After many opportunities & giving grace, its time to write this review. We brought our daughter's Samsung A32 to Eddie to fix a cracked screen. It was supposed to be done in a few days. We did not hear from him for almost 2 weeks. Store hours kept changing on google daily & no one returned calls. Once we finally got it back he apologized & said he was busy with school. Ok fine, we understood. The night we got the phone back the screen started going off but if you would press on it it would come back. By the next day it was completely out & pixelated. We brought it back in after more time spent trying to contact. Same story it was hard to get in touch but we did eventually get the phone back. That night we got it home & it stopped charging. At this point we were pissed. The store isnt close to our home & I tried to stop by during business hours only to find the store closed. When I finally got him to call back & commit to a time he would be there, he was very apologetic. Again, I was very upset but tried to show grace. He refunded me the cost of the screen repair and agreed to fix the phone or buy us a new one. I explained it was a special phone with a child safe programming & mentioned the cost. He said he would fix the old one by ordering all new parts. Once it was finally "done" we went and got it. It worked for a few days & completely broke again. I have tried to call & have emailed twice asking him to reimburse us for the cost of a now non functioning phone and it has been radio silence. This is not the way to treat your customers. Especially ones that came to do to do a simple screen repair and you left them with a non functioning phone. After months of her being without a phone & that causing safety issues, I finally just had to order a brand new phone on my dime. Which is wrong :( I would not recommend taking your device here due to the changing hours daily, extremely poor communication, & unwillingless to follow through of compensating your customers for a device you broke from what was supposed to be a simple repair read more

I brought an ageing iMac in for a couple of jobs, one of which was a graphics interference problem. The person who waited on me was polite, and insisted that the problem was bad pixels on the display. I don't mess with iMacs but I've worked with enough computer hardware professionally to know that this was BS. When I explained why it OBVIOUSLY wasn't a "bad pixels" problem, he insisted that it was, and told me that if he could find a replacement, the screen would cost about $300. I called up later and pulled the job from them and came in the next day and picked up the unit, and my CASH deposit (their CC card swiper was allegedly broken). The problem, as I suspected, was a GPU problem, common to that vintage of iMac, and is not worth addressing on a unit that old. The proprietor was honest and refunded my CASH deposit, no questions asked. read more

Got a screen protector installed by them. It was last minute and they had it in stock and able to fit me in even though it was before closing time. Fast and perfect install. The price for the screen protector and install is cheaper than buying a screen protector online and having to try and install it yourself. Staff is very friendly and personable.
