July 2025, Brand new vehicle taken in for all windows to be tinted. The tint was not done as requested. They caused damage to internal and external of vehicle with scratches, dents and rips in the dashboard. They also broke and vandalized my personal belongings inside of car. They have not taken accountability, technician denies doing this, they offered a "resolution" initially but have now ignored my calls after I filed a police report. Upon research I have found similar complaints. I was able to grab a last minute cancellation, being the shops last available appointment for the day. I arrived on time, but I had a short wait while the tint installer finished the previous installation. I saw the quality of work, so I was happy to wait. As a matter of fact, I was greeted by George, who made the appointment. George walked through their available services and the different selection of tint. George kept me informed about the delay, but assured me that the job would be completed and completed professionally. It was! Leonardo, the installer was a happy go lucky man who enjoyed doing his best work. I'm 100% satisfied. Here's why I know I'll go back. With the short delay, I decided to ask Siri where a local barber is within walking distance. I found two different barbers, and believe it or not, one had a cancellation for an open slot in an hour. I grabbed the appointment. Guess who gave me a ride there? Not George, but George's younger brother, Diego. You can't ask for better service, even though I was willing to uber there. They wouldn't have it! This shop treated me as if I'd been there a hundred times. I felt like family. Very professional. Excellent products. Excellent service. BE AWARE Took my car in for window tinting, AND THEY SCRATCHED MY PAINT JOB ON BOTH BACK SIDE PANELS !!! Initially it would be done by end of day, then I received a call, they needed to keep it over night, but they would keep it inside the garage as opposed parked outside. When I went the next day, I immediately noticed the scratches on the driver side, so when I checked the passenger side, I noticed similar scratches in the same area of the side panel. They denied doing it, even though you could tell they were fresh scratches. They said they checked the video and no one was in the garage after hours!!! Complete BS, they refused to give Owners contact info, and the "best they could do was refer me to a local shop to repair AT MY OWN EXPENSE !!! I keep my car garaged, and in meticulous condition ! it's 6 years old and under 50,000 miles.. Make sure you do a walk around of your car with an employee when you drop it off and point out exterior condition so they don't do this to you. They asked me if I had already purchased the Groupon, to which I replied No. They then offered me an alternative, non-Groupon discount, with slightly less savings. Since I knew they were maybe losing money on the Groupon deal, I said OK. Then I told them that I already had the speakers I wanted installed, they said they would not honor either deal. I've been wanting my truck windows' tinted for a while; Finally looked up some places on Yelp and contacted Stereo Land. I called just to get pricing on window tint for my ford explorer and Mo offered such a great price and was so knowledgeable and helpful that I made their next available appointment and arrived 15 minutes before they upends so I got right in and it only took an hour or two to get my front windows tinted and was so affordable especially with the $50 for $30 yelp deal they had going on. Kind of shady, but you be the judge: Took my old truck in for a leveling kit, they quoted me the best price, just a few hundred bucks. I had an appointment on the weekend for 9:30am, was at the shop before they opened, they show up 25 minutes late. I drop the truck off and hours later received a call. They were claiming that the front springs weren't stock and they couldn't put the leveling spacers on because the springs had been replaced with longer ones. Their solution was an entirely new suspension, a 3" lift with new shocks and springs. I decline and they say that I need an alignment, I decline that work too, wait an hour and go to pick up the truck at 3pm, I was told they had not taken the entire front suspension apart but when I saw the truck they had. They said it would be hours before they're done, I finally got it back at 5pm, in need of an alignment. The truck was bought new off the lot in 2001, I have receipts for all work done to it, the springs had never been replaced. They argued with me that they had, said why would they lie, the truck took up a bay and an employee for an entire day for no money. It made sense at the time, so I asked to see the lift kit to ensure it was the right one. The employee goes to get the manager. He asked what's up, I ask to see the lift kit and he said they only make one. I ask for the manufacturer and he quickly looked it up online rather than get the part I was asking to see. I asked for the part number off the box and he did a quick Internet search again for the part number, rather than just show me the spacers. Thinking back, the whole thing seemed kind of off, like maybe they forgot to order the part and tried to sell me what they had, or they were using a used part. Not sure what was going on but it was odd that they wouldn't just get the part and box to show me what didn't fit. In the end I got my money back, but they had my truck and entire day, and I needed to get it realigned after. read more

Beware!! Specially if you are out of town! These guys quoted me a price over the phone for my vehicle specifically for the year, make, and model for my car they looked up my car before quoting me and the guy on the phone even said "okay got your vehicle on my screen" and then gave me the quoted price for window tint job. Once i arrived to my appointment after driving 1 hour to them. The guy on the front tried upcharging me for my car being more difficult to tint after seeing me pulling up to the shop...... I explained i was already given a price for the job and they kept trying to upcharge me and did not honored the quoted price.. BIGGG RED FLAG!! I will not go back to them and will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid this shop as it is not honest on pricing and will try to play games with the price. Its ridiculous that just by seeing my car pulling up to the shop he made up a "its more difficult" situation to change the already quoted price. So if you are out of town beware that they can do the same.. I walked out and will never come back or recommend this shop that lacks ethic in their word and in their quoted prices even if they look up your specific vehicle before quoting you the job. I was ready to install my new amp. And have everything ready to go, when I noticed I was goin to be 3 feet short on power cable, so I being a do it now person, I decided to take it to have it installed it, that's around 11 am on a Saturday, the guy who spoke with me said no problem, he gave me a quote and I said do it, he also recommended some other stuff I didn't need, but I said how much time, he said same time no problem, will be ready before closing time, I said fine, closing time came and car was not ready, had to bring it back next day at 10 am to finish installation, next day I was there at 10 am, they show up about 25 minutes late, and the original guy had promised to be ready by 11:30 tops, well, 1:30 pm came and vehicle was NOT READY, i was mad already, when I asked if vehicle was ready, guy said NOPE!! I got piss off, after all, over 7 hours to install an amp?? I said bring the car, I'll do it my self, I work as a professional mechanic, I had no problem doing it, so the guy when to the rear bay, and 15 minutes later it was ready, or so I taught, it turn out the epicenter was poorly installed, the amp remote wasn't installed at all, and didn't even bother to push the center console dash back in place, I would never ever!! Recommend a place like this, I am finishing installation myself, removing the epicenter, and dealing with Brocken rear side panels, I rather take my loses, than dealing with those poor wanna be installers. BTW I'm selling a 15 minutes used epicenter if anyone interested read more

Made an appointment for window tint. Already was hesitant upon the customer service but decided to stick with it. (What a mistake) They made a complete mess of my car. Glue everywhere, dirty footprints, dirty old tint pieces all over the place. RAZOR blade was left on my floor in the back seat? Plastic panel piece was removed and left. We could have hurt ourselves!
