Like this is insane! Then my original rep from AT&T customer service calls me back as her and I previously discussed Incase the store had an issues or the phone wasn't available.I guess I had an intuition that it would be nonsense ! So I asked the store rep to cancel everything , this woman tells me oh there will be a $55 restocking fee !!! Like I haven't even touched that phone ! They are so unprofessional! When I requested a manager I get told only this lady was available and she was the manager . The lady helping me had slippers on and was in a sweat outfit ! The other in store rep who said she was the manager was in a stained shirt and leggings . Since when does a big company like that not manage personnel and allow the "manager" to be so Sunday clean around the house casually dressed for work ! Ugh I would not go to this location . I then stepped in and call ed the store to speak with and advise her that she locked his phone and she said "I didn't mean to" ok but you did and just sent him on his way so I saked can I speak to a supervisor over her l. She put me in a brief hold and came to the phone stating he is u a meeting and I told her I'll hold she said it'll be 30 minutes and I told her I'll still hold. Now while on hold not one time has she came to the phone as a courtesy to advise me check on me or anything a representative is suppose to do in that nature. So so I called from my other phone and she said yes I see you're and I advised her what's the issue with checking on me she rudely said okay I'm about to hang up now. So I called again she picked up the phone and hung up in my face. Called again no answer. Pricing was very fair, and I agreed to leave a deposit. Even with a few hiccups (ended up needing a new screen in addition to a new battery, and had to wait a few days before both parts were delivered to the shop), I was still very pleased with the overall customer service.
