    There's only one thing that keeps this service center from being a 5 star review, and that because…read moreComcast closed most local branches, leaving this one to be pretty much a regional service center... Bring your patience. The amount of people sitting around inside reminds me of going to the DMV.. Once inside, check in at one of the tablets, and it places your name on a list in the order that you arrived. You can also choose to add your cell number to receive a text when you're next in line... This is something I took advantage of. I left my number, went back to my car and drove to a bank to take care of some other business, and received a text shortly after I got back to the service center. The customer service rep was pleasant and proactive as far as being helpful and looking at my account to see how I could save money based on what package I have and what features I pretty much don't use... An overall good experience.

I know doing so…read morewill fix absolutely nothing, as it's a huge corporation that cares about nothing but raking in insane profits for its C-suite and shareholders, but my god, the guy working here just before Christmas (Zach maybe?) screwed up my billing hardcore. I stopped in while in New Jersey to transfer my mom's service into her name. Comcast had made me put it in my name in the wake of my dad's death last year, which made no sense but I urgently needed internet at the time so that I could work from NJ while making his funeral arrangements so I went along with it. After a year, the dust had settled some, so it seemed time to request the transfer to the rightful owner. The transfer to my mom was simple. She showed her license, accepted some terms, was given a negotiated 5-year rate based on the services she actually uses, and was done. Since I was there and my internet bill had just shot past $100 for regular service, I asked if they had any deals/promotions for me. They were able to lower my bill by reducing my internet speed. I explained I wanted everything to stay the same other than the internet speed and was assured that was the case. Nope. They canceled my TV box and I lost access to Peacock Premium. I went through a long ordeal over the phone and in person at my local Comcast store, making multiple trips there despite it being 25 minutes away, and still -- TWO MONTHS LATER -- it's still not fixed. I just got charged for Peacock yet again despite telling them I lost access in December and they told me it would be canceled (and I even received a cancellation notice). This is absurd at this point. Now again tonight, I have to waste EVEN MORE of my life calling them yeeeet again thanks to dude at this store screwing up my basic request. Next time I move, I am ditching Comcast. Such a horrible company.

    Let me start by telling you that I am a very fair yelper. By this I mean I leave reviews whether…read moregood or bad. Most consumers in the world only express their opinions when they've had a bad experience. What I'm getting at is that you can't always go by reviews especially if they only have a handful of reviews. It was long overdue for my wife and I to change carriers. We had AT&T for almost 2 decades. The service and reliability was beyond horrible. Verizon has this buy one get one special on the iPhone XR so we dropped by to get the details. Within 1/2 an hour I had two new phones with glass screen protector and two phone covers and done. We needed help connecting the phones with the same previous cell number and they were more than patient and helpful. Our salesman was Joey but we also dealt with few other workers by phone and in person and they were very polite. Joey was very well informed on the products and services he was offering. No salesman pressure techniques. Our phone has great reception and I'm no longer frustrated by dropped calls or low reception. We purchased 2 iPhone XS models so we had to pay the difference which was split monthly. They also take in phone trades making it easier for you. Thank you Verizon.

    This location is the only "corporate" Verizon Wireless store in the area. For many services on…read moreexisting accounts - particularly corporate accounts - you have to go to a corporate store rather than an "authorized retailer" which are a dime a dozen throughout Gloucester County. I have never been to this location when the wait to see an agent is less than 30 minutes. That being said, the staff are always patient, friendly, and know what they are talking about. I have always left satisfied. Parking is tight and access is not easy, but they are moving this location sometime in 2017 to a larger facility with more parking and better access. You will likely not be disappointed if you visit this store, but set aside some extra time for your visit.
