ZERO STARS. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. The management and Sabrina were rude, insulting, condescending and flat out told me they didn't have to show me respect. TMobile is losing a lot of customers by continuing to have this guy as the management because his attitude and disrespect of customers clearly trickle down to the rest of his staff. They just lost a business account with 12 lines. Clearly the staff at the store could care less. The photo is of the manager bent over condescendingly scolding us.

The worst costumer service ... I was wearing my mask , keeping distance but the manager was extremely rude asking me to fix my mask or asking to stand in one square ... rules apply for certain people only ...when they weren't follow them own rules .... I took some pictures to prove this ...bad experience I won't go back there

He is telling me to LEAVE HIS STORE!

So after reading reviews I was going to head to the round rock location but decided to try my luck since I was already in wolf ranch at the farmers market.

Over the first thfee months was charged inconsistently $33.64 $43.64 $37.19. Lots of surcharges even monthly billing changed each month. They did have good customer service. Would not recommend. They charge what they want to.

It feels good to know that I'm not overpaying for anything in comparison to some of the other major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and receiving the same great service and range as the others. My only issue has been with calling in to get help with something technical related to my iPhone or Apple Watch. In 2023, Consumer Cellular began supporting Cellular Apple Watches and from the beginning it was clear they had not received a lot of training. I was going back and forth with several phone agents who were insistent in telling me that I could not use my cellular Apple Watch by itself. Meaning, if my phone battery died, or I left my phone at home, my watch would not work by itself. I was just as insistent in explaining to them that the whole point of a cellular watch is to be able to make/receive calls, texts, etc. when I was away from my phone. Otherwise, I'd have no need for setting up service to support my watch with Consumer Cellular. If it was solely a gps watch, it would operate without a cellular carrier. Here's where the Georgetown store, more specifically Carderios, came to my rescue. Carderios was able to trouble shoot and quickly get my watch up and running with ease. My watch had been operating on Consumer Cellular with no issues for the past year. And then I did the unthinkable.... 2 weeks ago I left to go to AT&T....but immediately returned to Consumer Cellular once I realized my error in judgment. Unfortunately, leaving meant my watch needed to be set up again. A whole year later and the phone agents are still needing more knowledge and training on watches. Not just agents, but supervisors have said that the watch could not operate on it's own. I'm so glad I remembered that I went into the Georgetown store to get help last year. I'm even happier that Cardarios was still there to help me again! It took a little longer this time though. However, he was extremely patient, calm and just as determined as I was in getting the issue fixed. We went through a few troubleshooting tasks like re-pairing the watch to the phone and removing the plan altogether and starting from scratch. He had to speak with several agents by phone to finally get the right person to help. They resent a signal on their end and the watch was finally working without the phone. Yay! Carderios provided outstanding support and service the entire time. He's a soft spoken guy that knows his stuff. He also didn't make me feel as if I was crazy or didn't know what I was talking about. He really listened to me which is very rare these days with customer service agents. And at no point did he talk badly about any of the folks that I had worked with prior to him. He was super humble and a pleasure to work with. I hope that Consumer Cellular can take care of the training that is needed for all of their agents company wide. I shouldn't have to go into a store to get the help I need. However, I'm so glad I met Carderios and experienced first hand what great customer service looks and sounds like on a consistent basis! He gave me the same great service year over year and that's an awesome testament to his character and experience!

Props to these guys for several reasons!…read more I cracked my iPhone screen and was looking at either paying over $300 for Apple to replace it, or just making an excuse to buy a new phone. Not crazy about either price, but def not crazy about the price of a new phone at over $1K. Who has that to just throw around, amiright?! So, knowing third party repair places can offer better deals, I checked these guys out, and here's where the reasons for the props come in: First, No appointment needed! Just come on in and they can get it done. So much less stress than wandering to an Apple Store after making an appointment online, waiting for an advisor...OMG, I'm getting so bored just writing that that I want to take a stress nap. Second, two repair options, and both are under $200!! Let's see... almost $400 or...less than $300...no brainer. Sure, it's not an "official" Apple repair, but, whatever...it's not like I have a new model phone still under warranty, and the screen seems just fine after I got it back and tapped my grubby fingers all over it to write this review. Third, repair time was UNDER AN HOUR!!! Try to get an oil change in that amount of time! With Apple I'd be looking at *hopefully* at best, same day. At worst...days later getting my phone back. I don't know about you, and I'm slightly ashamed to admit this, but my phone is like the third arm that I wasn't born with but eventually got, and so it goes everywhere with me. Almost. But it's greatly missed when it's not on me, and I feel like a kid lost in the woods--how can I navigate with my GPS?!?, I don't know what lunch places are around although I've lived here for 15 years!!!, how do I call my family?!? Their numbers are ON MY PHONE, not in my head!!! Ok, those were extending the truth a bit, but you get the idea and can relate. Moral of the story is that if your phone breaks, give these guys a try. They're definitely a good option to consider.

I have been in the store 2 times. The first time, I had an iPhone 12 and they sold me a cover, however, the cover blocked the microphone, and I ended up throwing it away. This time, I went in for their advertised tempered glass replacement for $9.99. I was greeted promptly and an employee took my phone to replace the tempered glass. Shortly after he took my phone, another man walked out of the back and they started having a conversation in another language, which appeared to be a casual conversation. The only word I could understand was they said "American" twice. After approximately five minutes, I asked the employee if they could please talk later, and if he would please finish my tempered glass, to which he replied, yes. The person he was talking to left the store and the tempered glass replacement was finished. Both of my visits to this store were less than satisfactory. First visit, I bought a faulty item. The second visit was filled with frustration. I can't imagine how long I would've had to wait if I hadn't spoken up.
