It was impossible to get in touch with them about my issue, I had to literally call Sephora to ask them to go out and get me a phone number from this kiosk. The owner was disrespectful, sexist, dismissive, and threatening. It was such a hassle to get my money back and he was disgusting. I went and got my phone fixed from a real place for them to tell me these people broke a part in my phone. The owner of this business does not need to ever be in contact with the public, he's awful, his employees are incompetent, and his business is shady.

Carlos explained the process of the battery replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Cost was cheap and took around an hour and 45 mins ish. - The battery replacement in my opinion better than the first time I got a replacement but it was a 3rd party. uBreakiFix uses OEM battery from Apple, which is something everyone should aim for since 3rd party are always iffy and cause my phone to having problems. - I recommend this location and much thanks to Carlos for my repair. 5/5
