Don't bother!! Stopped by to return an overpriced item and was once again met with the same unmotivated representative who originally helped me. Her attitude was dismissive, cold, and clearly uninterested in providing even the bare minimum of customer service. If she dislikes her job this much, she shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. Staff at Verizon on Mills road in Ventura weren't helpful and very rude. My husband and I are elderly and asked if they could help us pay off a bill and close our account and they said no, we'd have to call customer service. We explained that we had a friend drive us there because neither of us drive and that we had called customer service and they didn't seem to care. read more

Terrible service. One employee, no name tag. I was visiting Ojai, husband is account holder in another state 3 hours behind. My phone died and he needed permission from him to look at it. Employee sent Verizon text and I sent personal text from same phone. Husband only responded to personal text. Then employee called his supervisor for guidance. They said if I find out the PIN number, I can. I asked employee if I could send another text asking for PIN and he said sternly. "NO mam I've already sent a text" with 2 other customers waiting. I ended up calling Verizon, phone still under warranty. Great service all the way there!! read more

It was very pleasant to be in a business that appears to give service first to customers. They went out of their way to make me a non-techie feel very comfortable. Worst customer service ever. I went in there this evening 2/7/23 just to get feedback regarding a charger I bought there a few months ago and to find out why it was no longer charging. I didn't expect a refund. I didn't expect an exchange. What I had expected was some genuine feedback from a professional since I am not tech savvy at all and since I was told when I bought the charger, that it would last for a few years, not a few months. Instead, I walked into an empty store and to a sales rep in the bathroom, with the door wide open, talking to one of her friends on the phone, on speaker, laughing it up like two girls do on their on the phone, but on their own personal time mind you, meanwhile I sat out there and waited. She finally came out and when she did, she acted like I was taking up her time and gave me the feeling like she wanted me to leave asap so she could get back to her phone call in the bathroom. She told me the charger was not purchased from this store, which it was and said if I had any issues with it to call the company that made them. She then went back in the bathroom, while I was still standing there and went back to talking to her friend. The conversation was still on speaker phone and now they were swearing. She knew I was still in the store. I started looking at other chargers, just to see if she would come and help me. She did not. Since she saw I was still there, she took the phone off speaker, continued talking to her friend in the bathroom and then started to brush her teeth. I guess maybe their sales reps live there as well? The whole experience was very disheartening. I was even thinking of switching my services from ATT to Verizon and upgrading my phone. She really missed out on a good sale tonight. I can only hope management sees this and does something about it. read more

I was called that my "NEW" iPhone 13 was ready to be picked up and activated at the store. I had ordered the phone two days earlier in the store I went to the store and spent over 3 hours with the agent only to find out that the order was mixed up. The phone that they were setting up wasn't even my new phone, nor was it my name or phone number. In the process, I was charged $75.00 to activate this "new" phone, which wasn't even mine. This had to be refunded of course. I now have to wait an additional 3 days with no phone. Not to mention the mix-up and my loss of time. Nothing was offered in terms of compensation.
