Back again at Audi Pasadena, and this time Taylor talked me into upgrading to the new 2025 Audi Q6. Honestly, after driving a Q4 for two years, I was close to giving up on Audi since that model didn't impress me much. But the deal they offered was too good to pass up... so here I am. I have to say, this dealership is top-notch. Taylor made the whole process seamless. All I had to do was drop off my old car, sign the paperwork, and I was out with my new ride in under an hour! If you're thinking about getting an Audi, definitely hit up the team here. They'll take care of you and make the process as smooth as possible.

Great experience, after many stereotypically negative experiences at different dealerships, Audi of Pasadena felt like a breath of fresh air. I was assisted by Mr. George Assatouri, he was wonderful to work with. He helped make the process of selling my previous lease from another dealership, and leasing my new car a breeze. I have already recommended him to personal friends and family, and I figured I should share my experience on Yelp as well.

This review is specifically for the service and loaner team - I have not worked with the sales team at all. My third Audi has a defect (or defects) that I'm guessing has something to do with it being a pandemic era build. After two years of no issues whatsoever, suddenly the car became problematic and has been in and out of service for nearly a year at this point. While there's no clear resolution yet, the service team is very helpful and accommodating in trying to troubleshoot and find out what's going on. I would advise anyone going through a similar situation to understand that car problems have everything to do with manufacturing and NOT the techs trying to help; if they are making the effort to repair the car that's all we can ask of them. I have previously had successful repairs and replacements here, at both the current and past Pasadena addresses. My only reason for 4 stars is that I feel communication could be more consistent and organized. It's uncomfortable to have a conversation or send a message that progress hasn't been made but I would rather hear that than nothing. If a service rep is out of town or unavailable, someone else must be responsible in communicating updates. Like I mentioned this part has been hit or miss. Loaners are a major issue here and anywhere else in Southern California; again this is a corporate issue rather than site-specific. While it's beyond frustrating to bring your car in and not be offered something else to drive, or offered something with half the features of your actual vehicle, this again is out of everyone's control and from my experience here I am very happy with their efforts to help me. Sera is a gem and she has consistently been able to improve each experience I had when things were otherwise not going my way. I feel my requests and concerns are really heard by her and for me, that goes a really long way.

Rudy and Daniel are lifesavers for my vehicle, and I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding work. Their expertise and commitment to high-quality service truly uphold the Audi Dealership's reputation. Words can't express how satisfied I am with their dedication and the exceptional care they provided for my car. Noise issues are often among the most frustrating and challenging problems to diagnose, but Rudy and Daniel went above and beyond to pinpoint and resolve the issue. Their relentless efforts reaffirmed my decision to always trust Audi with my car's needs. I highly recommend this dealership--especially Rudy and Daniel. If your Audi ever requires service, they're the ones to turn to.

I've been to this location before, but this visit felt different in the best way. The overall atmosphere was great, and it seems like there's new management because the vibe was noticeably more positive. The employee who helped me, Moises, was outstanding from the start. He was genuinely interested in figuring out what was going on with my car and didn't make me feel rushed or brushed off. You could tell right away that he cared and really knew what he was doing, which makes a huge difference. He started by testing my battery, which showed it was bad. I was a little hesitant at first because I had a past experience where replacing the battery didn't solve the issue, but he took the time to explain the process and reassured me that this was the right first step. He also mentioned that if needed, he could run additional tests on other components afterward. As it turned out, my battery was still under warranty, so he replaced it and went the extra mile by checking the rest of the related systems, all of which came back good. I'm really grateful for the help I received. Employees like Moises make all the difference. Whoever is managing this location should know they have a great asset on their team.

I usually go to the front desk and ask the staff if the carry a specific tool to save time. 7-8/10…read moretimes, they tell me they don't sell that part or tool. i take a look myself and find it a couple of mins. Staff relies heavily on computer system rather than knowledge in auto parts and tools. Zero helpful tips and tricks of the auto trade. Feel as if staff should be required to have at least worked on a (1) car before applying.

I've had three jobs done for me at Blair's by Phil and bought all kinds of weirdo parts from them…read morefor a assortment of strange cars over the years.( Like where else do you get a mallory dual point distributor for a MK9 Jaguar or lighter tougher pushrods for a TR3 or special con rods for your model A crank conversion in a model T?) The three jobs were putting a 350/350 combo in a 1937 Oldsmobile. they did a GREAT job and yeah it took forever, but one of the clever things they did was rearrange the steering and they actually made the steering much more responsive and tightened up the turning circle. That was awesome. The next job they did I had designed some turned aluminum parts and yes they took forever but they are gorgeous and the price was REALLY fair. The most recent job they did I had bought a 454 powered 1941 Lincoln Continental and was having horrific problems with the electronic ignition constantly failing. Phil knew that the parts made by that company were junk. He recommended a better electronic distributor and coil set up and changed them in a day. About 10% than a average shop would have charged, but i'd already spent more than that at regular shops trying to get it fixed and in towing five times, so I would have been smarter to just go see Phil in the first place. They had it done in a day and its run great since, Phil doesnt know it yet but he's going to be building me a really odd specification SBC for my 40 Ford Truck....... I dont know why yelp says I'm in Frisco, I live in Altadena..
