Been a while since I've wrote a review but I decided to write one for this place because it made an impact on my experience with food trucks. I've always been a little skeptical with going to food trucks so haven't been to one in years due to some unlucky + bad experiences in the past but a friend of mine came back into town and had this place bookmarked so why not. Customer service = 10/10 very attentive and wasn't pushy, they really wanted me to order what I like instead of trying to upsale me and I appreciate that type of integrity in a business. I ended ordering with my eyes and it was worth it! Pricing = for Thai/asian fusion - very reasonable for the portion! I haven't paid less than $21 for pad thai for years and I've never been 100% satisfied either. I think it's worth every penny in my humble opinion. Wait time - it does take time (15-20 call ahead if you are in a rush) because they are a food truck with limited space and workers, and they do get super busy as I saw how many orders they had when we came and while we were eating and they still took time to give each customer VIP treatment which is also a very important factor to me. Quality of food - Pad thai 10/10 - sweet and spicy!! It def had a kick to it but I couldn't stop eating it. Thai fried rice 8/10 - addicting! The rice wasn't soggy, I'm not a rice girly but the flavor had me hooked and the shrimp was tender and not fishy. Crab Rangoon nachos 12/10 - the star of the show. The rangoons were pretty big, the sauce made it super addicting to eat kinda similar to the sauce you dip in popcorn chicken but spicier!! We had to get 2 more togo and even after 2 hrs it was still crispy! The presentation of each meal is beautiful. Hard to find a place that serves food that tastes as good as it looks. Will be back duh :-) PS - parking can be tricky here, they do have a parking lot and a proper bathroom (you need a code) come on a day that's not super busy!! Totally worth it. read more

AT Kitchen started popping up all over my TikTok feed, so I decided to stop by and see what the hype was all about! Finding the truck wasn't too difficult. They're located in a narrow, dusty lot surrounded by a few other food trucks. Parking can be a little rough, especially if you're coming on a weekend. They also have a handful of tables if you plan on eating there. We came on a Friday around 5 PM and got lucky - there was basically no line, just a couple of other parties waiting for their food. We were quoted a 30-40 minute wait for an order of crab rangoons, the crispy pad see ew, and the Thai fried rice. It ended up taking closer to an hour, so definitely expect a bit of a wait. The food was delicious overall! Just keep in mind that everything is pretty greasy. My favorite item was actually the Thai fried rice. It was super fragrant, packed with flavor, and the portion was really generous. The crab rangoons were good, but they didn't totally leave me wanting more. The wrapper was super crispy (same with the pad see ew, which I loved), but the filling tasted just a liiiittle too mayo-y for my liking lol. The crispy pad see ew was definitely worth trying. It had great texture and flavor, but it was also *veryyyy* greasy. Overall, I can see why people like this spot, but not totally sure if I'd go out of my way to come back. read more

I came here after seeing many TikToks reviewing them for their crab rangoons. It took fairly long for my order to come out (~15-20 mins). For blowing up for this item, I was very underwhelmed. I couldn't taste the cheese inside the rangoons and I felt like it was just heavily slathered with chili sauce. The actual rangoon was very bland. Came here for the viral crab rangoon nachos and it was worth it!!!!! So flavorful, saucy, and crunchy. Just perfect! I ended up trying their crispy pad see ew and their thai fried rice as well. I usually order pad thai, but decided to try something new since I never really see crispy pad see ew. It was also amazing! Crunchy noodles that have parts that soak up the sauce well. I am glad I ordered it! The thai fried rice had a nice basil aroma throughout, which was good, my bf loved it! They come with chili sauce, so it can be a lil spicy (especially when the food is hot). Food truck located in an area with a few other food trucks around. There is parking, which is good. Some seating in front of the truck. It's located in a food truck park area, the second stall at the front with lots of seating and they play great musicb Everything is made to order so don't expect super quick service, but they do the best they can to make sure your food is fresh and tasty. The parking situation could be better, but it is a hole in the wall location so you can't expect much here. The green thai tea had such a great flavor, mongolian beef was super tender and flavorful, while the crab rangoon nachos were very crispy and well flavored inside and out. The crispy pad see ew however- I'd skip this one. It was too oily and tasted more like chinese chow fun. I didn't like this at all unfortunately, I should've gotten the pad thai which looks promising! It's in a food truck park area, it was a little hard to find as we parked near the back - AT Kitchen is towards the front - easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled. The wait was pretty long although it wasn't super busy. But everything is made fresh, which I appreciate (especially when ordering fried things - maximum crisp!) Crab Rangoon Nachos (5/5): I would come back for this. It was crispy, savory, a little sweet with the sweet chili and unagi sauce with some heat from the jalapeños. "Nachos" might be a little misleading as there aren't additional toppings other than the jalapeños, cilantro, and sauce. But very good none the less! Crispy Pad See Ew (3/5): I was most excited for this dish, but it fell flat for me. It didn't taste like your traditional pad see ew, the sauce was more of a gravy. Decided to try this place after seeing it on my TikTok FYP and it was delicious! I ordered the crab rangoon nachos and crispy pad see ew and both were great dishes! Dropped by here after seeing all these tik toks about some crispy pad see ew. The restaurant is a food truck that looks like a permanent structure at a little area that is full of food trucks. It's a one way in one way out. The street going in is a bit of a task if there's cars trying to leave but manageable. When you get inside there's maybe about 30 parking spots. Sounds like plenty but the place is packed so it was full lol. I was able to find one parking. Service was slow at this truck but it's a two man show so I figured it would take long for our food and was prepared to wait. And the wait was worth it! I wanted to get the crab Rangoon nachos but he ran out. Sadness. I ordered the crispy pad see ew with beef and omg that was so good! It doesn't look crispy because it came with gravy all over it but the crunch was great! And it was so flavorful! Two thumbs up from me! My friend ordered the shrimp fried rice and shrimp rolls.. the shrimp rolls was crispy and delicious! The shrimp fried rice was great too! It was a tom yum flavored fried rice! It's located in the first part of the lot. When you drive in, it's on your right. I couldn't find parking near it and had to go to the back and trek along the uneven pavement with fake grass. Not a lot of tables but I can live with that. It opens at 12 pm and I got there 1:20 ish. The older gentlemen was the cook. He was very welcoming. You do have to talk aloud because there's construction going on. I ordered the pad thai. He said it will take him ten minutes. Ten minutes went by and he was jammed with a lot of doordash orders. I can wait... then I decided to get my water bottle since it took long. I wasn't in a rush or anything. By the time I came back, my food was already done. My pad thai had the right amount of spicy. Beware if you can't handle spicy food. I didn't think it was spicy but boy, I was wrong. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. It was succulent and not dried out. The chicken was diced and I just love it. I had meat, bean sprout in every bite. The pad thai was well-seasoned. I love it! This place is my go to place for thai food. I will try other dishes next time. He checked up on me and asked how the food was. I recommend this place but it's not near the restroom and the uneven pavement is a problem if you walk with a cane. read more

I'll be honest -- I'm not super crazy about food trucks because they're usually overpriced with small portions and mediocre quality/taste. But I'll be DAMNED, bc after trying out AT Kitchen, I will say that they've got something special going on. Amongst a party of 3, we got an order of their hot & sour beef, pad thai (with no shrimp, but they kindly doubled up on the chicken), and the crab rangoon nachos. All three dishes were FIREEE! Portions and flavors were PACKED. Also... where else can you get a good quality pad thai for $13 these days? (I don't even usually like pad thai). I can't wait till they have their crispy pad see ew. I'll definitely be back to try that, alongside their $5 thai tea! Also, note that they have two small collapsible picnic tables, which aren't the most comfy, but it does the job. I came back because they have the viral crab rangoon nachossss!!! Actually so yummy! Make sure you eat them immediately after they come out while they are still piping hot. That is when the texture and flavors are at their best. I loved all the toppings and how everything comes together in each bite! Do not sleep on the rest of their food though. The basil fried rice is very flavorful and satisfying, the pad thai is comforting and well balanced, and the shrimp egg rolls were super good with a nice crispy texture. You can really tell they put care into what they make! What I appreciate most is how kind and hardworking they are. It feels good supporting a small family run business like this, and I am glad I came back to try more items. Definitely worth stopping by if you see their truck around. Not gonna line because I simply don't like to when it comes to food reviews so let me start by this , straight forward menu but exemplary delivery in showmanship , flavor and appeal / savory factor of the food was absolutely top tier. Everything is homemade and to order . I came specifically to try what looked like a explosive spin on crab Rangoon dubbed the crab Rangoon nachos they are essentially fried Rangoon wonton large triangle Style loaded with sauce sesame seeds furikaki cilantro and sauce , these and the shrimp rolls with homemade creamy chili aioli was hitting beyond belief , not to take back from the Mongolian beef and the pad Thai which the noodles and spice/ flavor were above par .i had an expectation of it being about a 8 or 7.5 but delivered with it being truly like a 9.5-10 range experience in terms of flavor profile delivery and quality of food / live imbued . So happy we gave them a try. It was a little hard to find since it's tucked away behind the apartments, but it was worth it. They have nice outdoor seating too. We tried the shrimp rolls and crab rangoon nachos. The rolls were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Been wanting to try this place since I saw a tiktok video on the promotion of AT Kitchen. Just the one video alone got me sold. On top of that, all items were SUPER affordable and portion size was insane. I got three entrees for a party of three and we were all super full by the end of it. I like that even though it was a food truck, the food was made fresh to order. I know other food trucks have some things premade to help them but this was a 5/5 in my book! At Kitchen was a decent Thai food spot overall. I ordered the pad see ew, pad Thai, crab rangoon, and fried rice. Out of everything, the pad see ew was definitely my favorite. It was flavorful and had the best taste compared to the other dishes. The pad Thai, crab rangoon, and fried rice were more like safe choices -- not bad, but nothing too special. The seating area is next to the food truck, so I would probably recommend doing takeout instead because the tables and chairs were a little dusty. Whoever hyped this place up on social media must have gotten paid. The food was not even that great. But I'm not here to talk about their food, Im here to talk about the poor customer service I had. I visited this place on July 8. I'm assuming they were running behind schedule. It took over an hour to get my food and the only I was the third customer waiting. I over heard one of the other parties was there when they first opened and they turned them away because they had a big order and told them to come back in an hour. When they did come back in an hour the same worker that turned them away didnt even want to acknowledge them and decided to take the other party that arrived after them. Food was absolutely amazing. The service is super amazing. They're the sweetest here! The truck is a bit hard to find but every single item on the menu is delicious. Their prices are more on the affordable side, especially their catering. This is now my go to spot for catering. read more

Recently saw the ads and reviews about this place, so I decided to give them a try. Wasn't expecting much seeing the low prices, but damn the food is actually really good. I ordered the Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef, and the Fried Shrimp Rolls. The $13 Pad Thai & Thai Fried Rice is very good (they dont skimp on the shrimp or meats) and is better than most of the popular Thai restaurants in the area (Tastes Authentic & very flavorful). The Fried Shrimp Rolls was also really tasty, they seasoned it before rolling it, which most restaurants dont do and gave it more flavor. All in all its a great spot with incredible low prices. Found out it is only half mile from my place, so we decided to go for a walk and try it. I love the food. It's different from most Thai food restaurants, but I like the taste. The popcorn chicken is crispy outside, soft and juicy inside. Both the pad Thai and fried rice have more shrimp than you would see in most restaurants.
