We spent a long time yesterday at this store with two different service personnel Red and Roman. We had a great experience with both of them after not having a great phone or online session after twitching to TMobile from Google Fi. The service itself is working fine but the plan features regarding new phones wasn't fulfilled per advertised so had to go to the store. Roman spent a lot of time with us getting new phones set up and data transferred. Also other devices were paired and set up properly. Other customers in the store were treated respectfully and the atmosphere in the store was very calm and everyone seemed to be ok with their appointments. Roman left us with his contact info in case we had any issues after we got home. Great experience and highly recommend this store. We were also given information about internet availability in our area and whether it would be good for us given our internet usage which was more than we'd ever gotten anywhere else! We had a Signal Booster device from TMobile. We switched to a different carrier with better reception. Called the 1800 # for TMobile to return. They said they were sending a return shipping label. Weeks later, no label. Called back. now they said just return to the store, they can print labels and return themselves. We put it in the original box (which we kept) and took it to TMobile store. The manager said that they don't print shipping labels, call 1800#. He then turns me over to a worker, who doesn't know, calls their assistance line-- who tells them how to print shipping labels! Then, they can't print them , and they want to email the shipping labels to me so I can do it all. Nobody here knows what they are doing. read more

The management and Sabrina were rude, insulting, condescending and flat out told me they didn't have to show me respect. My experience at this store on 2 occasions within the past week has been exceptional. My agent was Cade who was polite, knowledgeable, and very honest. He was also prompt at the appointed time. We upgraded 2 iphone 8's to 12 mini's because of transferring accounts from Sprint to T-Mobile. The transfer of data was flawless and took a reasonable amount of time. At every step of the transaction, Cade was there to assist and give accurate information. It was the best experience we have had at any cell phone store in 20 years. read more

Went in to drop off 2 phones for trade in that they should have just kept when we bought our phones. At least 10 employees working the floor that just kept disappearing. Waited 45 mins with no service, while the guy who checked us in disappeared in to the back office. Should have just gone to our Belton office where there's usually 2 or 3 employees on the floor and we get treated like valued customers immediately !! My husband and I went in for home Internet and to switch our phone lines over from Verizon. When we asked if the home internet was offered in our location they said no initially, then went to the back, came back and said "actually yes and the service is really great." We got home and neither of our phones worked and the home internet didn't work either. After spending over an hour on the phone with technical support, they told me service wasn't provided in my area. The next day, the service was so bad that my husband and I had to take a half day off of work to go back to Verizon. Not only did we have to miss half a day of work, they promised to pay off the phone that had money owed with Verizon and now we will have to come up with that money on the next Verizon bill. I called this branch to speak to a manager regarding this issue and was placed on hold for over 45 minutes with no answer. I am still in shock that a manager (Nico?) would refuse service and kick a 53 year old and an 80 year old out of the store! Why? Well I have it all recorded on my iPad. He was frustrated because I kept questioning why I was being charged for an iPhone 11 that I ordered when it showed that I had selected and paid a deposit for monthly service. He very rudely asked me to stop talking...again it's not perception, anyone could hear it in his voice on the recording. I put my iPad on voice memo so I wouldn't miss what was being said about my order. For almost 2 hours I was back and forth from him and another employee AND checking to see if my mom (80) was ok. She had not eaten lunch and it was an extremely long ordeal. We were both very patient because I was there to upgrade 2 phones. My bill has been $600-800 the last 2 month instead of approximately $350. I just needed to know why. As you hear on the recording I was saying to myself...I didn't make this mess-they did (meaning the online ordering of the phone)...he cupped the phone so as not to let the other party hear and told me to stop talking. I put my hand up and said sshhh because I was embarrassed! There were people everywhere!! He proceeded to tell me he won't be shushed and I need to leave. It didn't stop there! I quietly said I would and he followed me to get my mom who was sitting. It takes a while for her to stand and she gets dizzy. He once again said YOU NEED TO LEAVE MY STORE! I said "Sir! This is the first time posting a negative review in yelp, this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I found it necessary as I hope this won't happen to anyone else. I specifically drove 40 minutes to this store because another store in our area said they showed they had the phone I needed in stock. I called ahead to make sure they had it, drove there with my senior mom (phone was for her). We enter the store, are greeeted and immediately helped- great so far. Once we begin the paperwork for the phone upgrade- we wanted a higher memory on an iPhone so we specifically went there and they did have it in stock. The salesman is checkig us out, I mentioned twice it was the higher memory with 128GB throught this process. He kept trying to upgrade us or do other accessory add ons (great that's their whole job) but after a few times we turned him down because of a tight budget he got an attitude and was being rude. Our interaction is over he finally hands me the phone after activation, the receipt and says thanks. Thankfully I had the intuiton to check the settings and noticed we were sold the WRONG phone. In our hands we had a 64GB iPhone instead of the 128GB. We called him over asked about it, and he was nonchalant about it, never once applogized and just blamed it on someone else. This whole time he never verified with us any information except for which phone number would be attach to the new device. The receipt clearly says it's the 64GB not the 128GB so he proceeds to do more paperwork on his handheld without telling us what's going on or anything. Finally he hands us a receipt, we were so confused at that moment and finally realized he rang us up for the wrong item and had to do a return. I left without an upgrade because at that point I would not want that same salesman to sell me anything else. Definitely will never come back to this store. read more

Like others before me I would give them zero stars if I could. I'm almost done paying for my phone and as soon as I am I'm switching back to Verizon. My service is awful! I have to go outside my house to text and make calls many times. If I drive out of the city limits I lose signal and can't use my map app. I have talked to reps about this so many times and it never gets better. Last time I talked to someone they told me that the cell tower near my house needed maintenance and they would send someone out to fix it. Are you joking me?!? It never got better. Before that I was told that when I go out in the country I should go into settings and change them so I get better service. I'm not going to switch my settings every time I drive somewhere! Today they called me to tell me my phone was almost paid off and I'm eligible to buy one smartphone and get one half off. Oh just like everyone else in the country can get. And that my phone is old technology (I-Phone 5S) and isn't really compatible with their new network. When I told the guy at the store the only way I was staying was if they upgraded me to a new i-phone for free he said he was sorry that I had so many issues but there is nothing he could do for me. If I have to pay pretty much the same price as I did for Verizon but get awful service - no thanks! As a side note my father in law had the same issues in his house. So they gave him a free signal extender and it now allows him to get service in his house. Two years in and no one ever offered to provide an extender for my house. read more

Unfortunately, my wife and I had a very poor experience in this particular store this afternoon. We went in originally to conjoin our phone plans. We were initially instructed to call customer service to begin the process. We gladly obliged. We were then called up by a representative, Jessica, to be exact. Jessica was less than helpful, in between fiddling with her phone and the heavy sighs, we got nowhere. At one point we needed to sign an e-document and she was unable to get it pulled up on our phone via desktop mode and rudely put down the phone and shrugged and just said "You need a desktop". I said, "I'm sorry, is there a way we can do this here?" to which she so sweetly {insert heavy sarcasm} replied "Uh, you don't have a desktop? Maybe a public library?" At this rate I am not quite sure if she is ignorant, witty on the level of a turtle, or just simply rude, but we left with nothing accomplished. I have had experiences at other stores that have been pleasant and the representatives have always found a way to help while we were there. I'd save your sanity and go elsewhere. read more

I went to this location on Sept. 24 to sign up for the free S7 and simple plan. Their was a wait, after some time my name was called. I had a trainee that was unsupervised and had to ask one of the other 2 employee for help more then once, they were busy with customers also. Their was NO manger in the store. She showed up 30min later when I was about done, I asked a few questions about my account, then she tried to sell me a $800 phone after I said I already told her I was here for the free S7. She quickly looked at my account that was still on the screen and said: Yep, your account is right and walked off! Well, after spending over 2 hrs on the phone with customer support today getting my account straighted out, because the trainee messed it up and the manager didn't give a shit weather my account was right or not because she did make a sale! I was a Sprint customer for 14yrs, switched to Tmobile 4yrs ago. I'm a full time RV'r and well, have to use a Verizon mobile hotspot when on the road traveling. I the Verizon hotspot with phone's WiFi turned on to make calls and text, because I can't get service outside of major city's. 0-1 bar mostly when traveling, even though TMobile website map shows I'm in a full service area! read more

I asked to see a manager and the assistant came out. She explained that she can't help customers, she has other things to do. I have never been to a company where Management can not help guest. A few seconds later, another family walked in. Waited for about 20 minutes, family after me was attended to right before my eyes. Manger picks up her stuff and leaves the store to go home. Approached a rep who was on her entertaining herself on her own device, asked her if i needed to sign in, she replied without looking up and said no. Jason came over to me and asked me what I needed, I told him I was looking to upgrade my phone ,I currently have a Note 4, he asked me what I was looking for I told him the "iPhone plus 6 s" yes I said it like that I had been at work all day and had been looking at many phones before I came into the store and got a little confused and messed up the name of the phone. He looked at me with a confused look on his face then said "the iPhone 6 plus" not oh did you mean or just continue with the conversation because obviously he knew what I was talking about. I said yes that the one, he then said in a sort of condescending tone "Why?, don't you just wanna wait till tomorrow and get the 7, or just wait till the 32 gig 6 plus s gets released you'll pay the same amount and avoid an extra 100$ down on a 64 gig" I thought to myself " no I do not want to wait I want a 64 gig IPhone 6 plus S" but I kept it to myself and just continued on, I proceeded to just ask to see if I was eligible to an upgrade, he looked at me funny again and asked what I meant I told him that when I had purchased the phone I had paid for it in full and that I thought because of that I had become eligible to upgrade, he pulled up my profile found the right line and said "no" and I asked why and he said you don't have "jump" and that was it, now it was my turn to look dumb, I asked what that was and then explained what it was, then I asked if there were any incentives that I may have qualified for because I paid for my phone in full, he said no, and explained that I the way it works is that once you pay for half of your device you can choose to upgrade and they pay for half or something along those line is what I picked up. He then said you would just have to buy the phone and left it at that I said ok looked at the display to get pricing info and left. I always visit this particular location because of convenience and they always have super nice staff, don't know how this one got through the cracks, I work in the customer service field it is actually what I specialize in and let me tell you when you have a customer that is looking to buy and is ready to purchase something that they are specifically asking for even though it costs more than the standard there are far better ways to approach the situation. read more

The map took me to Petsmart/Office Depot side which was incorrect after circling around its actually in the specs/Souper salad side. Walking in my name was added to a list there was several people ahead of me & the store was pretty busy which is expected on a Saturday morning. Spent time looking at the phones on display please note if you try to lift the phones on display to get a better look a loud embarrassing beep sensor will go off that can only be shut off with an employee key lol. My name was called & I was helped by Mauricio he was super helpful, friendly, & knowledgable. He laid out options & plans even though they didn't have the color I was looking for they had the iPhone 6s plus 64gb that I have been wanting. I got my phone all set up & even got a great deal on screen protector & cases that were marked down considerably. I have nothing negative to say about my experience I'm surprised previous reviews were so negative I typically don't review but I felt my experience was polar opposite of there current rating so to each there own. read more

He made it seem as though the accessories were some kind of free bonus for buying a new phone. When I tried to question him on it, I couldn't get a straight answer from him. Eventually he tried to convince me that since I was paying for the accessories over 24 months that they were essentially free because the monthly payment was so low. I own a small business in Georgetown. I purchased a iPhone one month after purchasing it. I was in my kayak on Lake Georgetown flip the kayak and had the phone in my back pocket destroyed the phone. When in to T-Mobile and was going to buy a new iPhone. They talked me into a Samsung S7 because the phone would operate in water to 5 feet. So I purchased a phone and the watch and was told I would get a special additional device that would give you virtual viewing by putting your phone into this new device. That was over two months ago never received it. The first thing that happened was the phone battery went dead took it back in still have the same problem. My phone kept dropping phone numbers I put into my contact list. And the phone quit ringing went back into T-Mobile. They spent over 20 minutes getting the phone to ring next day same problem then it quit working in my truck went back in told them I wanted a new iPhone as the S7 had too many problems. They said they would not exchange it without me paying an extra $240. I have met all the rules which are ridiculous 14 day exchange but I took the phone back prior to the 14 days. The manager would not speak to me she had me talk to one of her employees. Phone set I didn't have the package. It came in. I informed him that I did have it at home and I wanted a new iPhone. They said they wouldn't exchange it, but wanted an extra $240.00. I told them before the 14 days were up, they would not replace the Sam son with an iPhone. I also waited over two weeks to have the new S7 phone delivered to my home. I had to rent a phone in the meantime, at over hundred dollars cost waiting to receive my S7 this was the procedure to get the virtual device.. . The manager was extremely rude would not even speak to me gave me to an employee that didn't know how to handle the situation. The only person that assisted me was Jason Sanchez, . Needless to say I would never recommend T-Mobile or the S7 I have friends that have purchased S7 and are having the same problems. These are just some of the problems with this phone. My phone will drop your contacts. The phone will quit ringing and sometimes it won't ring but it automatically opens up the phone so your contact can hear you but you don't know your phone on. Dealing with management of T-Mobile is a total disaster. Their attitude is your on your own. We will not stand behind our product and our service is disastrous. I've owned a company for over 37 years. This is the worst example of warranty service that I've ever heard of. I strongly recommend you do not purchase S7 or go with T-Mobile all of my phones for my company are being canceled with T-Mobile. Before purchasing this phone make sure you check it out thoroughly. Samsung has producing a product that has not been tested properly and is a disaster to operate.
