But, even with all of that, if I am acutely aware that you appear to hate your job and the people (customers) associated with it, then you're doing it wrong. #SorryNotSorry First-timer to this location, and I was quickly reminded why I hate the retail Verizon stores. I fully intended (hoped) to walk out with a new(er) iPhone this day. But, that wasn't in the cards. From the female employee I was "assigned" to, I was given one-word responses, indifference to my questions, and the list goes on. Ugh. His phone wasn't receiving calls so he came back the next day to talk to a rep in person. The woman at the front desk, Jackie, was so disrespectful to him. Any question was met with an awful attitude. He truly just needed help getting his new phone working and up to date, but she was so rude and dismissive with every response. Finally resorting to asking for the manager, she replied with he's not here and walked into the back room. Really frustrated hearing about his experience - He is so kind and didn't want to say anything, but after a whole discussion about this circumstance (actually MULTIPLE conversations) we felt it was best to say something. Very disappointed with this whole interaction and situation. Hopefully not all Spectrums are like this. Because if so, he'll definitely be switching to another network, because God forbid he asks for help with his BRAND new phone and network again. Zero stars for Jackie.
