As a local small business owner myself, customer service and my relationships with my customers means everything. It also determines how successful one will be. Working with them, understanding their requests and making sure that were all on the same page. My goal is for every customer to leave my business super happy and over the moon satisfied with the service I provided. On multiple occasions, I voiced my concerns in person, and via telephone. I Was given a run around play on words and passed around to many different employees and in their words "not knowing the situation and to call back to speak to the employee who originally helped me next week!" Or that they would call me back. (No callback btw) wtf, this, that, and the other. SMH. Also stood there for what seemed like hours to even be acknowledged. For months ive been trying to resolve this what could have been SO SIMPLE. Im sad and mad that the owners also chose not to compromise or negotiate. Hopefully they will in the future. After hearing their recommendation I went with what I thought was a "lighter" tint to protect my sons from the sun. I have to say although I initially thought the tint was a bit too light on the samples they showed me, the actual darkness of the tint came out perfect in the end! I paid about $220 for all of my windows. Took about 4 hours to get done. My windows have been beat up my kids and they still look like the day I got it done. I would not complain to have paid double for the quality of work they do. My only initial concern was there were little "bubbles" for 2-3 days after the job was done. They told me this was normal and sure enough it dried just fine. One of my kids was hitting my back window with a metal light saber over and over and the tint didn't even chip or peel. Great work!
