I am coming from sprint so I'm on the old program thing. And the guy told me I had to get off of it they were shutting it down and quoted me basically the same price for a "better" service. Which was completely wrong I am paying over 100 dollars more for 1 line and can't even upgrade my phone now. And to be apart of this line I had to buy a 215 dollar deposit ‍. Then when I called customer service asking when I can upgrade my phone they told me that it's a grandfather rule and I didn't have to change services...Would not recommend needs better training. And for the manager yes it's the guy who was bragging to me about being fired from atnt and how he is the top sales person. Well ya now I know why because he's lieing to customers saying you have to upgrade programs or your service will be shut down! read more

After 21 years with tmobile, I was forced to look for a new carrier. What started out as a great company, turned to total c@@p! I had paid for replacement coverage for 3 years, but when I lost my phone, I was not given a replacement. Three times I was promised I would receive one, but it never happened. The reps on the phone couldn't even locate the actual phone I had. The warranty company they use is a scam. I went up the corporate chain and even in the CEO's office, I got attitude and a refusal to offer customer service. What this company calls customer service is nothing more than an answering service that can tell you how many minutes you have left and how much you owe. If you want to buy something, then they are happy to help. The admin at the CEO's office was insulting and dismissive and basically told me the policies put in place start at the top. I eventually had to go into this store to get my number ported over. I was given attitude when I refused to sit. I don't appreciate being told what to do by some kid at a corner store. I asked for a refund of the money I had paid for insurance and the store said they couldn't do it even though the rep on the phone told her to do it. I paid what I owed and got out of there. Several months later I received a collection notice stating I owed them money. I told them I was not informed I owed any more. Had to dispute it on my credit report. Now I find out there new CEO is catering to investors. This is because T-Mobile has a "team concept to getting paid at these stores." Arrived at 10am when the store was to be open. The manager arrived at the same time, opened the door and said they will not be ready for another 30 mins and then locked the door leaving customers outside in heat. Not even a 'please come in and have a seat'. read more

We tried to fix the issues but ended up upgrading to a new watch and I Phone. I am a senior and was having trouble with some of the new technology and setting so I went back to the store for assistance. Karina met me with a smile and with amazing patience helped me with some settings and pairing my phone in my car. Everyone at the store is friendly and always greet you with a smile. read more

AVOID THIS STORE AND SPRINT- THEY KNOWINGLY RIPPED US OFF $990!!!!! We found out last week ( from someplace else) that the great contract, a 'flex lease,' was never going to allow us to own our phones. Instead we were renting, which answers the question why our bill was always so high and the same amount every month. We also found out that they are not allowed to do them anymore because they are criminal. I wish that this store, specifically Daniel (and Christian), would have been honest and told me this. Instead, they continued to lie and convince me that there were refunds coming, that my bill would be better, and that we would end up owning our phones. I completely trusted them and that is my fault. I should have known better. It cost us $990 dollars to 'buy' our phones and our contract. We have been paying $400 a month for 2 years and that never changed. My husband had an old phone- so did my son and MIL. We could never figure out why we still owed money on them and when we asked this store, they never had any answers for us either other than to call Sprint ourselves. I do not know how people, and a company, like this can feel good about lying to someone while looking directly at them- over and over again. It is shameful, criminal, and disgusting behavior. I am completely appalled that this continued over the amount of time it did, but I know I had a part in it too. However, when I tried to resolve it, many times in this store, I was told lies over and over again. Everyone should know this happened and completely avoid this store and Sprint in general. What can I say about T-mobile. Well, they have farmed all their business hour to an overseas call center. When you call Lynn, the only thing they can do is verify your plan and take your credit card to sell you something new. This forces you to go to a store. I can't say my experience was much better. Actually, it was about the same. As bad as it could get. Neither Stor nor the call-center is able to do anything for you. This goes back to their great and helping you buy a new phone or upgrade your plan but if you have a problem, like losing your phone, you are completely on your own. Don't waste your money with the insurance. They give you a runaround in a graded denying you even though you've been paying on it for years. I've already filed a report with FCC. I will be filing one with Texas Department of insurance. That is much attitude from the people in the stores I did from Nicole Center. When you are noticeably frustrated, the last thing you need is someone trying to tell you whether you need to sit or stand. When the call-center tells the person in the store that they're supposed to do something, the store access if they're unable to do anything. Actually none of them are able to do anything because they don't want to and there are no devices in place to assist you. This runs all the way from the CEOs office down to the hourly person in the store who gets paid to sell your phones. You would benefit about the same if you switch to something like mint mobile or consumer cellular. Don't be fooled by all the money they put into marketing and fancy colors. They are definitely no better than the others read more
