I love this particular store. Jesus, the manager, always makes us feel welcome, and the staff is fantastic. We've interacted with at least 5 different associates during our many visits, and each time, we've walked out of there feeling great. We've had to make a claim, and our troubles were handled right away, and We've continued to go back to this particular store. I usually come to Yelp to complain about internet companies, but not this time! This is a 5 star positive review. T-Mobile is now offering Home Internet! I get the service in my area and went with it. I have 2 mobile phone lines, and they offered me an amazing deal for home internet, which by the way the monthly price is locked in so long as I keep my other two phone lines active. So I'll never see a monthly price increase for my home internet. Also, service so far has been great. No buffing, no lagging, and I can add lots of devices without service interruptions. Customer service nice (Although, outsourced) and always willing to negotiate to make it right. I left Spectrum, and Verizon. Never again with either of them. This review is more about Tmobile itself than the store. My phone was only able to make emergency calls for two days without wifi. I chatted for several hours with an agent trying everything they asked. He then put me in a call with a tech guy, but even on WiFi my phone was still dropping the call every time. I then went in this store to get help. Waited an hour, but still wasn't helped and had to leave to get my child. I then chatted again with T-Mobile. They basically said it was a tower issue, but couldn't help me if I didn't have another number to call on (I can only afford one line). So, it's day two and I have no phone that takes calls, and I have still not had help. read more

She will come up with lies on any low affordable plan you have your mind set on are no longer offered and will set you up for a BS account. She has signed us up with a Business Account without any knowledge of it. Went in to get an accessory for my daughter's phone and after Steven Daugherty pulled up our info. he saw that my daughter's phone qualified for an upgrade. We thought our upgrade was in September but because it was paid off she was eligible immediately. He set her up with the phone she had been wanting and also upgraded her Apple Watch. He worked it so we still had the basics of my 55+ plan and broke down all the prices and fees. Great experience!!! Steven was very knowledgeable and very considerate to my lack of phone expertise. I highly recommend Steven and this store as they were constantly busy while we were there and seemed to handle every guest and their needs in a prompt manner.
