Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. When we pushed back and refused to pay in full for a job that wasn't completed, they retaliated by leaving defamatory reviews on our company's own review pages. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

I would happily give a four star rating...until today. Spectrum gets two stars because of the reliable service and Tamiqua, the rep that was helping me cancel my account. It was clear she was following a script, asking me all sort of demographic information that was not necessary for canceling an account. I eventually asked her to skip the script which she did. She informed me that I would have to pay for the entire billing cycle, which was three additional weeks. I asked her to cancel today and prorate the bill. She said she could not. Tamiqua was wonderful and I give her full credit however Spectrum continues to be a greedy corporation, not really interested in positive client relations.

This spectrum definitely deserves one star because they provided the minimum amount of customer…read moreservice necessary. The lack of listening and lack of providing decent customer service is extreme. Their procedures are inconsistent and vary from month-to-month. This applies to the branch only. I have had spectrum service for nearly a year and I have not been without Internet or phone. If you are in the round rock area and you are obtaining spectrum service, I highly suggest you only work online and have your equipment delivered, because visiting this branch is frustrating and literally a waste of time. I've visited this branch probably a half a dozen times and I have never had good service.

OK so this review is specific to corporate company policy. First I have had SuddenLink for a year…read moreand basically the internet and TV have been fine without the issues discussed by others. Please note that I live in a 1100 sq foot house so signal strength is not a concern. So here is why this review. Over the weekend, the mini TiVO stopped working and I got a "blue" screen that said there was no software. Ok, read online that this particular model has a "chip" issue. Not a big deal pick a new one up on Saturday. First frustration: Suddenlink only has 1 office and they are not open on the weekend at all. Ok fine I will go on Monday: Second frustration: Monday at store (nice but useless rep) says that "we do not have any equipment at this store so a tech has to come to your house" and "if it is anything but the TiVO we charge $60 bucks". So first, I did not need a tech, I needed a new box!!! Ask if they could mail a box to me? Nope a tech is the only option!! 3rd frustration: I decided that I wanted a second TiVO box when the tech comes, get told "nope that is a separate appointment". Really!!!! So at the point, I ask about buying my own TiVo and got told that was fine but I had to pay a $250 nonrefundable price for the Suddenlink "chip". So I said, cancel the extra TiVo and have the tech come out and give me a new box. So my frustration and question is: Why do you even have an office in Georgetown? It seems all they are allowed to do by cooperate is to take money and schedule the tech. Well guess what, there is an app! for that.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my experience as a new Optimum customer because,…read moreunfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. Before moving, I noticed I had accidentally entered the wrong apartment/unit number when signing up for internet service. I immediately contacted Optimum to correct it. After being transferred several times, I was assured a ticket had been submitted to update my address before my move. The address was never corrected. My internet was installed under the wrong unit, and when my neighbors moved into that address, my service was disconnected. I then had to create an entirely new account because the original issue had never been fixed, and I was initially told I would have to pay another $150 installation/reconnection fee for an error that had already been reported before my move. That fee was eventually removed after I explained the situation. I'm also still waiting for the Wi-Fi extender that was promised because of connectivity issues affecting my ability to work from home. Most recently, my Optimum Mobile activation was delayed because my email address was entered incorrectly by your representative. I never received the activation instructions and spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting before the issue was finally resolved. Within my first month as a customer, I've experienced multiple service issues that were caused by errors on Optimum's side rather than by the service itself. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers because this has been an incredibly frustrating introduction to Optimum.

We spoke with several companies, both big national providers and smaller local ones, and ultimately went with Securimax. What stood out was their local presence and the hands-on approach, especially from Jack, the CEO. The installation itself was fairly involved and took most of the day, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Since then, their service has continued to impress. They're very responsive whenever we have questions and have been flexible in helping us adjust or expand the system as our needs evolve. Overall, it's been a really positive experience.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!…read more I hired this security company thinking I was protecting my home, but instead I got stress, wasted money, and zero accountability. The installer showed up late, seemed completely unprepared, and didn't even know how the system was supposed to work. Sensors were crooked and one camera works only sometimes. When I asked about it, I was told "that's how I was told to do it" and "most people think it's ok". The system went offline multiple times, including once while we were out of town. What's the point of paying for the services if it doesn't work when you need it most? Customer service is a joke. Calls go unanswered and when someone finally responds, they act like you are the problem. Every issue was blamed on my internet, my phone, or "user error," even though the system wasn't working rights from day one. How is it my fault when the app says that a camera is offline? What am I supposed to do but contact them. I pay them monthly for the service, so if something says it is not working then I think it's reasonable to say I can call them. What is not reasonable is for there to be no customer service when the system is malfunctioning. To make matters worse, I was locked into a contract and threatened with cancellation fees instead of offered real support or a fix. If you care about your safety, your money, or your sanity, stay far away from this company. I regret ever signing up. I thought I was doing good by going with a small company, but I should have called ADT, Vivint, or someone bigger.
