While lamenting to Roy at Ojai Business Center about my iPhone's shattered screen, and the abysmal lameness of my temp phone, I mentioned GW in Oakview. He informed me of their new location in the heart of Ojai. I came in with my dog and he had my iPhone 11 in pristine condition less than an hour later, and answered all my questions for less than I anticipated. I absolutely recommend Will and Roy to everyone for repairs, smart home, and any IT related issues. They both have a wealth of knowledge and helpful information to demystify the options. read more

These guys are super nice, reliable, and dedicated to fixing the problem! They're working on diagnosing my PC and while they haven't gotten it fixed yet (it is a VERY bizarre series of issues) they've made more progress in a day than I did in two months of troubleshooting-- and for a great price! With PC parts being so expensive having some great folks around to help with repairs is just so fantastic! read more

Service was fast and the gentleman who came to my house fixed my router issue the first time.

Yes!! Been here twice, both times I got stellar service! First visit my laptop wouldn't connect to the Internet (connected to the router just fine). I left it for diagnosis - got a call 15 minutes later with diagnosis, quick solution, and reasonable price! Second visit my laptop keyboard ribbon cable wouldn't connect, so I took it in. The fix was so simple, they showed me how to fix it myself... free!! You can't beat that! I don't always need help with my gizmos, but when I do, I go to Gizmo Wizards. read more

I was visiting and, yes, my mac laptop decides it will not boot up. Uggg. Called these guys late Sun night, got a call back Mon morning, and dropped my computer off 15 mins after they opened. They were so knowledge and the customer service was great. The computer had seen its better days, so they gave me advice on next steps, and let me know what made financial sense and what did not. In a word, they were everything you would want a computer repair service to be. Top notch, hence the 5-star rating. PS I am an educational technologist, so I know at least enough to know what I know and what I don't. read more

Well the reason I'm only giving 1 star, is my sons screen broke so they replaced that, but for some reason the battery started to boil up and force the cover to Not fully cover the phone and yeah the screen got broken. They replaced the battery as Somehow that was under the 'Warranty' but would not fix the cracked screen again saying it was not covered under the warranty! Why would a battery be under Warranty when all we took the phone in for was to a repair a screen? Thinking they took the original battery out and put some random in there... Now they wont fix the screen. Also the guy at the counter Beltched super loud rite in my mother's face and said 'well were just guys that work in here' my mom said 'Well I'm a customer!' So needless to say they will Not be getting my business nor any of my family or friends. They have also been quite rude to me on the phone several times! I'm not happy with this company nor their employees. read more

The worst service imaginable. I purchased a damaged mouse from what appears to be this bong-shop slash "computer repair place." Zero apologies when I had to drive back 30 minutes to have a damaged mouse replaced with another semi-defective mouse. Ridiculous prices and terrible attitudes. Highly avoidable, and I never give bad reviews. Sorry guys, but you should just shut your doors for good, if that's the business you run. read more
