Daisy Vega turned my AT&T visit into a wonderful experience. I went to the Saviers location on a Friday night a couple of months ago and she was the only representative available during closing time. I was pleasantly surprised, however, at her ability to accommodate an influx of clients with such ease. I truly commend her for having the ability to juggle so many tasks at once and still maintain the standard of service I've come to expect from AT&T as a long time customer. After Daisy finished up with the long queue of customers, it was my turn to be helped as the last person in the store. Although it was far after closing hours, she was more than happy to take the time to discuss my plan with me thoroughly. I appreciated her thoughtfulness throughout our interaction. Daisy brought candy out for me to munch on (as I had been waiting for a long time to be helped) and sat with me until she was absolutely sure each one of my questions and concerns had been answered. No other AT&T representative has ever taken such initiative to help me find the best plan for my lifestyle/budget and for that I am so thankful. I called this store to ask if they had the iPhone 17 Pro Max in stock. The person who answered gave me some attitude and said he couldn't give information over the phone because it was "store policy." I didn't give him any attitude back I simply said okay, thanked him, and told him I'd be there shortly. After that, I called three other AT&T stores, and all of them were able to tell me over the phone that they did not have it in stock. That's what confused me. A simple yes or no would have saved everyone's time. I went into the store on 1/1/2026 at around 4:40 PM. I waited patiently and again asked if they had the iPhone 17 Pro Max, explaining that I just wanted a yes or no so I wouldn't wait if they didn't have it. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes, which was fine. That turned into 30 minutes. When I asked again, there were three employees working, but only one was helping a customer. I didn't understand why no one else could simply check. I continued waiting. Eventually, someone who had been standing around came over and apologized for the wait at this point, it was about an hour. I was finally helped around 5:44 PM. After giving him my information, I was told I couldn't upgrade unless I purchased the phone as part of a bundle. This was very confusing because I upgraded another phone less than a month ago and was never told this. He said that was the only way he could sell it. Overall, they wasted over an hour of my time on my only day off just to tell me no. If they had been upfront from the beginning, either over the phone or when I first walked in, I could have gone somewhere else. Very frustrating experience. read more

My mom went into the location to get a simple SIM card because her business line was suspended. The representative Jose M. As it says on the receipt was super difficult to work with. She made me adjust the authorized user to match her name exact! From first middle last. I had to Adjust it 3 times. And then he said he couldn't switch her SIM card because we had a "past due" I know for a FACT, that's not an issue with a simple sim switch. I went ahead and payed the bill in full and it wasn't until the manager arrived (which I am so great full for) was when my mom was finally taken care of. The store was empty And mom was there for an hour, with her clients waiting for her. She wouldn't have gone to that store but she wasn't able to Drive further at that time due to her business. This review is specifically about dishonest practices used by the salesperson Jose M. I came in to upgrade a phone. During the process Jose said I was eligible for an unlimited plan for a lower cost. He specifically said that two additional lines came with the plan at no cost. I didn't need the lines, but the way he phrased it seemed like it was "part of the plan" so I accepted them. After the plan was changed, we got to the phone upgrade and he kept trying to upsell, so I left. I went to the store on Channel Islands BLVD, and they did a smooth trade in. Once my bill came out, I realized Jose M had LIED, and those extra lines were costing me a good sum of money. After contacting AT&T on the phone, I was notified that since I upgraded with trade in at the follow on store, I couldn't cancel the extra lines for 90 days. I would go to the store on Channel Islands, and if you have to use this one make sure you don't have dishonest Jose M as your salesperson or be prepared to receive false advertising. read more

I needed to update the iOS on my Apple Watch(WiFi) and Rafael was very kind to allow me to leave it at his store, in order to complete the upgrade. When I called to get an update to how it was coming along. The courteous staff advised me it was almost done. I came into the store and it was done without any issues. Rafael was very helpful and more than willing to assist me. I should also mention that I purchased a new iPhone a few months back with Jose and started new service with AT&T. There is a manager there named Amanda Sanchez and I have never in my life been more disappointed in an experience. She had me go into her account for a cheaper bill & then put a FALSE insurance claim on my phone. Now my phone is disconnected, lost my number, & won't ever be able to use this phone. She's getting a replacement from AT&T even tho the phone is in perfect condition. Not only that, she won't answer or give me the account passcode so I can at least save my number. How is this girl a manager and is taking advantage of the company like this? I will be making calls to corporate as well. I've never seen anyone so unfit for a manager role. Oxnard neighbors, please avoid going to this ATnT store, is not a corporate store. The associate by the name E*** and his coworker help me with a go home line but because the lack of proper training the add a data service only to my son's phone, when I went to ask for a refund they declined because apparently I shouldn't have ever been to a corporate store to get help. I didn't know they are not a corporate store.... The manager is never there and when you ask to talk to him they give you a lot push back and attitude. My biggest concern is that this particular Store is located in the middle of the heart of a big Hispanic community where some of this people don't even speak Spanish, their first language is dialect, if they were able to shut me down even calling customers service in Spanish and English, I don't want to imagine how they're treating other people that sometimes uses their kids to translate. This one was one of my worst experiences....... This place is so unethical and the worst part is AT&T let's them get away with this such of bad behavior even though they're using their name. read more

My experience was wonderful! I purchased two phones and they gave us great deals for it! We also got direct TV! Rafael was the one that helped me and my mom a lot. Most of them were helpful! I kept returning and they answered my questions about a new phone absolutely well. We saved lots of money! So if you're interested in going here, I'm sure they'll be glad to help you! If I could but no stars I would. I was there Saturday morning. There were two staff members which seemed to be helping one person. There was no communication on when they would help us and no order as to who needs to be help accordingly as there was no sense of line to who would be next, as people kept walking in. Since then I've been to other At&t locations or location which very helpful. Staff needs training and since they are At&t representatives they should be more knowledgeable and more communication order. Hope this helps improve customer service. read more

I Keep giving this location 2nd chances, since it's close to my House!!! Every time I walk in there's only either 1 person working or 2 and you stand there and no one acknowledges you!! No "Hi We will be with you in a few min" or at least say we Suck and we are understaffed and we can't help you!!! I can't understand why they even opened a location where you can't get help!! One time I stood in line for 20min and one employee was helping a customer and the other one was in the back. So I just left. Today I walk in to make a payment and I wanted to buy a charger and there was 3 of us in line, only one employee and he never said anything just kept starring at the computer and you could tell he was still asleep!!!
