Last week I took my Q5 for the 20.000 mile service as well as to buy the AUDI care package. What a disappointment with this new dealership. First impression was the service representative not wearing a clean white shirt to represent AUDI. The time frame given to us was that it would take 2-3 hours, yet my Q5 was not ready until the next day, the service manager does not check his voicemail for messages. Nor does he return calls. And finally upon returning to pick-up my car it was filthy both inside and outside, with water spots all over my car. I shared my disappointment with the service manger but it seems that he has no concept of what an AUDI dealership should be. I was in search for an SUV but was open to various dealership. I was looking for something I will keep for years down the road and get use for all Cali seasons. I want to be able to take it to the city, beach,mountains or on road trips. One other important factor i was looking for was SAFETY! I contacted few dealership and did a through research and was instantly connected to Rob Davis at Modesto Audi. I asked him if I can come in and do a test drive. I came to the dealership after work was introduced to Racquel ( who by the way is AWESOME) to do my test drive. I knew i wanted to do business with this dealership because of how respectful they were of my time, what I wanted and how much my budget was. I went home and and still wasn't 100% sure of the color I wanted. Rob called me to do an 24 hour test drive once I brought the q7 home I knew this was the SUV I wanted but, was not happy with the color. A girl wants what a girl wants...lol. I asked Rob to give me few days to think it over and I'll come in following Saturday.... There she was glacier white, nougat brown and with all the bells and whistles in the showroom. I asked if I could do a test drive. They kindly took it out from the showroom and I took it for a spin and let me tell you... it was the ONE. I know buying a car is an grueling process but, not this time. It was an easy transaction! I purchased my Audi from Livermore & had the best experience. When Modesto opened, I was so excited bc it was closer to home. When it came to addressing my recall (airbag & passenger seatbelt) I was kicked to the curb and treated very poorly by Chris bc I didn't originally purchase my vehicle from them. For 2 years I drove with my seatbelt sensor going off and airbags off, I finally arranged with Livermore Audi, who kept my car for hours and even offered to Uber me back to Manteca. Easy to make an appointment online and you won't have to wait a week to get an appointment as you do in the bay area. Also, the entire staff is friendly, informative and really treat their customers well. I previously used Livermore Audi for servicing, but Modesto Audi is much closer to my home so I decided to give them a try with a new Q7 I recently purchased. My 2018 Audi Q7 was purchased pre-owned at an Audi dealership in SoCal. When I brought my car into Modesto Audi they determined the problem I was experiencing was caused by the SoCal dealership and the repair could not be completed under warranty. I paid for the repair and then attempted to contact the SoCal dealership to get reimbursed and had trouble getting someone to talk with me on the phone. To my pleasant surprise, the Service Consultant brought this up to his General Manager's attention and he offered to follow-up with the SoCal dealership General Manager on my behalf (now that is service!) read more
