I had done my research prior to coming here. They were supposed to have a casette-to-MP3 converter in stock. The employee basically didn't know what MP3 was. He wouldn't go on their own Radio Shack website to see if they had it in stock or if other stores had it. And no, they weren't busy. At all. A place to enter only if you know exactly what you want. This store should be closed. The employees are incompetent, especially there store manager. I have…read morea buisness account with t mobile and have been a customer for years. This store in Boothwyn is horrible. The manager sold me a screen protector for my galaxy 10s plus and twice he put a note 10 plus screen protector on that had a cut out for the camera in the middle instead of on the right side where the front camera is on the on the 10 s plus and when I called him on it he told me I was wrong. He still put a new one and this time the correct one on and it's full of air bubbles. Mind you the store manager put it on my phone, and when I went in to have it fixed once again they told me that they would ship me a new one instead of just doing their job and installing it correctly. Not only that I added a line and imported a number from a different carrier for one of my employees and they couldn't even get that right they told me it would take up to 2 hours for the number to be switched from the temporary number to my employees number. I had to call customer care and get it all straightened out the next day. Again I will remind you that this was all done by the manager. If this is what manages the store could you imagine what the rest of the employees are like. The only reason I even rated them 1 star is because you have to give a minimum rating to leave a review.

I brought it to them thinking a new lens cover and cleaning might be the fix. Here's where an experienced technician comes in, Turns out the lens cover was fine. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not only did my camera work great afterwards but my face recognition, which had also been acting weird, was back. No lens cover replacement needed! The Iphone X lives on!
