This place stands behind their work. I had my iPhone screen replaced by them. I had intermittent problems with the new screen- it would occasionally go crazy like I was pressing on the screen buttons or keyboard when I wasn't even touching it. It was very intermittent though, and in the few moments I had to demonstrate it to him, the phone screen chose not to act up. But no worry, he still replaced my newly installed screen with another at no extra charge and even threw in another screen protector. Now it works great. Standing behind ones work is huge to me. And on top of his friendly and honorable service to me, he did it after just having had an unreasonable customer in front of me at the counter give him a hard time for what was an unreasonable request. Unfortunately I cracked my phone ): I had insurance with T mobile and was excited to hear that it would only cost $29 to fix my phone-wrong it was going to be $99, why am I even paying for insurance then? I was extremely annoyed and in search of high quality repairs for an affordable price! I walked right in and the gentleman said he could fix it for $74 and have it ready in 15 minutes. He did phenomenal! I was worried what if my buttons wouldn't work or my screen would black out (like in the past with other phone repair business) but no! The gentleman did amazing and stands by his work and is very affordable! I would highly recommend coming in and supporting his business I ended up tipping $12 because he deserved it and was FAR more sympathetic than the awful associates at T-mobile. I've had multiple screens and batteries replaced here on phones and tablets. The repairs were fast and inexpensive. I would have given 5 stars except my wife asked me to remove a star or two because, on the most recent cell phone battery replacement, he accidentally broke the screen and fixed it for free (but charged us for a new screen protector) AND, when we got the phone back, we found that we couldn't connect to mobile service. We brought it back and he repaired (for free) the antennae that he apparently damaged or disconnected during the battery replacement (and the repair took more than 2 days). My wife didn't like that it took so long to get a working cell phone back. I'm just happy that he was willing to fix it without charge or complaint. Bad experience for my wife but overall good experience as far as I'm concerned. read more

I brought in my daughters Samsung 8 to get her screen replaced. Based off my previous experience I came back because they fixed my cell phone with no problems. I was first told they didn't have a black screen to match the body which I was ok with. I was told the phone will be ready in a couple of hours which I was also ok with. I waited a couple of hours and when I came back to the store, I was told they were having a problem replacing the screen and they needed more time. Every repair is different so I agreed to give them more time. The next day I got a call and I was told the phone was ready. When my wife went to the store, she saw that the phone was in pieces. She called me and the tech told me that the sim card slot was not working and they needed to bring in their master technician to look at the problem. I gave them one more day to troubleshoot the problem. The following day I came back and the issue was still not resolved. The phone was still in pieces and the tech told me that the motherboard might have to be replaced and it might be a week. I asked what happened of how a screen replacement turned to a motherboard or sim card reader failure and he could not tell me. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager was out of town for a week and there was no one else in charge. I told him to put the phone back together. At the end of the day, I was not charged for the "repair" but I was left with a partially operational phone that only works with a Wi-Fi signal forcing me to buy another phone. This was a terrible experience which cost me more money at the end of the day. I understand each repair is different and presents challenges but basically destroying a phone while attempting a screen repair is unacceptable. read more

I had the WORST phone experience here ever! I dropped my phone of because it was glitching and said that I needed it to be restarted, but my computer wouldn't let me. A few days later I was told to come and pick up my phone. When I got there my phone had a whole new screen. I informed them that that is not what I asked for and that all I needed was for the phone to be reset. I was them informed that I could get my old screen back but I would have to pay a service fee for something that I did not ask for. I was repeatedly called a liar and now the old screen that I have doesn't even work anymore. I wouldn't so much as step foot in that place ever again. read more

I tried to take it back and he tries to say it had all These other problems on it that didn't have before (he's a liar) so I told him to fix my phone the way it was before I brought it in. Then all Of sudden it wouldn't turn on, even though it turned on before I brought it to him and he showed me it would turn on before I told him to but it back together ( after he showed me he was incompetent of fixing my phone correctly). I ended up taking it to Apple and they said he screwed it up majorly and I had to get a new phone. I will be requesting a refund for The first time "he claimed to fix it". I took my iPhone 5s to Cellairis when my earphone port stopped working. The very polite young man fixed it efficiently and precisely within the amount of time he promised. I took the phone home only to discover that all of a sudden it would no longer take a charge - the little lightning bolt indicating it was plugged in and charging would come on, but the battery life kept going down, not up. So, I took the phone back to Cellairis and the same young man happily fixed it again, for free. Apparently the earphone port and the charging port are on the same piece of internal equipment, and when he replaced the earphone port, it somehow messed up the charging port, so just taking it apart and re-seating that piece fixed the problem. read more

While the people I dealt with at this location were very friendly and helpful when I came to them with questions, I unfortunately have to review the process/work done on my iPad. First Visit: I brought my iPad to this location on August 17th because there was a crack on the outer black border of the screen. I was told that the repair would be quick and cheap since the screen itself wasn't cracked. Awesome! When I got my iPad back, it still had the protective film on the replacement screen so when I began to peel it off, the replacement screen would separate from the body of the iPad and actually pull off of the iPad. Apparently the adhesive from the protective film had essentially melted onto the screen so separating them would be troublesome. I called Cellairis and they told me to bring it back in so they could check it out. Second Visit: I brought it back. Upon their investigation, they had informed me that the screen they used was from a vendor in Pflugerville. The screens themselves have adhesive that you need to melt and then clamp down for the screen to stay. They used the adhesive that was already on the screen but told me they'd replace that adhesive with their own (which was stronger). Okay cool. When I returned to pick it up, the protective film had been removed and the screen had been reapplied but you could see some residue in the screen/body crevices from the protective film. I was told they tried to replace the screen again but the replacement to the replacement came from the same vendor in Pflugerville and the protective film stuck to that screen even more, so they removed the protective film from the first replacement and removed as much of the residue as they could. Okay, I'll survive. I was told that they weren't happy with the job they had done and would understand if I wanted to leave it with them until a better screen came in. I needed it for work so I took it with me but made sure I could bring it back if there was an issue. Not more than a week later, the screen started to rise at the bottom near the home button, causing the home button not to react when pressed unless you jammed it down. I was not happy that the replacement screen started to rise so I contacted Cellairis once again and was told that they did not have any replacement screens at the time but they'd give me a call after the following Monday once an inventory order was placed. I didn't hear back so I called and was told that the screens had just come in. Third Visit: A few days later I dropped off my iPad for the third time since the new screens were in. After filling out paperwork again, I was told that the repair might be done by the end of the next business day. I asked If they would give me a call when it was complete and they said they would. I didn't hear from them the next day so I assumed the repair process was delayed a day. A week passes. I decided at that point I should contact Cellairis asking if my iPad was finished; they said it was done the day after I brought it (so why wasn't I notified...?). I also wanted to make sure the screen wasn't rising again since they had it for a week and could've checked. It hadn't risen. I picked it up this past Friday, looked it over before leaving and the screen seemed to be fine. Here I am 3 days later -- the screen is rising again and I notice that the residue from the protective film is still in the crevices between screen/body so I guess the screen wasn't completely replaced after all. Whatever sealant/adhesive Cellairis uses for their iPad screens does not seem to work very well. Either that or they don't keep the screen clamped down long enough for the adhesive to dry. I don't know if it's a room temperature thing or what but I will leave my iPad sitting on my desk and the screen slightly rises in a matter of minutes. This was never an issue before I had the screen replaced. I shouldn't be able to press down on the screen and watch it move. Great people working here but I cannot say I'm pleased with the results of this repair, all things considered. read more
