These are great humans, and I love this business! Sam & Raquel took a great deal of time to help me through a series of non-linear problems with my cell phone plan, and they got me all set up in under 5 minutes. I can't appreciate them enough, and thank goodness there is a business like this in Ojai - which has so few avenues for utility or cellular support. They even have super helpful appliances like chargers and electronics you can't find for at least 20 miles. These guys are the best. I cannot overstate it. After buying some accessories for my new phone, I had some trouble activating it, and they were patient and helped me through an hour plus phone call. That is not a service they offer- they did not charge money and I'm not saying that you should go have them sort out all of your phone issues, but I am saying they are fabulous, smart, patient people and I love to support them whenever possible. The folks at Omega Cellular are just wonderful - very patient, incredibly "customer oriented", super service...did I say patient? They really extend themselves and do everything anyone could ask for vis a vis solving cell phone problems. Pedro helped me out of a desperate situation. I am older and must have a working phone with me at all times due to a heart condition. I have an old lady phone, a Jitterbug Smart Phone 2, and, out of Pedro's goodness and patience, this young man helped me to set it up, taking a great deal of time and care. He was under no obligation to do so, either. Pedro is just a good Samaritan walking around among us. Give this guy a raise! read more

Sam and Rachael run this family business. They are caring and helpful to a diversity of people. I have seen them working with senior citizens or others for hours to help address special needs.
