I used this company for over a year and a half It was good for the first three months, then started having signal loss. Sometimes it was off for only a few hours but if it went down on Friday which it did several times it would stay off until Monday morning. After having 43 full days of no internet since the first of the year I called to cancel. Had to argue with the the man he kept saying it must have been my problem because it wasn't them. Finally agreed to cancel but required another month payment. I'm already behind 43 days. Asked about the $300 deposit and was told that the deposit isn't returnable when you cancel. Dishonest, borderline scam company. 15 day money back guarantee? Nope you only get 75% of your money back and you have to cover the cost of shipping their equipment back to them. Had their service for 3 days and never got more than 1Mbps, got told to move it closer to the window because they couldn't "configure the router" if it wasn't by the window. I called and cancelled and they still called me for 2 days trying to make it right after I had already told them I cancelled and it's been over a month and I STILL don't have my money back. I recently moved to a rural area outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Of course, I had concerns about what kind of Internet access I would be able to find in the middle of nowhere. Initially, I was directed to the dish-based solution that my neighbors used. However, they told me it would take a month to come and install their solution. In my research for other options, I came across SpeedNet LTE. At first, it sounded like something that was technically impossible, but after waiting a week with no other decent options, I decided to give them a try. I'm sure glad that I did. They shipped me their 5G/4G device and within minutes, I had 100 Mbps access. I've had the service for over a month now and it has been stable and consistently at 100 Mbps or above. I'm very happy with this solution. I don't know how well it works in other areas, but for me, it's awesome and would recommend that others give it a try. read more

Started service with them as I thought there was no other options. They required a 350 deposit and after activating had internet going out half of the time and especially on the weekends when they have no support. Asked for credit for when they were out and received none. (Support is business hours during the week) Luckily I have unlimited with my cell phone that I can use for short term. For 150 a month I should be able to count on my internet. Reset my modem daily with no help. Was told they would help for the 2 months when I did get a hold of them. Finally canceled and returned equipment and was told they needed a 30 day notice. Plus she was very rude. Don't give this service the time of day! That is unless you want internet that is expensive and only works half the time. Luckily I found internet (their best for 85 a month and works!!!) Will give a good review for them !! read more

Same story as other customers. They are selling service to people where service is barely, if at all available. I barely get 4megs yet all of our cell phones get 25+ consistently. I even come from a Tech background. Did a site survey of my area and home, Placed ODU on roof with 4 bars. Service still sucks. Barely at times. I am looking for a new ISP for fixed wireless since I'm moving to a more rural area that doesn't have fiber yet. First call was to 'sales' but the guy started EXPLAINING to me what FW is instead of about plans, data, etc. Very thick accent so I knew there was a translation error. I hung up and called back HOPING to get someone in my country - NOPE! Another communication breakdown. SO I asked to be transferred to someone who could provide information about plans and services, install, equipment, etc. I got transferred to a field technician! Glad I didn't sign up and after reading these reviews, I hope someone else reads this and runs away too. read more

I've been down 2 days now and in the rare instances where I was able to get them to answer the phone, they could not give me any estimate of when I would be back online and failed to give me a promised status callback. If I could give no stars I would. My bf found them while searching for a provider. We live in central La. When he told me about them and how much of a deposit he had to put down ($250) but we waited three business days for the router to be shipped. Never did. Call their customer service line and kept getting the same lady every time kept saying she would call him back but never did. Then when he would call she didn't even ask him his name or any information to know what account he was talking about. She just somehow already knew?? a different person called back asking for him to sign a sign a year contract?? He then just asked to cancel the service because he didn't feel comfortable and the lady got offended!! Kept trying to pressure him into at least waiting for the router and to sign the contract!! He stated again since he never signed the contract and they have a "money back guarantee" he would like to get his money back. She hung up on him. I doubt we will get that money back. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I called several weeks ago for technical service and was told their technical team would call me back. NOTHING. I was having spotty service for weeks. My Teams calls were being dropped my laptop connection was dropping and since I have a cell booster that connects via wifi, I wasn't able to use my cell either. I had to find a sweet spot outside to make the calls to get help from Speednet and then was told they would call me back. I had to keep calling them on the phone with their "technical" help all day today! They tried to up-sell me a 5G router for $250 deposit. I requested a WORKING 4G router since it was free with service and they said they needed to do more troubleshooting before they would replace it. What?!! I requested a refund for the service I haven't had and they are only going to offer me today's service outage. Not the previous weeks! Why more money for 5G but won't replace 4G free? They said they would need to call me tomorrow after they talked to AT&T. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I haven't had internet service for weeks and have always pre-paid my bill each month before due! $118 per month for just internet! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR INTERNET SERVICE! It is not worth the trouble of dealing with their staff not to mention it is very difficult to understand them and when you ask them to repeat themselves, they are ugly! I don't ever write reviews on companies and I felt I needed to inform the public of the rip-off that is this company! They may be local in Pflugerville but they are NOT Texas friendly at all!! I have used their service for about a year and it worked food for the first 2 weeks and then I started having lots of problems. I spent the next 6 months or so having to reset my router 2 to 3 times a day and could only have I think connected at a time ( I litteraly had to make sure nothing was logged on the wifi at all except what I was using). I finally called and canceled my service and had a new company install new service, but was still charged a monthly fee a few days later from speednet.
