I took in my iPhone screen to be replaced because it was cracked. The phone I got back had about 10% of the screen not functioning. I took it to the Apple Store to get it fixed properly and they couldn't get the screws off so they couldn't repair it. I brought it back to ATX and they stripped the screws replacing it the first time, and then worsened it when they tried to fix it. So Apple wouldn't touch it, ATX couldn't repair it, and even tried to blame it on Apple! Horrible service and horrible customer service. Yes - have the right place. I still have my receipt.
