Less than a month ago, I called the store to see if they have iPhone 17 in stock to replace my daughter's broken phone. They informed me they had the phone in store and in stock, and went there within 10 minutes and got a new phone for her. It was a great experience. Today however when I called to see if they had an iPhone 17 Pro Max in stock to replace my wife's broken phone, the rude lady over the phone told me they don't give out inventory information over the phone. What could've changed in less than a month? Is she just too lazy to go check it and saying that that is their policy? I'll be going down the street to Best Buy to purchase a new phone. read more

Daniel was incredibly helpful; he assisted me in locating a number I needed to help a senior citizen who had lost theirs due to a billing oversight. Many people do not realize how crucial it is for seniors to maintain access to their phone numbers. All U.S. government agencies use seniors' phone numbers for two-factor authentication. My sister and me wanted the new Apple iwatch 5 Series 44mm, and we could not find it anywhere, our last resort was the real AT&T store in Oxnard. (Yes, they have fake AT&T stores, so be carful). As soon as I came into the store Jack immediately came over to me and talked to me and was very friendly and outgoing. He asked me how i was doing and want I needed and we sat down and talked about my needs and everything. He advised me that he only had the Apple Watch gold in stock and that he could get me the other one for my sister in 3-5 days, and that was great for us. My experience was great, and amazing, I really appreciate the dedication and attention to detail that Jack gave me and how honest and open he was with me. I really am happy with everything. Thank you Jack, and you have definitely won a customer. This is why i love At&T because people like you work here. After talking to Jake in total I got two iwatches, two apps AirPods and a car charger. Thanks Jake I went to another (Fake AT&T Store) and they messed my bill and changed my plan without my permission, Jake helped me save money and gave me awesome advise. He truly is a blessing. Went to get trade in assistance and the office didn't help out with anything at all. They opened my account and realized I was on a low rate plan with no possible savings to try to manipulate my rates and bundle in a new line. When this location notices there is no room for a sale they pretend to not be able to do anything on their systems because it's a "customer service only deal". This is a corporate location and they have the full capability to perform any changes that's offered through AT&T. Instead the manager on site Mars acts like he is incapable and his hands are tied.... Treating customers like walking ATMs but if you don't want to buy anything you're cast to the side. read more

Horrible service!!! Me and my husband went in to get a new phone, also a screen protector. They have life time warranty on the (screen protectors) so we thought, the screen protector was $45. Which is a complete rip off, but he didn't want to wait until the next day because he didn't trust himself so he bought it thinking that it came with a lifetime warranty because that's what it says on the box..right? Wrong, first off the cheap screen protector broke after only 2 days of having it on. I called to see if maybe he could stop by and get it replaced and they said there would be a $8... when they NEVER once mentioned anything about that the 4 hours we were their & honestly at this point they just want money for absolutely everything and they almost always come out with all these extra "fees" they never tell you about until you talk to customer service.. On top of that an employee on the phone told me in order to speak to a manager I would have to come in the store because the manager "Doesn't talk on the phone".. So moral of the story, don't buy any cases or accessories from them in store, you can get them WAY cheaper on Amazon for half the price! Why does this store even exist ? Seriously. Explain the point to me. They do not carry product. You can not "handle" the new iPhone 13. You can not get a decent explanation of the actual difference between the 12 and 13. Google did a decent job after we got no explanation here. Zero. No stats. No comparisons. Nothing. The only thing the salesman was Interested in was selling the cables and power outlet that don't come with the new iPhones. Even used the scare tactic of how we would ruin the new phone using last years cable. The manager had no interest either. She was more interested in explaining their mask policy. We came in to pay off a phone that my mom has under my name. The whole bill is under my name. I am an adult who added my mom on my line because of her own personal reasons Anyways, the sales rep disregarded me because apparently I look "too young" and talked to my mom directly giving her my bill information until I asked "why haven't you asked for identification or asked who is authorized on the bill" He just kept talking to my mom until another sales rep asked for ID and pin code to proceed with changes which my mom didn't know. I found that really rude of this sales rep to assume I wasn't the main person on my own bill. After our visit I checked my online account because this man did stuff and was clearly confused. For some reason my account said I had an iPhone 12 (my mother's new phone after paying off her old one) and an iPhone 8 Plus. No one has an iPhone 8 Plus. I have an 11 pro max. I went back to ask why it says that and the sales rep said he can't help me without the authorized person on the bill being there. I AM THE AUTHORIZED PERSON ON MY BILL! I waited for someone else to help me, I forgot the woman's name but she helped me and said she could fix it. Checked my ID matched it to my bill, got my pin for the account and tried to change. But unfortunately I had to call AT&T instead to have someone there change it because it wasn't changing on their system in the store. Long story short -- some of the men at this store are useless and change things on your account and pretend they didn't. I haven't had my iPhone 8 PLUS for 5 months since that incident happen. And to disregard me because my mom was there whose name isn't even on the bill is disrespectful and a waste of my time. If you need to go to an AT&T location I would NOT come here. read more

So this review is based on my experience with a single salesman there, who I will not name. I switched over from T-mobile and was told they would give me a credit for my old phone, a discount for autopay and also for being military. That was 2 months ago. Military discount has still not been applied (approximately $16 discount), so I had to talk with someone at AT&T to fix this after seeing a weird charge on my bill. The guy I spoke with online was really helpful, but I am just frustrated that this was not applied at all. If I had not checked my account, who knows how long that would have been the case. Maybe the other guys who work there are great. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, however, I feel kinda cheated and like they don't care a lot about their customers based on this interaction. Also, I was signed up for their Up next program, or something like, which goes towards your next upgrade despite telling the guy I did not want it. Granted it's only $5, but it's the principle of the thing. I get they are salesman, but be a salesman that has some integrity. Update: after going in this morning, Ashley was able to resolve my situation. Thank you for the help. But advice to customers here is make sure what the sales people actually say they can offer is in writing and even then I would still say trust then verify for yourself. read more

Frustrated with my experience at this location. I went here today after work ready to get a new phone. It was going to be a birthday present to myself and a treat after how crazy my work has been during this pandemic. At first it was pleasant. The employees greeted me and explained the limited occupancy rules, no problem I understood and was happy to wait. When I was seen though the vibe changed. I knew what I wanted. I was set and ready to place my order and purchase, but the sales person would not let up! You guys have a promotion great, I'm not interested. It'll knock off a couple bucks, cool still not interested. I should've remembered the sales persons name because someone really needs to talk to him about laying off the sales pitch when a customer is clearly not interested. I wasn't even in the store for 10 minutes but had him tell me "It's your choice but I'm just trying to get you the best deal!" like 4 or 5 times. If it's MY CHOICE then WHY keep bringing it up when I've clearly stated that I am not interested in what you're offering. I don't need a 5th line. Why would I want to get a 5th line and another device both of which I'll never use but will be paying for just to knock a couple bucks off each bill?? Also I repeatedly said I am not the primary account owner and that I was not comfortable making these decisions for the account owner. Yet dude kept pushing telling me "that doesn't make sense. Why wouldn't you want to do this?" It felt more like a sketchy used car lot than a reputable at&t location. Order the phone I asked for, take the money I was ready and willing to spend; that's literally all that you had to do. Usually when I upgrade my phone I do so through a 3rd party such as Best Buy or Target. After this experience I think I'll stick to them rather than buying straight from at&t. read more

As far as Covid goes, this store is doing what they can. However, I stood in line at 6:50pm, 10 min before closing and then quickly ran to my car for a $150 giftcard I was about to use on some accessories or maybe a SIM card for my mobile hotspot. I was going to spend $150 quickly regardless. Next thing I know at 6:52 a stocky employee points at me, the only individual in line as the rest were in pairs, and said, "the line stops here" just in front of me. I told him it was 8 minutes until close and that I had been at the premises for almost 5 min already. He just said "sorry bro" and walked away. Im sure he picked me since i was an individual and its easier to tell one guy to take a hike prior to closing than multiple. I know Covid has affected businesses but that included me and I just wore a mask for 10 hrs straight. It would have been nice if he seemed empathetic and offered well anything but he didnt and just acted like a tough guy. As someone who has been in customer service in the technology field for almost 20 years, I was shocked and have never been treated so poorly by a 30 something year old acting like a 10 year old. He was round and about 5 ft 8. Dude is a miserable person and I will be reaching out to my colleagues at at&t HQ to put this guy on the map so he can learn to represent the company like one should. This place is horrible. We changed from Verizon Wireless which was the worst decision in the world. Not only were we in this place for 4 hours changing over, they lied about the bill. We were supposed to get a bogo deal with the phones which was part of the deal. For 8 months we battled back and fourth with AT&T, every person we spoke to gave us a different answer but they finally squared it away. We did not get any money back which was paid for the phone over an 8 month period. Then we discovered that we were in the wrong plan, they did not give us the military discount we were promised or the auto pay discount, just a mess. Long story short, we are out well over $500 for their mistake. The kicker is that the service is horrible as well. We cannot wait to pay the phones off and switch back.. read more

I was also previously told from another employer that they just told him to who to go talk to another customer instead of going by the list. The agent told him they didn't have the color he wanted but they did have other colors. So when it came to my turn and the guy saw that I was doing in a trade in he was not the helpful obviously because he was not going to get commission for it. Very unprofessional and he told me that they were out of stock of the iPhone 13 pro when I knew they have some available because of the conversation the guy in front of me had.
