They can't help in person not have to use the app or call. Gone are the days where you could actually be helped by a human. Carlos explained the process of the battery replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Cost was cheap and took around an hour and 45 mins ish. - The battery replacement in my opinion better than the first time I got a replacement but it was a 3rd party. uBreakiFix uses OEM battery from Apple, which is something everyone should aim for since 3rd party are always iffy and cause my phone to having problems. - I recommend this location and much thanks to Carlos for my repair. 5/5
