    I have never written a negative review before. Yet, I felt it was important for people to be aware…read moreof ATT and their manager in the King of Prussia, PA location. The manager Waheed is heartless, disrespectful, and mean. I came in with an issue with my elderly mother unable to reactivate her phone. I explained the following issues: - My mother doesn't remember her passcode since she is having memory problems. - Her phone is broken which otherwise could be used to send an ATT verifying text. - Her driver's license has expired in 2022 since she has not be able to drive since then. - The ATT system which I learned from visiting another retail store will take not the expired ID. - The email attached to the account for verification, is not recognizable by her or anyone in the family. I also shared that when I called customer service, they said to go to a retail store. Initially, I went to a retail store in Wayne. The employee was compassionate and tried very hard to help me but the system would not allow him into the account giving the limitations of my circumstances. I was told said that I could try to make a payment to attempt to activate the account but I could not guarantee that it would even be applied to the account since it has been deactivated. The Wayne retail employee was so kind that he called his regional manager for further assistance and was suggested going to a corporate store where they have more access to accounts. This was when I went to the King of Prussia, PA, ATT corporate location. I was advised to speak with the manager Waheed. Upon meeting him, I asked him if we could sit down because the situation was complex. He refused and was more more concerned about a video call on Zoom or Google meet on his laptop. When I tried to explain the situation, he had no interest or compassion, and told me he cannot help me. When I asked if he could call his regional manager, he said he will not. When I asked him if will help me at all, he refused. I was shocked and got upset. I said, " I have a sick elderly mother who is home without a phone and needs help. You will not help me?" He said he did not care and would not help me. He also said I should call customer service but I explained they told me to go to a store. I then looked to see who Waheed was speaking with on his computer because he was clearly more interested in his personal affairs. He then got upset. He then proceeded to threaten to call the police if I did not leave the store. I asked him to please write down his name before I left. He refused. When I asked if I could use his pen and paper in front of him myself, he said no and that I should go across the room to their office desk area and get the pen for myself there. I explained I was not comfortable going to a company desk which would give him an excuse to call the police on me. When he picked up his personal phone and behaved as if he was calling the police I left. As a former lawyer, and someone who has never had an issue with the law, I am greatly disturbed by the threats to call the police on me for his refusal to help me. Waheed is temperamental, self serving, uncaring, insensitive and cruel. Do not go to this store if you need true help. Waheed as the manager is not interested in doing his job.

The rep, Max, never mentioned the $35 activation fee per device. I found out only after my first bill arrived, nearly $500, more than double what I expected. Max also told me adding my daughter's Apple Watch and tablet would cost "a couple more dollars a month." In reality, they added $32/month, plus activation fees. If I'd been told the truth up front, I would've never added those devices. I called the store to raise my concerns. Max wasn't available, and the rep I spoke to, Eric, admitted it was frustrating but said there was nothing he could do. He told me to call AT&T customer service. Thankfully, their corporate team fixed it: they removed the charges, canceled the added lines, and issued refunds. Still, the damage was done. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. This wasn't a small oversight, it was a failure in basic honesty and customer service. If AT&T wants long-term customer loyalty and a strong reputation, they need to hold their retail reps accountable. I won't return to this store, and I strongly urge anyone going in to demand clear, written cost breakdowns before signing anything.

    While writing this review, I am extremely angry towards the treatment I experienced from Amanee…read more On Saturday, July 29th, I visited this AT&T store to take advantage of my iPhone upgrade. During the transaction, at no time did Amanee ask me about the AT&T Protect Advantage Plan through Asurion. With her infinite wisdom, Amanee decided to add this coverage to my cell phone plan without my knowledge. It's only after receiving an email on Tuesday July 2nd from AT&T corporate about the new addition to my cell phone bill that I was made aware of this UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE!!!! That very next day, I arrived at the closet AT&T store to remove this from my bill. Also, I have visited two others AT&T stores just to ensure that this unauthorized program is not on my cell bill. I'm applaud at the Amanee's dishonesty! I will be phoning her supervisor about this which is going to take time out of my day to report her irrational antics. Also, I am sure that her management team would not appreciate her adolescent son running around to store while she's supposed to be at work. Shame on you Amanee!

Drove to this store and only one employee working, helping another family but Lillie(manager)greeted us and told us she would be with us in a few minutes!! WOW..huge difference and how dare Lillie have manners(LOL)!!! The wait was a little more than I wanted to wait but turned out to be worth the wait! Lillie knows what she is doing and didn't feel like I was getting the knuckle^! AT&T...don't let Lillie get away, it's hard finding good help these days!!!
