I was repeatedly told my Driver's License was "bad" and that she was unable to verify who I AM; even though I had my 6 digit passcode, 2 forms of a real USA Drivers' license and credit cards. I have been a faithful T-Mobile customer since the year 2000, and I have 26 years experience with TMOBILE on so many different levels of excellent past experience! That is clear to see in my customer history. I called customer service number from this store tonight, and I was spoke to very rudely by the T-Mobile customer service rep on the phone and she kept saying over and over again "well what if it's Not really YOU" over and over again she sounded like a robot with a lot of inappropriate noise going on in the background; void any professionalism! I left and went to another T-Mobile store in Wilmington Delaware. They scanned my USA Driver's License and it miraculously WORKED! Immediately! The customer service I received at the T-Mobile in Wilmington Delaware was 1000% professional and transferred all of my data from my broken iPhone to my new iPhone. ZERO HASTLE and ZERO bad attitude and ZERO RUDENESS. (also the CSR rep at the Bear Delaware T-Mobile completely lied to me stating that 'they could' NOT transfer my data from my broken iPhone onto my new iPhone) that too was a complete lie to my face in front of my Mother In-law that witnessed all of the rudeness given to me. I almost canceled my entire 26 years with T-Mobile tonight over how rude I was treated by the Bear Delaware store. Good Luck /from a customer with 26 years with JUST TMOBILE as my cellphone service.

I called my hotel today (that I booked 4 months ago) to see if they had a cot they could add to my reservation (we leave in two days). The hotel informed me that my room was cancelled by TMobile travel. So then I had to call TMobile travel to find out the issue, they told me they never cancelled it but the hotel must've messed up and since this wasn't an urgent issue they would email their hotel partner (I leave in two days). I told them it was urgent. Finally they called me and told me the hotel didn't offer cots and that all they could do for me was rebook my room at a HIGHER RATE. So not the only did they cancel my reservation they wanted more money from me. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me I didn't need to because they gave me all the info I needed. Then they said all they could do was cancel my reservation and give me a refund. (TWO DAYS BEFORE I LEAVE). Disgusting. Will never use TMobile for anything again. Shame I can't cancel my phone plan.

I was told by a AT&T customer service representative that I could go into the store and that they would take care of it and this person tells me that it could take 4 to 6 hours to have it done. Unfortunately, I have to go back to one of the stores to have the old phone returned and set back, that is the only reason that I would have to go to deal with this or any other AT&T store. My suggestion is buy your iPhones at the Apple Store due to the fact they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
