Needed to ask a few more times "should I get the big one this time?" I travel 24/7, and would always rather do things in person than "order it yourself". Made a deal by phone with Verizon support, originally. Decided to drive to Delaware from Philly, quick and easy, for this store. Met Ish...he was the BEST. Told me best way to upgrade with my "phone deal only" and get it in store live time, and was endlessly patient & helpful with the long call process. Helpful, creative, and a great deal. Knew every step of every combination, and I'm considering a hot spot still, because of him. Felt bad I didn't buy any other products, but will come back to this store anytime. P.S., cross the border from Philly. NO tax, and great service. Thanks Ish and thanks Verizon call support. The best!
