We worked with Cassie, and Verizon, if you're monitoring your Yelp reviews, you need to give Cassie a raise. She is amazing! Not only was she able to help us find the exact phones we wanted, she even came in on her day off to get the order placed after a snafu with a credit lock we had with Experian (that's another review for Experian, and it most certainly won't be 5 stars). Once the phones arrived we worked with Cassie to activate the new phones, port over our numbers and swap out a SIM in an iPad. She ensured that all numbers were working and thoroughly tested each device and ensured everything was working and that the iCloud restore completed on all devices.
