I took in my iPhone screen to be replaced because it was cracked. The phone I got back had about 10% of the screen not functioning. I took it to the Apple Store to get it fixed properly and they couldn't get the screws off so they couldn't repair it. I brought it back to ATX and they stripped the screws replacing it the first time, and then worsened it when they tried to fix it.
