They work done by Guy's Body Shop was flawless and more extensive than what Scottsdale Collision was willing to do and for $100 less. She also promised to call the next day with an updated timeline -- but I never heard back. When I called days later, I was told they hadn't even started work on my car and were waiting for Progressive to come out the following week for another estimate. I was shocked since they had my car for several days already and gave me a false completion date. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they couldn't do anything about the rental cost and suggested I just pick up my car. There was no apology or accountability for the misleading information. Because of this experience, I won't be getting my repairs done here and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty or communication.

I needed a place for a prior to purchase used car inspection. I also needed it right away because I was looking at a car and the place that was supposed to inspect the car was not available. V's said they had the time and got the car. They were done in about 30 mins. They told me that all the brakes needed to be replaced, several parts of the AC system needed repairs and one of the engine blocks also needed to be changed. The cost was about $45 - 50 for the inspection which is lower than other places where I have had this done. Unfortunately for me, I have been to many places for used car inspections. But when I was leaving he said, "if you buy the car, you have to get the front brakes replaced soon. Do not mess around." That was very good service in my opinion. We ended up not getting the car but they seem very trustworthy at this place.

I did not use this facility to paint my bumper, I didn't even take the car in physically for the quote. I sent in a few pictures for a quote and Chapman decided that they needed to report damage to Carfax. I am not anti Carfax, I just don't think the scratch warrants a report and I would have liked to have known that simply asking for a quote would elicit such action.
