I fully intended (hoped) to walk out with a new(er) iPhone this day. But, that wasn't in the cards. From the female employee I was "assigned" to, I was given one-word responses, indifference to my questions, and the list goes on. Ugh. If you can avoid this place , please do. Awful customer service. Utterly unhelpful and bothered to try to help. They messed up my accounts and would not help. They just had me call customer service and I was on the phone for almost 2 hours for a mistake they made. The day before they had asked my sister to have us come in person as we were the account holders . Lies . We got 3 new phones . Nothing off accessories as the old days. You get an amount off your phone but have to give back you old undamaged iPhone to them. Since there's not competition, there's no real deals to getting a new phone as there once was. They can't help in person not have to use the app or call. Gone are the days where you could actually be helped by a human. Awful place! Love Verizon but this place is full of entitled kids pretending to work. We made an appointment. Went in right on time. Place is empty except for one other customer being helped and 4 to 5 employees standing around chatting. Not one of the employees said anything when we walked in so i walked over to the check in screen. One of the employees said, I'll check you in, just go sit down. We said thank you and sat down on the bench to wait. We waited for 6 or 7 minutes while we listened to a few employees chat about what they did over the weekend. When we got up to leave, we said goodbye and they didn't even break their conversation. Avoid this Verizon store at all costs, unless you feel like wasting your time. read more

We made an appointment for 2 hours later, and returned 5 min earlier than our appointment. We were checked in by a guy that seemed pretty friendly. We were told to wait and someone would be over shortly. It did not seem busy - there were 3 other customers who were all being helped. 20 min later and 0 interaction with staff. Not a "we'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait". We couldn't really look at the phones (which was a small selection) because all of them are bolted down to the display platform - no extending wire. I decided it would be best to leave, and let them know so they could delete our appointment. We walked towards the front and I told the staff (different guy than who checked us in) "hi, we had an appointment, however no one's spoken to us so we're just going to go". The guy shrugged l, made a face, and said "yeah you can go, I had you next anyways but yeah sorry". We were next?? We were next 20 min ago. The least anyone could've done while we waited was say something like "thank you for waiting, we'll be with you shortly". Even when we said we'd leave, anyone with general customer service skills would've said "are you sure? I'm so sorry about the wait but we'd definitely get you seen shortly if you'd like to stick around". Great way to let money walk out the door. Giant waste of time. 0 customer service. Horrible customer service !!! I was telling them the text messages don't always have a 'text tone" even though I have them set up as such. What's the first thing she tells me???? 'Maybe you should make sure you have the volume on/up' what?!?! I advised I always make sure my volume is on. I'm not deaf nor hard of hearing. What the!!!! . If I could this place would get zero starts worst customer service with Verizon and this store employee are not professional I have had multi le issues with my new service and phone first they didn't port my number properly for 14 days I called Verizon 7 times, the last rep told me to go to the Apple Store and deal with it. Meanwhile I'm using my old carriers phone service paying 2 company for service. Had no choice I need my phone to make a living. Now recently I called to deal with another issue on Friday didn't realize I wasn't receiving or able to send text messages after that phone call with Verizon, on Saturday I sent my employee to deal with it at the store after 3 hours they told her tech support was closed couldn't help, just fount out today on Monday that it's not true. I had a phone outage this morning and called customer service. When finally transferred to a live person, I was put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. Just when the customer service rep. answered it would hang up on me. This happened 5 times in a row. So I decided to call the sales department and of course they picked up with no issues. The Verizon retail stores in my area stack up very well with the competition. I have been with the other artists and from the perspective of professionalism, accessibility, inventory, knowledge a s staff training, the Verizon retail outlasts are two stars better than T-Mobile a d ATT. However, the national product they are selling is not matching up. I was with Verizon for about ten years, and during that time, I went through cycles of ooor connections, data overages that made no sense, abs a constant incremental rate creep that had me paying almost $300 a month for service to When I was on the 8GB plan, I had great data speeds, and access, but constantly blew out my plan. Y mid month. I switched to Unlimited and data slowed to a crawl, and I never used more than 4 or 5 GB. I switched back to 8GB, amd data speed picked back up to blazing fast, but blowing out the plan every month, a d then again to Unlimited and I felt like I did on 128k DDL. So I moved my service to another carrier. Halved my bill and have consistently average data speeds on Unlimited. But Verizon never stopped billing me, and because I was auto-pay, they just taking payment. I had to get my bank to reverse six months worth of Billings that I never had. I had just upgraded to the new Samsung S8+ and was unable to complete the purchase of several accessories from my local Verizon because they were out of them. Frustrating..... but not the end of the world. We happened to be at The Collection shortly thereafter and stopped in to this Verizon, and my jaw dropped. The WALL of phone cases alone was impressive. It was vast. I don't think I've ever seen so many cases in one place. Seriously. The entire store was quite large. There were a bunch of places to sit, take a load off. This place is so huge. We were waited on quickly with friendly, helpful service, and I got everything I wanted. Yay. I don't have to wait on anything or go elsewhere, and now, I can use my phone without a hitch. read more

This is a corporate store and they have all the seasoned sales people from other stores here and I could still probably order the phone online and get it faster than the service now. they do have a lot of accessories but you would be hard pressed to pay for them as no one is available. Disappointed. I went in today to shop for a new phone since my current one is about 5 years old and keeps powering down when it's at 70%. I arrived only to find that there were no phones on display to review and test prior to purchasing. Shop online, is what I was told by the store associate. I'm not about to make an $800+ purchase with something I cannot compare and see how it feels in my hand first. There wasn't enough help and the wait was an HOUR‼. They were going over technical problems with customers, however, they should have had ONE register for quick and easy problems! After I waited an HOUR, it took minutes to return my phone. There should have been ONE register for quick things, that didn't require technical support. I can honestly say I have NEVER had.
