Okay let's start with if I could give them a negative score I would ! Secondly they are an…read moreauthorized retailer and not an actual AT&T ! I went in to purchase a phone that I had already looked everything up online and double checked with an customer service rep over the phone so I knew cost plan and everything . But I decided I wanted to be impatient and pick the phone up in person . So I go to this location and begin processing everything . Add the line , the store personnel unpacks the phone and begins updating the phone not even importing the information yet . When the rep was unable to properly set up my plan she called into AT&T and proceeded to impersonate me ! Instead of advising the customer service rep that she was store personnel ! Like this is insane! Then my original rep from AT&T customer service calls me back as her and I previously discussed Incase the store had an issues or the phone wasn't available.I guess I had an intuition that it would be nonsense ! So I asked the store rep to cancel everything , this woman tells me oh there will be a $55 restocking fee !!! Like I haven't even touched that phone ! They are so unprofessional! When I requested a manager I get told only this lady was available and she was the manager . The lady helping me had slippers on and was in a sweat outfit ! The other in store rep who said she was the manager was in a stained shirt and leggings . Since when does a big company like that not manage personnel and allow the "manager" to be so Sunday clean around the house casually dressed for work ! Ugh I would not go to this location . Update ; spoke with the district manager and he has rectified the situation . Very professional and a pleasure to deal with . Good luck training those employees .

This is the follow up I promised after meeting with the owner of Lairson's regarding the incident…read moreand review I wrote on 4/27/21. I met with the owner, first thing in the morning on 4/28/2001. I showed him the Lairson work order/invoice for the failed remote starter installation as well the invoice from the Ford dealer for their repair work. I spelled out in detail what happened that day and the results. I also made it known that, although I felt that I had nothing to show for it, I paid his bill anyway. In addition I also made it known I felt that his technicians had damaged the ignition system, caused the several electrical shorts and were responsible. Clearly he wasn't able to recall the details of that day and I wasn't really expecting him to know or recall everything that goes on in his shop, so allowing him to look into the matter was the fair and right thing to do. He said that he would call me before the end of the day and if there was fault on the part of his technicians, he would do the right thing. Sounded good. Around 4:30 pm not having heard anything I decided to stop by the shop. The owner said he spoke to the service manager at the Ford dealer who stated they had no opinion regarding the damages. The service manager said there were several shorts in the ignition system and repairs made to the wiring. In addition several lose electrical connections were found and were also fixed. The owner said that he spoke to his technicians. They were able to recall the incident in detail. The technicians said they did nothing wrong, did not damage the ignition system, and didn't cause any of the electrical shorts. I asked if he really expected a different answer from the technicians than that and if that was the extent of looking into it. He said he didn't need to know anymore than that. " If my guys say they didn't do it, then they didn't do it". Although the truck went into the Lairson shop fine and came out with a host of problems the Ford dealer had to fix, the owner of Lairson's claimed no responsibility . Beware.
