to get rid of that because I was almost ready to leave the store. Regardless, I opted for the regular tart flavor with some sliced strawberries and Fruity Pebbles and it was delicious. I had never tasted a creamy tart soft serve like this one before. Great quality. Even though it's optional, just by seeing it, I feel like someone begging for money and I don't like it. Customer should never been asked for a tip. Tip should be purely optional and not even mentioned on a display when paying. And the weird thing is by default its on 25%. Went here over two weeks or so ago after going through the Marshalls down the street. It's a nice place to get a refreshing and light snack. They have various flavors to choose from as well as toppings. I ended up getting the chocolate and nutella flavored ones and helping myself to any of the toppings that caught my fancy. I had very bad experience with one of the customer service Elaine, I told her that mango topping was rotten gave her with the spoon which was in kiwi, because there was no spoon in the container then, she took the spoon and trashed it so hard in the trash which were two spoons.
