    Thus store has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are easy to deal with and not usually crowded. My only Verizon store I will go to.

    09/10/2022 placed an order for upgrade of an IPhone 14 with Verizon 3623 Wrangle Hill Road Bear, De…read more19701 the manager gave me $800.00 for my iPhone 12 mini stating I would pay 3.00 per month for the 100.00 balance over 3 years. The arrival date expected 09/24/2022. The iPhone Mini 12 paid in full along with the account balance on September 10,2022 so this pre release offer could be ordered. The phone arrived 10/25/2022 order wasn't placed until 10/07/2022 why I don't know. The old iPhone 12 was transferred to the new iPhone 14. Three hours in the store begging to pay the bill so I could pick up my son from work 2 hours late the Employee known as V states my bill will be 35.00 per month in which I was upset saying no that is not what I agreed to and cannot afford. V refused to accept a check stating he needed to ring the transactions in multiple. Charging me for the iPhone 12 that was pain 09/10/22, 70.00 to transfer the old to the new iPhone along with the screen protector and case. Switch & bait the contract agreement made 09/10/2022 upset I leave both phones to pick up my son. Calling the Verizon store from my son's phone I requested V to restore my iPhone 12 and that I will take my business to T Mobile on Saturday. He offered to restore the iPhone 12 before picking up my son from work. Return at 7:15 pm he then tells me I refuse to help you and gives me a phone he erased to factory reset keeping 10,000 plus photos, videos, medical appointments, texts, emails, contacts and much more. 8:45 pm to 1:15 am Verizon customer support took a compliant. 8am thru 3:45 pm multiple calls to Verizon, Apple Cloud and no results for restoring my information. V factory reset the iPhone 14 causing me to permanently lose all the data from my iPhone 12. The store manager refused to allow Verizon to schedule an appointment to have my data returned to me. THEFT OF INFORMATION THAT DID NOT BELONG TO THEM. Gregarious emotional distress as my loved ones whom are DEAD pictures cannot be retrieved. The bait & switch with excessive charges along with claiming my iPhone 12 wasn't paid off caused the customer (me) to get upset with the poor business practice of this store and employee. Fasley accused of cursing at him calling him names. While it's true I did use a few cuss words it was not at him or about him rather anger from the length of time there. Lied about the phone arriving when I walked into pick the phone up had to show him the tracking information from UPS saying it arrived at 11:50 and was signed for. I was treated poorly and as a result lost years of precious memories along with important information that no body seems to be able to retrieve even though I pay Apple iCloud and Verizon account cloud to assure recovery in events such as this. Delaware State Police was called by me & arrived as "V" closed quickly pulling out of the parking lot without speaking to law enforcement.

    TMobile TRAVEL REVIEW…read more this is the worst site to use for travel. I called my hotel today (that I booked 4 months ago) to see if they had a cot they could add to my reservation (we leave in two days). The hotel informed me that my room was cancelled by TMobile travel. So then I had to call TMobile travel to find out the issue, they told me they never cancelled it but the hotel must've messed up and since this wasn't an urgent issue they would email their hotel partner (I leave in two days). I told them it was urgent. Finally they called me and told me the hotel didn't offer cots and that all they could do for me was rebook my room at a HIGHER RATE. So not the only did they cancel my reservation they wanted more money from me. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me I didn't need to because they gave me all the info I needed. Then they said all they could do was cancel my reservation and give me a refund. (TWO DAYS BEFORE I LEAVE). Disgusting. Will never use TMobile for anything again. Shame I can't cancel my phone plan.

    You're better off getting your screen protector online and putting it on yourself…read more I made the big mistake of going to this store to get my screen protector replaced. I knew it was more costly then online, but my folks always get someone at the at&t store to do it for them so I figured I'd save myself a failed application attempt. As it turned out, the rep I was being helped by was completely incompetent when it came to putting on screen protectors, and he didn't even bother to inform me that the Galaxy s10 came with a screen protector already installed. He just removed it without getting my permission. Ok fine, he removed it, and I already paid for the new one. It gets better. Next he blew through 3 attempts trying to get my new screen protector on. He finally gave up and took my phone back to his supervisor to have her do it. Btw did I mention he dropped my phone on his way to the back office? Luckily there was damage but seriously come on! I finally did get that screen protector put on, but it wasn't applied well at all. There were air pockets and the curved edges weren't properly covered. Of course none of this was noticeable until the next day under the sunlight. At this point I was too infuriated with the competency of this establishment to show my face at this store again. I bought a 3 pack on Amazon for $12 and put it on myself. Best part is the Amazon ones come with a life time warranty. So much for being lazy heh? I will never go back to this TMobile and I suggest everyone does the same.
