It had great flavor but the pasta underneath was lukewarm. We even asked for them to toast the bread and they just brought us another cold bread. The service was also not great. When checking in for our reservation at the bar, the hostess checked us in then disappeared for a while. Then the manager came by and rudely asked us to close the door, when there was absolutely nowhere to stand inside because it was packed and we were waiting on the hostess to figure out where our table was. Our server was nice but also not the most attentive. She was either in the other room with another server hugging on her and watching something on her phone or computer, or just simply couldn't be found. We even had to fill our own waters because we hadn't seen her in a while. The cherry on top is that there was a mouse running around inside the restaurant. We informed the server who immediately said she would comp our bill, which is much appreciated. Then the manager came to speak to us with attitude... "so you guys wanted to talk to me?" and "we had the doors to the outside open earlier so this kind of thing happens". No it doesn't. Everyone, including the manager, seemed to think it wasn't a big deal. It's a health code violation. We were grateful that they comped our bill, and some of us even went out of our way to tip the server via CashApp because we felt bad we couldn't do so on the bill.
