Initially, I made a mistake common of many folks, going to a kiosk labeled "Verizon" without realizing that it was an "authorized retailer" designed to siphon just a little more cash out of you on top of the usual. After initially being very nice, many phones were not in stock, and added services (insurance, data transfer) were added essentially without consulting me. After I realized what was occurring (namely the data transfer) I asked them to stop because it wasn't necessary (all of my data is already in the cloud and I can add apps like any brainless idiot without paying 30 dollars). Other charges were added to my bill that I did not realize until I contacted Verizon. Finally, they often do not have sales which match or are the same as regular Verizon stores. So, next time you need to go to "the verizon store" make sure you find a real one and not this garbage store.

Tons of items to choose from at this clean location. The staff was REALLY helpful and attentive. That experience makes me want to come back for all my battery and bulb needs. She took my sample and quickly found the bulb I needed. She checked me out and I would on my way in less then 5-10 minutes. I'm really happy about the service as I've tried to find this bulb in larger chains and had issues. I ended up picking up an extra but I know where to go if I need another one. She said it was due to it being apart of a package deal and that it can not be returned. I explained that the package I purchased did not include the charging station which she shook her head. She checked the receipt again and then realized she was wrong. I said I would take the money back on my original payment tendered, to which she said that it would be cash back only. Again, I questioned her because it does not say that anywhere on the receipt. Yet again, I was right and was able to get my money back on my credit card but she had already did the return as cash without listening to me. First I went to UBreakifix because they came recommended and had good reviews (more on google than Yelp), but they would need to order the glass, 3-5 days and needed four hours for the repair. Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be. I'm hopeful that things are all good.
