I went to the Sproul Road Verizon and the young woman (I didn't get her name) told me my SIM card needed updating which she did. My phone worked for an hour. No calls in or out again. Back to Verizon Sproul I went where I was told along with 4 others that Verizon is experiencing an outage in Springfield it will be fixed shortly, The next day, Tuesday still nothing. Back I went only to be told by two gentlemen that there still isn't service in Springfield. The one gentleman noticed I probably wasn't even able to call 911. Fabulous. Wednesday I awoke to... no service again! I had heard about the Verizon in the Target shopping center on City Line Ave. It wasn't exactly around the corner but I was desperate. Daniella there was FABULOUS! She did tell me that there were NO OUTAGES in the Springfield area and there hadn't been which means I was lied to by the Springfield store. And I'm sure they work on commission which is unfortunate for them because I needed and received a new 16 pro max. Thank you you Springfield slackers because thanx to you I got a new phone with a great representative.

It's not cheap…read moregetting a new phone screen, but their prices are fine (especially when I looked up the cost of the screen itself!) Plus the owner fixed my phone quickly, after hours too. Overall, it was a great experience at a local small business. P.S. I now have a better screen protector as I try to protect myself from myself in the future (I am a clutz.)

They kept my device for eight weeks and then charged me additional fees and It was very unfair charged, Completely ripped off!
