So I took my Audi Q7 in for annual maintenance, little did I know my warranty expired two days prior. Sonnie Torres, my service advisor went WELL ABOVE the call to make my experience, STRESS FREE. It was like having a personnel assistant for the day. First as I was checking out the showrooms, he called me to ask if he could start a recall claim for my vehicle (that I had no idea about), next provided me a complimentary loaner vehicle but over achingly WITHOUT even asking (begging, or being transferred and put on hold) he got his manager to approve my multiple maintenance inspection which included a new battery all complimentary. I purchased my pre owned Audi in late Feb 2022 and was initially impressed by the courteous nature of my sales person. He was willing to communicate with his superiors to get the sale in as their sales that month were low and thus able to give me a better price. At this time, they were very responsive and interested in communicating with me. However, once the sale was done with, it was clear that they were no longer keen on keeping up with good communications. I had to check simple things like ensuring the safety check was up to date and that they did in fact fix the recall. However, the most disappointing part was that they did not provide me with the key tag which allowed me to personalize my interface in the car. When I brought this up with them, not only was the reply extremely delayed and unhelpful, he finally said to me that I need to purchase it from parts as the car is sold as is. When I called Audi's customer's relations representative (Amalin) she was very kind but was unable to help me as it was not in her capacity. She did however refer me to Mike Lofano who is the general manager and I emailed him twice with absolutely no response what so ever. I feel that now I have paid for a great car but am left with terrible service and it really makes me feel nervous of what will happen when things eventually do go wrong with the car, how interested they will be to assist. By the looks of things, I know will be left in the lurch. I actually tested out a Mercedes prior to purchasing the Audi and the Mercedes dealer did warn me about the many complaints Audi customers had with them but I took it as rival talk. Now I have personal experience with this and I regret buying this car. If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle, just remember that the after care is just as important as the car itself. I bought my Audi A6 premium plus package on Tuesday 11/28/2017. I went to pick it up on Wednesday 11/29/2017. I At first the keys didn't work to start it, They said then weren't programmed right or battery was dead. I drove home at around 6:00 pm. I rode my motorcycle to work the next two days. Then Friday 12/2/17 around 4:30 pm I took my brand new car out of my parking garage into the rain. Guess what. The wipers didn't work. I called Audi to see if there was a quick fix, service department told me they would make an appointment for me on the following Monday, I told them that was not an option because it was a brand new car and it was raining and it was my only transportation for the weekend. I then called my sales person who got me a different car and sent someone out to pick up my car. Today Monday 12/5/17 I was called by the service department and they told me that they had to order a brand new motor for the windshield wipers and that they would have my car for at least another five days. I told him that was not appropriate and asked for a manager to call me. I went to Audi after work and spoke with the sales manager, he said there was nothing he could do. He said "I apologize on behalf of Audi USA". As of right now they have my car in the shop and have had it longer then I have had it at my home. As of right now the cars had to electrical issues, what else can happen? I think Audi Honolulu/Audi USA should replace my car with either the same car or one grade higher. I spoke with the manager Jeff Lee today, He said he will call next week and give me an update, So they will have the car for at least another 4-5 days. So for the two weeks that I have bought the car, I have had for 2 days, it has been in for repairs 12 days. read more

After been through years of ownership of Porsche, bmw(as a result due to unwillingness of prior mainland Audi dealership not letting me test drive even their base models), Audi Honolulu had finalized my pursue of the perfect ideal car in mind. Thanks to their knowledge of Audi products, I was luckily to test drive most models and set my eyes on the RS3 model. Even though it was almost impossible to order this rare, highly sought model just like the BMW M2, John and other sales staff were willing to assist and introduce me the European delivery program. It was a lengthy and complicated process filled with frustrations, but I was informed of possible update and provided with contacts at factory for future follow ups. It took me 5 months to wait, however it was worth it. The trip to Ingolstadt in Germany was an eye opener and the delivery was a blast! Visiting the Audi forum was an unforgettable moment and I've realized the sophistication of Audi qualities. Got to love the this RS model, nimble size of a 911, turbo speed of a M3, 5 pot in-line engine rumble almost to a R8, lustful interior design of a 911GTS with the fresh smell of Napa leather...not to mention fun AWD launch controls! Once my vehicle arrived on island, John did best to expedite the processing to ensure I get to see my beloved car as soon as possible. Afterwards, at every visit I was treated with warm welcome, as a part of the group. When my car unfortunately popped tires ended in service, the sales department cross talked with service to make sure proper communication flow to get the service complete ahead of schedule. There is no better car buying experience than Audi/JN Auto!! We were on the hunt for a Jeep Wrangler (not even Audi) and must have driven every single white jeep on the island. Short story: Top-notch car purchasing (Tam Le) and post-sales experience (Brandon Banas). Long story: I had my eyes on a new car sometime in 2018. Went to several dealerships to do some test drives of various vehicles. Finally in May, I decided to pursue an Audi, but wasn't completely sure I wanted to venture in this level of luxury. Here's my experience with Tam: 1) no pressure (e.g., did multiple test drives on my schedule and time). 2) had cars ready to test drive when promised (I normally scheduled a few days in advance). 3) honest and open in sharing information with me. 4) asking if there is anything he can do to help me make a decision. 5) when I finally made a fair offer, he worked on my behalf to get it approved. 6) took the time to go over the technology/car with me. 7) responsive (all e-mails answered same or next day). 8) if my expectations were not met, he asked what it would take to make it right (see below) I purchase the car on a rainy day, so Tam offered to have the vehicle detailed on a day of my choosing - I didn't even have to ask. This brought me to Brandon Banas. Brandon is picky about how cars are maintained and he's a techie sort of guy. 1) He asked me how I would like my car detailed and understood exactly what I wanted. 2) Ready for me at the time I came in and had it ready when promised. 3) Took extra time to go over the car's technology with me when I had a few questions. 4) I noticed a small defect on the car and even though he is not in service, went ahead and took care of the paperwork to get me scheduled. This means he's taking responsibility and accountability for meeting my needs and not passing me off to someone else. Brandon wanted to ensure I had a superb experience and ended up detailing my car himself. That says a lot to the type of person he is, and the values Audi of Honolulu brings.
