Cellairis - Great guy - Mobile Phone Accessories Near Me - Georgetown, Texas

So I want to start off by saying if you need any sort of internal repair done to your cellular device to NEVER bring it to this location, I had a IPhone XS that needed a new battery replacement done, so I get my device back only to find out that the battery drainage still continued as if it never got fixed in the first place. Then I took it back a second time for them to replace the battery again, only to find out that this time they had broke my volume buttons and mute slider, when I took it back to them to let her know that they messed up, they said they would give me a refund but doing that they were not able to fix my buttons because of that. So now my battery is okay but my buttons no longer work after taking my device to them. So if you want to save your self some time and money.. please take your devices anywhere else but here. read more

Fast, friendly , great service! I walked in the door with my sons IPhone 7 to have the screen replaced. Walked out 30 minutes later with a great looking phone. Couldn't decide on if we wanted to purchase a case from them or someplace else. I told the gentleman this and he said no problem I'll be happy to help you later as well. He then walked to the back of the store and came back with a shell case. He put it on and said that is was their gift to us today. Can't ask for a better experience. This "business" has had my Surface for months. I've stopped in multiple times because they evidently do not know how to use a phone to call customers about the status of the item being repaired. Although I had to leave the country for a while, when I returned from Europe I stopped in, only to find that it still was not repaired. Finally, a couple weeks later I stopped by and it had been "fixed." However, it was NOT. The adhesive they used had spread and affected the touch screen. After being told, AGAIN, that someone would call and update me, of course, no one has called. To this day I've never received a call about the status of my Surface. In recent weeks I've dropped by three-four times but they are always closed when I arrive. Still, no phone call from them about its status. Worst. EVER. Customer Service. DO NOT take anything here for repair. I will update this review as soon as my situation is resolved. read more

I heard of this place by accident. My daughters 6 was cracked (again) so I thought I would check these guys out. Walked in, quoted a repair estimate, and done in 30 minutes.(By the way, I strongly recommend the life time warranty for about $100) All good right? Apparently her phone just kept having problems with the finger swipe and wouldn't access in. These guys wouldn't give up....they just kept tweaking and fixing and tweaking. They went far and beyond the call of duty on this phone. In the end, she has a perfectly working phone and she is very happy, Soooo, I'm happy! Way to go Zain and crew ( I wish I remembered your names because you were all involved and handled things very professionally) I will be spreading the word and sending business your way. Stupid me, dropped my phone onto concrete when playing mini golf. I've dropped my phone hundreds of times without breaking anything before. But THIS time it made that sound... You know the one :-X This morning I searched for iPhone screen repair near me and happened to find Cellairis which is just down the street for me. Showed up right before they opened. And my screen was replaced within 40 minutes! Anyway, sucks that I did that. But I was glad to find an excellent quality repair shop that fixed my phone while I did some shopping at wal mart. Super fast and friendly service! Walked in this afternoon dropped my phone off, and it was fixed 30 minutes later! Really great service!

I brought 2 phones in to get screen replacements and a new LCD on the 2nd phone. The customer service was good and the prices were the cheapest around, plus they price matched! I dropped my phones off around 5 and the manager, Mason, said he would do his best to get them done before they closed at 7. I wasn't to worried about it and just asked him to do the working phone first so I wouldn't be without a phone for too long. To my surprise, he called me like an hour and a half later saying both phones were done. I had my husband pick them up for me as he was next door at Home Depot. I examined the phones when he got home and was highly disappointed! The home button on my S3 was sticking and pulling up the Galaxy person and the bottom right corner is pushed up some. My S5 though was a MESS (literally)!! There were STILL chunks of broken glass under the new screen, glue and damage on the phone's frame and replacement screen also had glue on it, AND the screen was lifting up on the right corners. I took it back 2 days later and showed them both phones but had them work only on the S5, the girl Jennifer (I think that was her name) said she would fix it for me... again, I got a call a little after an hour to go pick it up. Everything looked ok but once I got home I noticed, again, that the screen is lifting up on ALL 4 of the corners!! In addition, I was originally told by Mason there was a 90 day warranty but Jennifer said it was only 45 days, now I'm confused!! I'm going to take my phone back AGAIN but I'm afraid it will look the same as the times before. My husband wants to talk to the manager but that's Mason and he's the one who left broken glass in there the first time! Maybe, just maybe, the 3rd time will be the charm! Fingers crossed!!! Update.. I ended up getting my money back on both phones. My screen on my S3 cracked within a few days of having it "fixed" and the lights on the lower panel never turned back on. As for the S5, I ended up contacting my phone carrier for a replacement.. Note to self- just don't go back!! read more

My personal experience wasn't the best. It was fast service which is great but the quality of the screens they use to replace them with is very low quality. Replaced it my screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and dropped it maybe a foot of the ground on to carpet and the screen broke. read more

I know a few things: 1. 12 year old boys and iPads don't always mix well, and 2. repairing older Apple devices isn't always easy. My son dropped our five year old iPad 2 the other day and shattered the screen. I went online to watch a few videos and all of the tutorials stated that the repair was not for the faint of heart. So, I called a few places and most were either unable to fix it due to its age or were far too expensive. For some reason I didn't see Cellairis' web listing at first, but went into their shop inside of Wal-Mart in Georgetown while running an errand. I showed Mason (the tech on duty) the iPad and he said that they had the part in stock and could have it done in a few hours. Well, two hours later Mason called and told me the repair had been completed and it was running like new. The price I paid was considerably less than what other repair places quoted me. Cellars also offers protection plans -- even for ancient devices! I will definately use them again if I am in need of device repair services. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more
