I leased my Q5 for my mom a few months back. Although parking was a tad bit difficult to find, my overall experience here was wonderful. In my past history of purchasing/leasing cars, this one was definitely a change of pace. My mother does not speak much English and when she came in, she immediately asked for a chinese speaking salesperson. Calvin proceeded to help her. I was surprised, since he was literally half the age of the other salesmen working here. However, his knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. He explained every single feature of the car and test drove her on two different vehicles to show the drive of the different engines. He went through every single feature from the moonroof operation to the tailgate height setting. When it came to making a deal, Calvin explained to us that inventory was scarce. He even went out of his way to show how many Q5's there were in the united states and how many were available for sale. From start to finish buying a car here was a dream. Worked with Cesar in Internet sales and he was on it! I work in production so getting away during the day can be a challenge. Cesar coordinated everything so that it worked on my schedule. Car has a small sensor break and the customer service on the post-buying a car side was impressive. I am writing this review for David in sales. I am sure it may be odd because I didn't actually end up buying a car from them. I was looking for an impossible-to-find car and I was referred to Rusnak by some friends who purchased there. I somehow got transferred to David and I was glad I did. The first time I talked to him, I asked a million questions and not all of them were easy. As David said, I really did my research and I knew what to ask and what I wanted. He answered all of them calmly and never tried to take control of the conversation as most car salesmen did. During my 2 1/2 month search I called David periodically and checked to see if they had the car in inventory. He followed up with me just enough to be considerate but never pushy. One time I even found the car I wanted at Rusnak BMW and he tried to get the price lowered for me but the guy there wouldn't (I had called earlier and he was pretty rude about not being willing to budge). Either way, David did an amazing job guiding me along the way and answering all my questions. He was never rude and never pushy. No matter how long it had been since I last called, when I said it was me on the phone, he instantly remembered me which is always a great thing to find. I did end up finding my car but I am very confident that if I would have found it at Rusnak, David would have made it a great experience for me. i actually avoided this place at first due to all the negative reviews (i tend to trust yelp reviewers). after much research and debating between hybrid vs. diesel, we were on the market for a diesel model that was/is not so readily available, particularly in the options we wanted. we first dropped by downtown LA audi. later in the week, i found out this specific dealership has a special program for costco members. i signed up, my fiancé and i came in, met the internet fleet manager, test drove an A3 TDI in the color we wanted, and crunched numbers. pretty good deal, but it was late on a rainy friday night so we left it at that. the next day, we couldn't stop thinking about this car. also, my fiancé found out he had a corporate deal through his company with this specific dealership. after a few emails and phone calls, we met with brand specialist Karsten Tschaepe. he had the car ready for us, we test drove it again in dry weather conditions, and fell in love with it all over again even though we didn't want the upgraded package (premium plus) nor the sunroof. however, he offered an even more attractive deal and we were just sold. he was a very nice guy and we really appreciated his patience. following the sale i had several questions via email, all of which karsten quickly responded to. the alignment was a bit off so i took it in a few weeks later to get it adjusted, as well as to fill the tires with nitrogen. vincent helped me out and he was very pleasant. we just took in our car for the first free 5K oil change. both times we were provided with a courtesy car. overall, both the sales and service experiences have been pleasant so i'm not sure what's going on... unfortunate :( i feel like i lucked out. read more

Bought my new 2013 A3 here and overall was pleased with the process. I dealt with their internet sales manager Michael Phelan and did most of the negotiating through email and phone. Waited another week to buy and shopped around while doing so. I ended up paying significantly below sticker and a little below invoice so I was happy. Do yourself a favor and negotiate through email and the phone first. It eliminates a lot of headaches. I enjoyed my experience at Rusnak Audi so much I convinced my mom to buy her A6 there a few weeks later. Disappointed with their non-installation policy of [genuine] parts of not purchased through their parts department. I purchased genuine Audi parts through the Audi website only to find out about this policy after the fact. I intended to have the parts installed at the Audi service department when purchased the parts. One would think that they would want the service revenue business or at least provide this value added service to their customers. I completely agree with this policy if these were aftermarket, non-genuine parts. I'm in the automotive industry. I get it. But these were genuine parts! Apparently this is a Rusnak policy, which is a poor representation of Audi genuine parts. Two, I wish the service advisor would have told me about this policy prior to leaving my vehicle there all day, hoping I would have my parts installed that day. Granted, I was there for 25K service with the understanding that I would at least get a quote for parts installation. At least post the policy rather than keeping it "internal" per the parts manager. This left a bad impression on me. I don't know that I'll be returning here for service or my next Audi purchase. Look into this policy a little closer, guys. You may not need the business but at least represent the brand with better "internal policy". read more

I want to share what a great experience I had at Rusnak Audi of Pasadena. My wife and I are expecting our first child (a boy) and we were looking into a new car with all the safety features but still let us ride in style. We met with Ernnie Chan a friendly and very helpful dealer. We were browsing and looking for a crossover size car and took a look at the Q3 and Q5. Ernnie answered all our questions and concerns and even helped by pointing out how the Q3 drives more like a sedan but with the cargo space necessary of a crossover. My wife agreed during the test drive he took us on and really loved this factor in the Q3 not to mention all the great standard features in the car itself. Ernnie Chan was a great help pointing out the major differences between the Q3 and Q5 which made our decision even easier. They transferred me to finance department who never pick up their phone or return calls. Then when I reached someone, she said she will email me the quote which never happened.
