Today i researched to replace my daughter's iPhone 15 plus screen. Compared to purchasing a brand new phone again it was only $279.29 including tax tax and labor. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will say parking here is pain, and not the owner's fault. It's located in a small shopping plaza. I can say I recommend this place for screen replacement so far. read more

Took an extra day because the first screen ordered for my son's Samsung was defective but they took care of getting another one so by day 2 we were good to go. read more

My iPhone 13 mini's battery was swollen and the screen was lifting off the power button side of the phone. SOS was able to order a new battery and have it ready the next day. They replaced the battery within 15 minutes of dropping it off and my phone was ready to go. The phone looked brand new and the screen was left flush with the rest of the body. Really awesome service and the repair price was extremely reasonable. read more

Best repair shop in town took care of my iPhone damage. Best customer service around. read more

If you don't mind spending a lot of money for your repair then sure. Not as affordable as they claimed they are.

Meanwhile I've brought in a couple iPads for screen repair and an android phone for repair... all done sooner than expected at very fair prices. I will continue to use SOS Cell Repair: honest, fair prices, fast service. read more

Awesome customer service fully explained what was wrong has options on how to fix my phone.

Quickly replaced an iPhone 11 screen at exactly the price they quoted on the phone, didn't try and upsell me

Very customer focused, friendly and fast, too. I'm glad I accidentally found this place.

Really professional work and incredible customer service. Would really recommend this place to anyone looking to repair their device.

On my first visit to SOS Cell Repair I neglected to review the store, but totally should have. My experience at SOS was the reason for my second visit. The first time I had the screen replaced on my cell phone. On my second visit I had the battery replaced on a perfectly good IPhone 6S Plus, saving me a bundle. The parts and labor $50 plus tax. My husband had the screen saver replaced, parts and labor $10 plus tax. I'm very impressed with SOS. Friendly, fast, efficient and affordable service. read more

Very fast and easy repair, and friendly service. Would use again if I was unfortunate enough to need phone repairs again.

The guys here are great. They are fast and efficient and are honest. If you need repairs or are looking to get electronics at a affordable rate they are the ones to see. read more

I dropped my cell the other day and had to get my screen fixed pretty quickly. My husbands IPad screen also had to be fixed. I was able to drop off both. My cell phone was fixed in an hour as promised. The screen on the IPad took longer. It was ready the next day. The IPad worked fine initially. But then it started going crazy. Yikes. It was like someone had hacked it. Screens were opening and closing without anyone touching it. I returned the iPad to get fixed. He knew the issue immediately. But we did have to wait another 24 hrs to get it back. Overall they fixed the issue. I appreciated that he understood his mistake immediately and said he would fix it right away. And he did. I will return for service in the future. Thanks! read more

Whatever you do I would I highly, highly avoid this place at all cost. I brought my phone in for the intention of getting the screen replaced to trade in, he priced me at $159 before tax, and that was the price that he mentioned on the phone and that I agreed to, but what he never/failed to tell me was that it's 1. an aftermarket screen 2. It would pop up as an unknown part of my service history; he had full knowledge of this and didn't mention it till later on. He knew my intention of getting my screen replaced so I could trade-in, but due to it being an aftermarket screen with the service detail on it, my phone was marked by Apple and other cellular retail stores, and all of this didn't happen until after I got my screen repaired, which I found out, but at the time of getting my phone screen repaired, he assured me that it was fine with the screen history being displayed and it didn't have any effect. What I ended up receiving was a defective aftermarket screen which he gave me two options. 1) swap it with another potential cheap aftermarket screen 2)shell out another $50 for what he claims is a OEM screen. The business owner is very shady and doesn't disclose any information. It's advertised as high quality parts, but really it's just the cheapest screen that he can find on google an I got charged $172 for a defective $60 aftermarket screen. Shadiest business in pflugerville. This is what the owner won't tell you when getting it done. . read more

SOS Cell Repair - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

Yes as you would guess I'm writing this since I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G. I selected SOS cell repair because they helped me about three years ago with an iphone and didn't charge me for fixing it. Anyway I might have been able to save a few dollars dealing T-mobile but their ratings suck. The owner of SOS was who I dealt with and he was very polite, knowledgeable, and did what he said he would do for the agreed price and the phone screen was replaced when he said it would be. I'll go back again if the need arises. Highly recommend. read more

Great service! I came in at 2:20 PM with a cracked phone, pieces of glass were even coming off! By 2:55 PM I was driving off today with a new screen! My phone looks even better than before. I'm really happy and recommend to anyone who needs phone repair services! read more

Bought a groupon for here. Ran my phone over, and it was fixed within an hour. They gave me a warranty for 30 days if there were any problems. I had a little trouble with the unlock screen recognizing the scroll up in order to unlock the page and there was a little white line going down the side of the screen right on the edge. They totally replaced the screen for free and now it's perfect. Really great service. Quick and reliable. read more

SOS Cell repair is a great service. Before I knew about SOS Cell repair I brought my cracked phone to a different shop that gave me nothing but aggravation. SOS Cell repaired the phone, were very professional and even gave me a $50 discount because the new screen was slightly scratched during the shipping process. The thing I liked the most was how well they communicated with me about what they were going to do and when it was going to be done. If you need anything repaired to your phone or iPad trust in SOS Cell repair, they deserve your business. read more

This guy is Great! He was able to repair my iPhone when everyone else said it was software, sim card, sim card reader, mother board and antenna. He simply told me it had to be hard reset after backup. This guy is polite and his prices very reasonable. Don't waste time with other guys. Stop here and give him a try! read more

This is my first experience with this company. Also my first experience having to have my iPhone 6s Plus screen glass replaced. Price was not cheap. But Apple understands it has a handsomely margined repair market. A market that they want to keep close to their apple stores, and their bottom line. To do this apple sells the parts at a premium to guys such as SOS cell repair. So be clear, it's Apple making the great profit, not the small businesses like SOS Cell Phone Repair. Gone are the days of a guy at the mall with a leather pouch of specialty dentistry type tools and switches out your cracked screen for $50. I was amazed to see SOS Cell Phone Repairs' repair equipment set up. Equipment that at startup set them back at least 5k. It was reminiscent of a DNA lab and the robotic arms transferring samples. A precision craft for sure. The store: clean, professional, clean, conveniently located across from sonic in Pflugerville. The owner: knowledgeable, personable, kept his word on estimated repair time, roughly 30 minutes. SOS came recommended to me from Jason's computer repair in pflugerville. To me it's always a great sign when one repair center recommends another repair center. The owner takes great pride in his work, and that was reflected when I picked up my phone. I recommend SOS Cell Phone Repair without exception. I truly hope i will not need them in the future. But if I do, I will patronize them again. read more

Absolutely the most pleasant customer service ever. Fast and super friendly. And the price was competitive... Hope to never break another phone but if I do I will be returning here!!! read more

Well my wife brought her phone here to get her it fixed due to a cracked screen. A week later the screen cracked down the middle, not from being dropped, she literally had it in her hand & it cracked. They told us it had a warranty for 30 days. So we went to get it fixed come to find out they said that a cracked screen voids the warranty. What a pointless warranty. The most they offered was $20. I recommend you get your phone fixed some where else. read more

Received a quote from Jay about two months ago and finally made it in today and was told the price was double. When I mentioned the quoted price, the guy asked me to provide Jay's phone number as if I were lying about the quote. Will not use or recommend this place due to lack of integrity. read more

I shopped around. I have a day care business and use iPads, tablets, and phones for daily sheets and kids daily. We have used SOS after shopping around for a few times now. They have been the most reasonable in pricing and we have always been satisfied with their service. We always physically take our items in to get pricing, so those that have complained about different pricing can try that. I have had several types of tablets fixed for the glass along with iPhones. I'm now picking up an iPhone 6+ that the home button needed replacing. I will continue to bring our items here from Hippo Learning Station. They have been the most reasonable in pricing too. read more

On may 27th i took my phone to have the cracked screen repaired at SOS cell repair in pflugerville. I paid 90$ and got my phone back in an hour. Leaving completely satisfied with the job i then thanked them. The following day my screen starts glitching, so i call and then bring my phone in. The OWNER of sos cell repair tells me the that he installed a defective screen. He then orders a part in which i wait a week to come in. The day the part arrives i manage to crack my defective screen, seeing as it would be replaced i didnt worry too much. When i go into the store the next day to replace my screen the owner told me because my defect screen was craccked now i needed to spend another 90 dollars to have it replaced. I reiterated that the screen he installed was defective before i cracked it. He then told me to have a new screen installed somewhere else and he would then repair it. Which made no sense. I asked for my money back since i bought a defective screen and he refused. I then asked him to find a middle ground since he installed a defective defective screen. He then tries to get another 50-60 dollars from me. In which i took my defective screen and left. The screen replacments ordered online range from 20 - 30 dollars in which he admitted. The owner of this small business knew eactly what he was doing and was in no way accomodating when it came to finding a soultion. In order to stop this from happening to any one else ive been forced to contact the Better Business Bureau to start a lawsuit in which will cost me more then 90 dollars in court fees. So here is my review, they are selling defective screens and have friendly customers service until they find a way to scam you out of your money. Please be aware i was speaking to the owner, and he had no intent of solving the issue. read more

I usually do not go on to give reviews but this business is beyond exceptional. I have been w/Sprint for over a decade and was instructed to go to their service center on FM 685. They had no idea what they were talking about immediately tried to either sell me a new phone or use the insurance to fix the "water damage" that was detected and assumed to be the issue. Oddly enough they recommended I check out a 3rd party and mentioned SOS maybe b/c they were slammed w/customers and didn't really feel like dealing w/my phone which had been paid off. So reluctantly I went to SOS and that was by far the best decision I had ever made. It was something as simple as a battery which Sprint did not carry and stated they had to order it which meant I'd be without a phone for several days. SOS had the battery and replaced it (got it working) so it wasn't water damage within 30 min. The price was reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend this business for any cell phone repair. In fact I will not go anywhere's else. Thank You SOS-you are truly the best! read more

do not go here!!!! they are over priced. the prices u see are not what u pay. they did not fix my phone right when i took it in. i was told to bring it back when i could and i did. they made me pay 205 for something they didn't fix the first time!!! rip off!!! and money hungry because they have no customers. find somewhere else to go people!!!!!!!!!!! read more
