I was at this store just this morning and it totally reminded me of why I never go to a Verizon store when I need a new phone! I have a Galaxy S8 and need a new phone, I was told by the two guys that were there this morning that I HAD to buy a Galaxy 21 and HAD to pay it out over 2 yrs even though I was more than happy to pay for it in full right then, as well as I HAD to upgrade my service with Verizon to unlimited which would have been $30 more a month on my service plan. NOT TRUE! I went to Best Buy at Lakeline and 183 like I did last time, no increase required in my service, I got the new S21 Galaxy for $500 dollars instead of $800, after I receive my first Verizon statement, I can pay for the phone in full. They transferred ALL my data, photos, apps, emails with Smart Switch right there, all done done. Do yourself a favor, don't trust the Verizon stores. read more

When I completed an order with Verizon over the phone, they completely messed up my order and left me without phone service for 4 days until my new phones arrived in the mail. These guys saved the day and had me back up and running with my old phones in under an hour. Poor customer support and knowledge of products. We had ordered some phones and after 2 separate attempts to retrieve the phones, we were informed that they were sold to other people. We had our confirmation email and everything. I ended up trying and asking them to trouble shoot the problem I was having with my current phone and they told me that I should " text slower". I have an I phone that can take amazing pictures and search the internet with ease and it can't keep up with basic texting? When it was perfectly capable of doing it when I first got my phone. ???????? Needless to say, we walked away empty handed and waited 45 minutes for them to unlink the phones they sold to other customers from our account. read more

My fiancé and I visited this store Monday July 17, 2017 to purchase new phones and cell service together. I came from ATT and she already had verizon. The young woman who helped us was courteous and very nice. However, when we asked about promotional pricing, she said there was none, I asked about any type of discount or referral bonus for me coming from another provider, which she said no, then we asked about trade in on our phones, we both had still new iphone6's and my fiancés was in excellent mint condition (not mine unfortunately) but she still said no. We continued on and I asked if we would be sharing our data of 4gs every month or if we would have 4gs each, she said we would each have 4gs. Within 4 hours of leaving the store both our NEW phones said we were out of data. I called verizon directly and they informed me that the store never even set up our account. Basically just sold us phones. And I couldn't change anything due to my name wasn't even added to the account!!! Stay away from this store. All they want to do is sell sell sell not actually help customers or give them what they ask. Extremely disappointed and may even cancel verizon and go back to ATT. read more

I went to this Verizon store to get a new phone for my 85 year old mother and Coco could not have been more helpful and pleasant and made the entire experience very pleasant for my mother and for me. I just came over from another carrier to Verizon and I felt really welcomed !! The staff was awesomely friendly and very helpful!! I would recommend them to others. While I was being helped, I learned of a problem that a lot of Verizon customers were experiencing. Let me say that the store employees were caught in the middle and didn't really have anything to do with the issue of a cut fiber optic line!! I will say that they did reach out and try and get answers for many, many people that called in wanting answers!! Those employees continued to maintain a high level of professionalism and it was this that made me feel that I made the right move coming to Verizon from another carrier!! read more

One of the worst customer experiences I've encountered in years. I was disappointed to encounter a representative who was dishonest and had no interest in helping me as a customer. Purchased an iPhone at a Cellular Sales location in Arizona that I no longer needed. The representative at this Georgetown location advised me the phone was not returnable due to stocking issues. He could not show me the return policy in writing (at my request) and offered no other options or solutions. He also denied the Arizona store was the same retailer on multiple occasions. It wasn't until I showed him the return policy from the Cellular Sales website and the Arizona store address with their store's branding that he begrudgingly agreed to return the phone. During the entire transaction he rarely made eye contact with me or spoke to me. At the end of the transaction, he faulted me for providing "the wrong receipt". If you're going to an "authorized retailer" I recommend avoiding this store. read more

Do not shop here! I was misled about mywi jet pack data plans after asking the same question several different ways. I was assured I could stream etc. It was never mentioned the connection would slow so badly I could barely check my email after 15 gigs. I was sold a VERY old Jetpack that isn't even on the market anymore in most parts of the country and was charged $100.00 for it!!! I returned the Jetpack to a different store and they said they hadn't seen that jet pack in years!!! Seriously, bad business practices here. I'm sorry I ever left ATT. read more

Horrible, upsold on a phone that we didn't need and then when we went to return they took the wrong phone off the account. Then the sales rep couldn't fix the issue, just gave us another SIM card and said to take the phone to another store he couldn't fix it. The phone they took of the account is used for business and it is a BIG deal if its not working for two hours! I used the chat online function at Verizon and they had the issue fixed in a whole 10 minutes. Imagine if the sales rep would have taken the initiative and called Verizon for help. The sales rep didn't care as he told us it was his last day anyway! Use online function if you want something from Verizon, don't go to this store! read more

Go to another Verizon Store! I was sold two hot spots and was told no monthly charge. Only charge would be gigabyte usage. 2 weeks later I had over 100.00 in charges and fees. Long story short, I felt I was deceived and walked out of the store feeling uneasy and certainly not valued as a customer! Had to call the customer service line to get everything straightened out. When you come in, they do not bother acknowledging you, you sit there waiting for more than 30 minutes for service and they still walk by you and around you as if as you are not there. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I've been Verizon customer for over 13 yrs & ive never been treated so rudely in my life. My iPhone 7+ died & I went to store to get help. What I got was a condescending employee who was too busy on his computer "training" to help me. He talked to me like I was an idiot, which I am not. I have reported my experience to Verizon.
