This is by far the worst atnt store I've ever been to. No one wanted to work with me because it wasn't beneficial for them to gain extra money. They added a bunch of charges to my account to make it worth while to upgrade my phone. I've been charge insurance 40 dollars and next up. Be aware of this and make sure to check your bill for extra charges after working with these shady people. read more

I came into the store because of an issue with my account and was referred to call customer service. The woman didn't even attempt to pull up my account to resolve my issue. She wasn't able to assist me and was very rude. I've never had issues with AT&T and have been with them since 2003. If you have an issue, don't come to this location. They will refuse to help you even though there was no one else in there waiting to be serviced. I will not be returning to this location. read more

At this location on August 18 I received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in any of the AT&T locations that I have visited in the last approximately 10 years. My sales person Ronn didn't take the time to get off of his chair to explain any features or values of the phones in question. The manager who clearly identified himself as the manager stood by and watched this horrible customer service being provided. Coincidently later in the day I was in a Christiana mall stop by the AT&T store there did not make a purchase but was greeted at the door with the most extreme customer service you could ever ask for... Would give zero stars if possible. My husband, 4 week old baby and I went to the store in September 2016 to switch from another cell provider. The sales associate costed out plans with the current "BOGO" offer and we chose our phones and plans. We get home and our phones are not working... hmmm... my husband then spends the next 90 minutes on with customer support bc the sales associate never activated our phones! October comes and I get my bill and I see I'm charged for both phones... I call customer service and they tell me that this is standard to pay for both phones for the first three months, on the fourth month you will be reimbursed for the three payments and from then on will only pay for one phone. Ok, sounds weird but I accept it. The customer service person is also stunned that this wasn't explained to us when we purchased our phones at the store. Now it's December 2016 and my bill comes in and I'm still paying for two phones... weird, right? I call customer service and after hours (no lie, HOURS) of being bounced to different people I finally get a manager that tells me there was no BOGO deal in September... the AT&T person lied to us and sold an offer that didn't exist. I'm furious! So corporate customer service tells me they can't fix it and only the store can fix it and reimburse us. Long story short, I've had tons of correspondence with the store and corporate AT&T sice finding this out in December 2016 and have not gotten anywhere. I'm so annoyed and frustrated that an employee could make this mistake (or lie) and not have the issue resolved. I am not dropping this. Yeah, it's $30/month, who cares, right? Well, anyone that can lie to someone distracted and tired and just looking to save money bc they are new parent is a dirtball. Any company that ignores this behavior is even worse. IF AT&T EVER resolves this I will update this post accordingly. *UPDATE 8/8/17* after posting this my issue was resolved within a few weeks. I'm happy that it's resolved but still not thrilled with the company overall... hours upon hours on the phone, corresponding on Twitter or chat and multiple physical visits to the store just to get what was promised initially. Thank you to the team at the store that resolved this, this was not your fault that it happened... but 9 months to fix a billing error is a bit much. read more

I wish to commend Brian Kruse of the ATT Concord Executive store. I had a problem my wifi. I was not able to connect online with my computer. I had spent more than 3 hours with technical support. They had my change my sim card in my hot spot box which did not solve my problem. Brian listened to our complaint and within 5 minutes he was able to solve our problem. It was nothing more than a setting change. We were up and running thanks to him. He was extremely professional, a good listener. read more

Jerome the manager was amazing. He answered all our questions professionally and promptly. And he immediately took care of our problem as soon as we walked in and we barely waited for anything. I will only ever visit this store for any of my cellular needs. Today I had the pleasure of working with Larry, talk about a star employee. He was hands down AMAZING. The service here is terrible. When I arrived at the store on Friday 5/3/19, I was met with lazy employees that had no interest in helping me buy a new phone. I waited for 45 minutes as one employee chatted about her weekend while another sat at a table doing nothing until his shift ended. I was stuck waiting and hated every minute of it. i bought a iPhone 8 on 6/30/18 via BOGO - it had zero charge when taken out of the box .The store charged it to 7 % and gave it to me . I went home and charged it and to my horror the battery drained even when i was not using it and all apps were closed. I charged it sunday midnight to almost full and woke up at 8 am with charge down to 34 % ! I called the store on monday and instead of saying bring it to the store we'll take care of it , i was told to take it to apple store . The battery drains so fast that i have to charge it 3-4 times a day and I'm a light user I went to the apple store today - and guess what - "you didn't buy it from us , so we can't replace it , AT&T should have just given you another one" feeling frustrated and cheated , imagine if all the other stores start doing this - Walmart, Target, best buy, lowes etc - not our responsibility , not our problem - talk to GE/Samsung etc , thank you for your money. They DEFINITELY need more help or more training; 45min on a Tuesday before noon to be seen is terrible!!! I understand taking time with each customer but the time they take to setup a phone is ridiculous. I only needed a new SIM card... how about an express service associate for those of us that can be in and out in 5 min. Naaa... that makes too much sense!!! read more

Worst customer service ever!! Store open until 9pm... Arrived 8:37... Manager was here and took my name while the other Reps helped customers. Manager then disappeared to back room and reappeared after 915... Asked him why he could not help us... He said he was doing other things and had to close up.., it's now 945 and I'm still waiting ... I said store is open till 9 and shouldn't you be helping customers during store hours then close up? He said no he had to start closing up.., utterly the worst service ever ... I visited this AT&T store to order GoPhone service for my new Nexus 4. There was somewhat of a wait for service but I noticed that they give each customer plenty of time, so perhaps that is reasonable. Anyway, in that one visit, they got me the correct SIM card and had my phone set up, tested, and ready to go. So it was definitely a productive visit. read more

I received really good service from Ron and the guy who checks people in. When I first arrived I think checker in guy was in the back but he jumped right on it when he came out. Already having ATT iPhones, I wanted a headset because sometimes but often enough people have trouble hearing me. Very frustrating when on conference call and people keep telling you to speak up. They were extremely helpful. The new noise cancellation technology is amazing. Tried out my new jawbone headset with defrosters on high (guess I missed the forecast about all this snow today) and my wife did not hear the car defroster fans at all. Before I left Ron put his info into my phone to call with any questions. Hard to get better than that. read more

Scheduled an appointment on a weekday morning - even though I was just having an upgraded sim put in a new phone. Several staff appeared to be available. I was approached by someone as soon as I came into the store. He verified my appointment and said I would be helped shortly. After waiting 1.5 hours while I watched staff chit chat among themselves OR try to sell the latest promotion item to the couple of customers there, I was about ready to walk out the door. I was heading in that direction when my name was finally called. I will NEVER go there for anything again. I found another ATT location that I can literally walk in and get excellent service with little or no wait time. read more

The worst store ever. My child broke her phone we replaced it. I went in to have the new phone activated and old one turned. They needed my Id. I gave my drivers license. She just keep telling me it was no good she need something but what. She really did not explain what she was talking about. I finally asked to please explain because I really did not understand why she could not do this. She said rudely I can not help you and closed her laptop. I miss her get the manager. The manger did not even to find out the problem. I told me I had yo understand. And while I was trying to explain what happens to him he allowed to scream at me that she was trying to explain but I was not listening. Really I waited over an hour to be treated like to this. I called the 800 number they help me but they could not tell me where to make a complaint. I went online and could not find any information or email address to file a complaint. So to am writing this review. I hope no one else has to deal with this person. read more
