I have had nothing but issues with verizon since processing a trade in in store. The trade in was not processed correctly per verizon support so they instructed me to go back in store to finalize it and hand over the old phone. I'm here now at 6:40, they are closed. Their hours state open until 7PM, I work in retail and this is unacceptable. read more

I came with a review that wasn't fair at all so let me rewrite this properly. I couldn't find a phone I wanted and was pretty upset. I was also being particularly rude because I was in a bad mood, which is no excuse on my end at all. I came back because I really needed to switch over my plan anyways. I ended up getting a very good phone at a really good price with my plan, and its honestly better than I expected. I really wanted sd card expansion, but I got a much bigger storage capacity to make up for it. The manager in charge is awesome and really did his best to get me a good phone, a good plan, and to make me leave happy, which I did at the end of today. read more

Verizon is to high and raises your bill all the time. Please look on the internet they have been hacked or as they say "been breached". Where you need to move to is Spectrum they have never been breached and if you have internet with them right now you can get a free mobile line for a year, but promotion is running out soon. Their NORMAL price is 29.99 per line and it NEVER go up....ever! 39.99 if you don't have internet. Still cheaper than Verizon and they are rated # 1 by the FCC as the best mobile service! read more

I have been a Verizon customer for 25+ years, I have bought 4 phones from this store ( Leander ) I was in the process of turning my old cell phones for recycling, in the process I noticed that their was a lot of pictures that haven't been transferred to !y current phone. I took my phones in to have the transfer done and they charged me $40 dollars. Now to be fair its been 2 years since I bought! My latest phone, I should of checked but assumed it was done. Allan, the store manager, went above and beyond. I didn't feel like just another sale. I felt like he actually cared and showed us exactly what we wanted. He even stayed after hours to help us. We were switching from sprint to Verizon (after 15 years with sprint). He made the switch easy. If we had to do this again, I'd go back to him. And only him. After trying to purchase an upgrade online I kept having trouble with the online agreement completing the order because of a system glitch and it had to be canceled but the rep assured me that I would still get my discount offer if I decided to go to a retailer. I saw that this Verizon retailer was highly rated at 1825 Crystal Falls Pkwy in Leander so I called to make sure they were opened. When I arrived Mani greeted me wearing her mask and gloves and I explained my situation to her. She went above and beyond trying to get a hold of a Verizon corporate rep to make sure I received my same discount they offered me originally. She not only did that but also made sure everything on my original phone was transferred to my new one including my notes and all the little things that have never been transferred on my previous phone upgrades! She also was very informative on other products they have and helped with fun conversation as I waited for my phone transfer download . While I was waiting for the download a woman came in who was having trouble with the face recognition set up and I was impressed as to how patient and kind Mani was in helping her walk through it. The customer left happy with her problem solved. No wonder this store has high ratings!!!! So worth the drive and I'm telling everyone I know that lives in the area and has Verizon what a great Experience I had!!!! Mani, THANK YOU for being so patient and kind and a wonderful example of empathy, caring and kindness through this crazy pandemic!!!! Kashif Ali is the man. Went in to get my phone activated, not knowing I was in there slightly after closing time. However, he stayed after hours to make sure I got my phone activated. The process took a little time, because the system was being slow to process over the line with a Verizon member, but he stayed the extra half hour it took to get it going. Also sold me a screen protector for a discounted price, as I was already on my way to get one at target. Nothing short of excellent customer service from Kashif! read more

Used to be a great store. New people are running it now and it's terrible. I bought a new iPhone 12 and the SIM card was bad in less than 30 days. Went in for a replacement and was told I would need to pay $30. I refused and was told to go to an official Verizon store. I have purchased 5 devices from them and will never walk in that store again. read more

Terrible place. Not an official Verizon store! They don't know what they are doing and will say anything to make a sale. Do not come here. They aren't an official Verizon store and have to charge much more for the same things. Go to an official Verizon store like the one in Cedar Park. You will pay less and get more. read more

We brought 4 phones over, purchased 3 phones via trade-in in the process. It's been 2-3 billing cycles, and as advised when we purchased, we Just called corporate in order to have most or all of our activation fees waived. Sadly, we were told activation fees need to be assigned by a corporate store (which this is not) verses an authorized dealer store (which this is). The entire original purchasing and switching over day/process took well 3 hours and in that time multiple people came in complaining about their bills (variations of store or customer faults). 2 of the purchased phones were supposed to be free if an initial $50 fee was paid but somehow we're being monthly billed for them still. Our initial bill surcharge fees were about $30 because of the lack of activation fee waiving (now it's a $14.84 total for 4 lines). Summizing- loved T-mobile's flat fee (no hidden taxes etc), prefer Verizon cell service, will be looking for a corporate store next time I'm looking for a reliable deal that won't require follow up care and attention. read more
