It's located in the first part of the lot. When you drive in, it's on your right. I couldn't find parking near it and had to go to the back and trek along the uneven pavement with fake grass. Not a lot of tables but I can live with that. It opens at 12 pm and I got there 1:20 ish. The older gentlemen was the cook. He was very welcoming. You do have to talk aloud because there's construction going on. I ordered the pad thai. He said it will take him ten minutes. Ten minutes went by and he was jammed with a lot of doordash orders. I can wait... then I decided to get my water bottle since it took long. I wasn't in a rush or anything. By the time I came back, my food was already done. My pad thai had the right amount of spicy. Beware if you can't handle spicy food. I didn't think it was spicy but boy, I was wrong. The shrimp was cooked to perfection. It was succulent and not dried out. The chicken was diced and I just love it. I had meat, bean sprout in every bite. The pad thai was well-seasoned. I love it! This place is my go to place for thai food. I will try other dishes next time. He checked up on me and asked how the food was. I recommend this place but it's not near the restroom and the uneven pavement is a problem if you walk with a cane.

Not gonna line because I simply don't like to when it comes to food reviews so let me start by this , straight forward menu but exemplary delivery in showmanship , flavor and appeal / savory factor of the food was absolutely top tier. Everything is homemade and to order . I came specifically to try what looked like a explosive spin on crab Rangoon dubbed the crab Rangoon nachos they are essentially fried Rangoon wonton large triangle Style loaded with sauce sesame seeds furikaki cilantro and sauce , these and the shrimp rolls with homemade creamy chili aioli was hitting beyond belief , not to take back from the Mongolian beef and the pad Thai which the noodles and spice/ flavor were above par .i had an expectation of it being about a 8 or 7.5 but delivered with it being truly like a 9.5-10 range experience in terms of flavor profile delivery and quality of food / live imbued . Thank you again to the owner and his family for going absolutely beserk !!!!I I will be a frequent flyer here :ppp ps hours are 12-10 Tuesday - Sunday and come early for parking and enjoying the ambiance it's in a court of food trucks royale + galore

I'll be honest -- I'm not super crazy about food trucks because they're usually overpriced with small portions and mediocre quality/taste. But I'll be DAMNED, bc after trying out AT Kitchen, I will say that they've got something special going on. Amongst a party of 3, we got an order of their hot & sour beef, pad thai (with no shrimp, but they kindly doubled up on the chicken), and the crab rangoon nachos. All three dishes were FIREEE! Portions and flavors were PACKED. Also... where else can you get a good quality pad thai for $13 these days? (I don't even usually like pad thai). I can't wait till they have their crispy pad see ew. I'll definitely be back to try that, alongside their $5 thai tea! Also, note that they have two small collapsible picnic tables, which aren't the most comfy, but it does the job. They also offer chopsticks and plates upon request.

I came back because they have the viral crab rangoon nachossss!!! Actually so yummy! Make sure you eat them immediately after they come out while they are still piping hot. That is when the texture and flavors are at their best. I loved all the toppings and how everything comes together in each bite! Do not sleep on the rest of their food though. The basil fried rice is very flavorful and satisfying, the pad thai is comforting and well balanced, and the shrimp egg rolls were super good with a nice crispy texture. You can really tell they put care into what they make! What I appreciate most is how kind and hardworking they are. It feels good supporting a small family run business like this, and I am glad I came back to try more items. Definitely worth stopping by if you see their truck around. It is located in a slightly hidden food truck lot, but there are multiple vendors there and plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food!

Been wanting to try this place since I saw a tiktok video on the promotion of AT Kitchen. Just the one video alone got me sold. On top of that, all items were SUPER affordable and portion size was insane. I got three entrees for a party of three and we were all super full by the end of it. I like that even though it was a food truck, the food was made fresh to order. I know other food trucks have some things premade to help them but this was a 5/5 in my book! The music and vibes also remind me of what a night out in Southeast Asia would be. They have a Crispy Pad See Ew that I am excited to try so I will be coming back soon!

I randomly came across this spot on Yelp while looking for new food places to try, so I decided to give it a shot. I drove over and found it in a small area with several other food trucks. My first impression was that the prices were really affordable, especially since other places usually charge around $18 for similar dishes. We ordered the pad Thai, Thai fried rice, and crab rangoon, and everything was super flavorful and delicious. I'll definitely be coming back.

Recently saw the ads and reviews about this place, so I decided to give them a try. Wasn't expecting much seeing the low prices, but damn the food is actually really good. I ordered the Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef, and the Fried Shrimp Rolls. The $13 Pad Thai & Thai Fried Rice is very good (they dont skimp on the shrimp or meats) and is better than most of the popular Thai restaurants in the area (Tastes Authentic & very flavorful). The Fried Shrimp Rolls was also really tasty, they seasoned it before rolling it, which most restaurants dont do and gave it more flavor. All in all its a great spot with incredible low prices. I really enjoyed it and will definitely order again. Sorry no food pics cuz I ate it all too fast. Next time I will definitely take pics.

The food was great after a first bite! My friend referred me to this new food truck and it was amazing!

Tried AT KITCHEN for the first time and wow - everything was so good! The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced with great flavor, and the Thai Fried Rice was super comforting and delicious. We also got the shrimp eggrolls, popcorn chicken, and crab rangoon, it was all very crispy, fresh, and very yummy!! There's only one chef running the truck, so it may be a little bit of a wait, but trust me - it is so worth it. Portions were generous, and you can really taste the love they put into their food. I'm already excited to come back and explore more of the menu next time! If you're looking for tasty Thai and Asian dishes from a local small business, this food truck is a must-try :)

Great food and service! 5/5! Definitely order again. Ordered for my family and my company

    Thai fried rice

We just ordered some items for Togo, popcorn chicken, shrimp salad and the fried rice were good, Mongolian beef was a bit salty but good amount of beef tho. Overall good food and good prices for our dinner. Btw They were originally located on Lucretia and Story but now they moved to Food Trucks place on Alumrock!

I got a chance to try the place out for the first time, thanks to my friend's recommendation. Trying out the fried rice, it was fantastic with the blend of Chinese and Thai cuisine. Very nice flavor, and the chef probably knows me too well that I like fried rice so he decided to give me a lot haha. Definitely a recommendation for everybody!

The subtly-salty cloud cream topping was delicious as well, and complemented the coffee. I selected 25% sweet & less ice, which was perfect. Also got the Coco-Bo (coconut milk avocado smoothie-slushie) - 0% sweet, but not sure how they adjust this ~ it was still sweet, as both the coconut part & avocado part were separately sweet, but still enjoyable & refreshing. One small caveat is that the avocado part is a paste so even though it's most likely house made, to me the texture is a little processed (as opposed to chunky blended avocado). I am dreaming about when I can return to get their Signature Saigon again & try their other coffee drinks.

Less ice meant remove ice and leave cup empty I guess. How much does another 4oz of coffee and milk cost? Cents. Alternative would've been to fill the space with more grass jelly. Also cheap to do. There's one I always recommend to my friends, which is the corn einspanner. You have to try it. It's so good in a weirdly comforting way, like it fixes something in me every time I drink it. Maybe it's because it tastes exactly like corn milk - the kind I used to have for breakfast back in Vietnam. I also really like their matcha. It's strong, high quality, and honestly their cream foam is one of the best in the Bay Area. Super smooth and not too sweet. I've never had a bad drink here. It is also bit on the quiet side, which is another pro. , The first time I went to Haiku, I did not enjoy the drink I got (which I do not remember what it was), but the second time I went, my friend and I ordered an Obsidian Hojicha latte and their Banana cream top hojicha, and it was amazing! Each drink is hand-whisked, so well worth the wait. Their cold foams were delicious and super flavorful as well. I was so excited to try the mango sticky rice matcha, as I hadn't seen this flavor anywhere else. The drink has a creamy salted coconut milk cold foam on top and some mango puree and glutinous rice on the bottom. Once everything was mixed, the mango flavor does get lost unfortunately. The guava li-hing matcha was sooo vibrant! I loved how the tropical flavor of the guava cold foam sprinkled with li-hing balanced out the earthy matcha. I've tried other guava matchas with guava puree on the bottom rather than cold foam on top, but I definitely prefer the latter to preserve the matcha flavor. The employees were kind and we came on a weekday afternoon with a short wait. Order at a kiosk. Limited seating inside. I wouldn't say this is an ideal study spot, but it is very aesthetic and bright. Parking was not a problem since this location is in a plaza.

At first, the employee told me they couldn't remake it without strawberry, which was confusing given the posted policy. I explained again that the strawberry tasted bad and pointed out the sign. Only then did she agree to remake it. Everything else about the drink was fine, and I wouldn't have asked for a remake if the strawberry sauce hadn't tasted spoiled.
